Tifa just nodded to his comment silently, a bit overwhelmed at the fact that he was so close. A burn or a flutter of wanting passed its way through her when their skin made contact for a second, and she halted a shudder. She couldn't make it obvious...don't make it obvious. Getting a hold of herself, she smoothly grabbed a Twix in her hand as she tried to calm her uneven breathing, saying quickly, "Um, yeah...I guess, but I don't why she couldn't tell us. It must be something private, after all, there's no reason for her not to say specifically why she left like that...she just left her friends, us not knowing where she was or if she was alright. It surprised me to find her here...." She turned her head to glance at him for a moment. "You getting anything?" Frowning in confusion for the younger and usually happy girl, she gently and softly held on to Yuffie's arm before she could leave, not wanting her to go just yet. Not only because she was good company and a friend, not to mention she cared for her, so her actions were making her concerned, but because she was the only one who could break the ice. Aerith couldn't imagine her, Tifa, and Cloud alone, it would be awkward, she knew. Sighing, she simply said, "I can't force you to be here with us, though I want you to...if you could. But can you at least tell me what's bothering you? Because I'm getting a bit worried..."
Larxene had just gotten her order of hot chocolate, along with her big, soft and warm, fresh off the oven chocolate chip cookie in a small plate, and she smiled in delight and anticipation. Just what she needed. She didn't bother with anything more, as she figured she wasn't that hungry, and the cookie would do. Taking the items in her hands, and heading to a tiny free table made for one person, she settled her food down on the surface, only to hear Axel's voice shout out to her. Rolling her eyes as she glanced at the redhead once, she chose to ignore him as she sat down on the one chair there, maybe he'll go away. After all, there were a couple of girls around who were eyeing him already...and not because he made his presence known by his yell from their expressions. Out of the corner of her eye she spotted Zexion sitting comfortably in a big, cushion chair not far off where the fire place was in the lounge, his eyes stuck on a book. Which reminded her. She had yet to finish hers.
Axel lips were in a thin line as he listened to what she said, but once he felt her return his hand shake, he held his with hers firmly, making sure it was set in stone as he took it up and down slightly, before letting go. He couldn't assure her of what he'll do when he finally saw that b**ard, that's for certain. Goodness, now Xangel brought back those thoughts he had forced in the back of his mind after Traverse Town, and now that kiss just replayed over. Narrowing his eyes as he glared at the wall to the left of him, he replied, "I can't say I won't kill him, is not like the hypocrite could explain himself. And I can't for sure promise his survival, but if he does, you wouldn't be able to recognize him with the way I'm going to screw him up." He had spat all this out, before thinking that was a bit too harsh, considering the girl might get a bad impression. Sighing defeatedly, he just added, "I don't know...I don't know what I'll do, he....I'll wait to see if I could even control myself. Anyway, I'll deliver the message to Vexen if I don't end up being irritated by him, though I can say to you that is a waste of breath, since he won't care, but just be happy that you're out of his lab." He went to stare over at her with shrug, not meaning any offense, but he was being honest. "That's just the truth of it."
"Is there a key for this room?" Axel asked once Rexwand came, still fiddling with the knob impatiently, as if that would get it to open. He would think the doctor of the place would know where the key was, that way, they can get it over with, and finally pick up the dead mother. For some reason, he still couldn't get over the fact that those were Shigiku's parents. Those smiling, laughing good people he saw in her memories just...reduced to this. God...words couldn't even describe... He frowned, shaking his head slightly.
"What the hell is wrong with that guy?" Larxene frowned, looking at Vexen's now damaged shield, not believing that Xaldin will actually go and do that, considering he was perhaps the reason Vexen was hurt in the first place. She watched the shield carefully, until it started to disappear in a flurry of snowflakes, fixing itself and turning back into its proper blue color, and soon enough, the weapon was gone, as well as the ice. Larxene's eyes grew at this, glancing over to her boyfriend questionably, seeing as he was all calm. "So...what happened? Why did it go away?" "That's a sign Vexen is fine, it seems. He summoned it back and it became normal, there won't be a trace of damage at all, watch. You see, we summon our weapons from darkness and nothingness, because we are darkness and nothingness. Our weapons themselves are nothing. So there isn't really any 'damage'," Marluxia explained simply, obviously knowing what he was talking about, but Xaldin was another case. He looked over at her, now smirking at the fact that they were alone. "Where's Axel?" The smirk turned into a frown before even in a second passed. His lips pursed tightly as his jaw clenched, not expecting that question. After all, why would she care where he is when she had him here? The wish was suppose to work, was it not? Swallowing hard, he asked in a low and tensed tone, "Why would you want to know where that idiot is?" Larxene just raised a eyebrow at his change of attitude, wondering why he always had to speak badly about the redhead and harbored some dislike, especially when she mentioned him. I mean, sure, the guy could be a pain in the a**, and sometimes his attitude makes you want to castrate him, but he wasn't that horrible company. Giving a small chuckle to herself, amused at how Marluxia was so protective, she made her point. "I was thinking with this whole weapon thing, we can go infiltrate KMart, and really do a destruction. Fire and lightning, you know? And I figure he'll be the type to do this, since you probably don't like, as you call them, 'childish games'. But, eh....it was just a thought to get back at that Seifer." Her eyes fluttered sweetly, a over sugar coated smile on her face. "Oh, I'm so sorry, what did you think it was?" Marluxia just chose ignorance. "We should head back...remember, you were to keep me company in my work station."
OOC: Yep, nothing's change in the Vexen group. By the way, where's our Axel? Is she still in the RP or something? Because she's on, but doesn't post :/. Just wondering. She could've given Axel some out instead of leaving him motionless in the kitchen though, is kind of weird referring to a unmoving person o.O. Larxene had listened intently to Xaldin and his final testament on his heart, and despite the differences in the reason, she thought the same and agreed. A part of her wants her heart back, but taking it meant she'd get the pain back. She didn't need to go through that again, it made her so weak, always crying, hopeless, wishing her life was over, and helpless. Yet she wasn't anymore, not now, not ever, heart or no heart. She hated weakness. Hated it. And there was no way to call it safe to open and trust people, though she did give Xaldin some unintentional insight to her...it was just the conversation that brought it out. She had felt love...but they never returned it. Not her insane family, if that even deserved to be called a family, and not from the guy she had feelings for...though he always mistreated. She was so stupid back then and such a doormat that it pissed her off...but now she knew better. Rolling her tired and burning eyes for what seems to be the zillionth time when hearing Xaldin talk to protect his alcohol, she walked weakly to the center of the kitchen, about to portal out, go to her room to get the money, get the orange juice and Benadryl, and sleep. "Nobody is going to take alcohol except for Porcupine there, so might as well not bother too much with it." Sighing, her muscles and bones still feeling feeble, she felt her forehead again. However, she wanted to be sure before she left, so she stared at Xaldin, asking plainly, "Could you see if I'm sick of have a fever?"
OOC: Okay, now that's a bit out there. The Org. weapons aren't anywhere near their bodies or anything, they just summon it from thin air, or nothingness, just nowhere. And even then, I doubt Xaldin could ever do that.
OOC: =O Larxene had never expected this to happen with her little test in a million years. She had thought, that if the reaction had been negative, then he would either easily get off or get off like lightning stroke him right then and there, surprised. Or even laugh it off and do something to tease her back. If it had been positive, then not only did it prove that his "sarcastic" words had real meaning, something that she could use against him, but he will either blush and be shocked or just pretend it didn't affect him. Never did she predict Axel would take it farther than that. At first, it was fine with the way his eyes were looking at her in a deep daze and his face flushing a slight red, and had smiled at the fact that she had gotten him. However, it seemed it didn't last long as he was going to retaliate, something Larxene had foreshadowed, so she was confident at whatever stupid try came next. It wasn't long as little winks here and there came, him biting her thumb, but when he unexpectedly came closer than comfortable, the little smirk she had started to fade away a bit. He wouldn't... Yet, when she felt his hot breath over her mouth, somehow his face now too near without her knowing, with his warm hand touching her cheek and hair...she found her head backing more against her seat, stunned. It wasn't the fact that he was doing this, it was the fact that the look in his face and that serious and longing in his eyes made her mind falter for a moment, and she just...stared. The whole thing was new to her...no one had dared to do this unless they wanted to be castrated, let alone she wasn't used to that type of...affection or something, for lack of a better word. When she thought he was going to kiss her, their noses slightly touching, he switched gears and went to her ear instead, and after a moment's pause...she let out a silent breath in relief as she closed her eyes. Larxene barely even listened to what he whispered, though when she opened her eyes and he was gone, her cheeks went a light pink from embarrassment and anger. It was a while before she actually processed what had occurred thoroughly, and snarling as her expression became dark and sinister, electricty stricking all over, she got up, her eyes turning to glare blazingly at Axel, who was standing over there with Vexen. With a look to kill, she clasped her shaking hand into a fist, where with a spark, four yellow and sky blue kunai appeared. With her antennae hair standing on end with the strong static, she exclaimed, her cheeks even more pink as her rage bubbled, "H-H-...HOW DARE YOU?!" Oh, he should better run for his nonexistant life. OOC: Lol xD, I could just imagine her antennae things like high up, all angry, though it would remind me more of a cute chibi than anything :P...though a very blood lustful chibi D:
OOC: Eh, let Marluxia enjoy the high life while he can xD. Marluxia was just about to grab her hand after Xemnas was out of sight, and pull her close to feel her, but unfortunately, he got interrupted by Xaldin. He frowned, obviously disappointed that he wasn't going to get a repeat of the staff lounge right now. Letting out a breath though, he turned to the man, listening to him, and as he uncovered the shield, he gazed at the weapon that was Vexen's. "You shouldn't mess with someone else's weapon, Xaldin, especially when they are not here. What did happen to Vexen, however? All I heard was that he was in the hospital by the ambulance crew..." "I heard them say that a wall fell on him or something, and it will explain why there's a part of it missing before," Larxene somewhat answered for him, knowing what had happened, and they were in the staff lounge. Now that she thought about it, she remembered back at the fact that it was Xaldin there before and that she watched something go out. Staring at the black haired male as she creased her eyebrows, she questioned, "It was something to do with you, wasn't it?"
The moment Larxene had gotten into the resort, and settled in her room, one of the first things she did was go to the small café in the main lobby to get a nice cup of hot chocolate, with a big chocolate chip cookie on the side. While their Organization trench coats kept them somewhat warm with the way they were made, she wasn't fond of the cold, and she somehow wished it was somewhere else warm. Like a beach. Sighing as she waited for her order, she studied the menu, wondering what else they had, as she was a little hungry. Zexion was comfortably seated near the fireplace, warm, and unsurprisingly having a book in hand, which was mostly about snowboarding, skiing, other snow activities, what better ways for good control of your movements, and a few tricks and how to do them. There was also a teaching of how to swerve the force of speed, and the altitude you jump to land perfectlty, and the position your feet should be on centimeters. Basically, he had already calculated some in his head, though he had snowboarded before. He just wasn't a expert, and considering he was here with his fellow Organization members, there will be some ridicule if he ever fell flat, though he was sure others would be worse, so he wasn't that concerned.
Axel placed down his side of the stretcher on the floor as well, knowing that wouldn't be good enough to preserve the body, and it was weird and almost creepy to put two dead bodies where people might open it. That wasn't short of a scary movie. So, he began looking around the infirmary himself, mostly on the back, and started opening doors to see if there was anything, though they were just storage rooms for somre. It wasn't until he reached one that had "Conservatory" placed in its door's surface in the far corner, that he felt this was the one, as the word said enough. However, when he tried to turn the knob to open it, he found out it was locked. Now this was definitely good news, but since it was shut...then... "Hey, Rexwand! Come over here!"
"Alright then..." Axel relented, stepping back a little, glad that he didn't have to give more reasons like he had thought he would. However, before he left for the Twilight Town clock tower, he raised his hand up for her to shake, looking at her seriously, since he had to make sure she wouldn't try anything. He smiled. "Promise me, though, that you'll stay and won't leave after I do, and speak to your comrades, like I said. This is where you belong, and there's no need to worry about Zexion and what he'll think. I'll....talk to him for you. By the way, also swear that you won't tell anyone I'm alive...especially Reixa. But if she keeps hammering you for it, then tell her, I don't think is that important for the plans.....yet make sure she doesn't tell anyone else at my castle. Deal?" He waited to see if she agreed and for her to take his hand to seal it.
Marluxia stood, straightening himself tiredly as the customer was taken to the hopsital to be healed off. What a day this was, the only good thing is that he got two raises and will leave this week with a heavy check, gotten Larxene to love him easily and without any problems, and now was beginning to be seen as a good employee, perhaps this might work for his union. His nonexistant life just couldn't get any better. Stretching his arms, he walked over to his girl...no...woman, though didn't do anything since the boss was here. He didn't need constant questioning at the moment. "Aren't you going to see Xaldin?" Larxene asked, staring over at him, and knowing she didn't get a arm around her waist because of Xemnas being here. Now wasn't the time to. However, she did send him a secret look for him to get where she was going at, and he simply smirked. "I'll go with you." "I'm rather not fond of my scythe being messed with, and I'm going to tell Xaldin just that. My weapon was damaged once, though I could still summon and make it disappear, not to mention get automatically fixed. Maybe is his that has the problem," Marluxia replied, saying this truthfully, but also playing along, but Xemnas will have to find out soon enough. He then gestured with his head for them to get going, and Larxene merely lifted herself up from the shelf, and began walking with him by his side, like it should be, and always will. Of course, Xemnas didn't miss any of their looks or their manner of speaking, he was boss for a reason, but he will let them go just this once. Whatever he had to deal with those two, though he was already suspicious, he'd rather wait later, when there was much less stress. However, he did say to their backs, "I will like you to meet me in my office later on, just to give you your pins. Do you hear me?" He got a nod from both of them as they slowed their steps to give him confirmation, and with that over with, he checked if the floor was clean from any signs of blood. It was, since the shot was closer to the upper arm and her clothes wer soaking it, and so were the bandages after. Now that this was confirmed, he simply walked to the other direction, not exactly what to do now.
Marluxia just shook his head as he watched Xaldin's back as he walked away, not really having the chance to follow, if he even would, since the girl was now stuck in his hands as Saïx went to do something else, about the MPC. And it was wrong, if their weapons cannot be usable when damaged, what was the point of them since they had a chance to be scraped when battling? His scythe was well grounded and fine, he didn't need to see...not that he has a chance at the moment. Why was he doing this again? Oh yes, a promotion. Xemnas just waited for the ambulance to get here, rubbing his temples as he saw Saïx reprogrammed the MPC. He stared at the others....Marluxia simply staring after Xalding sharply, though now holding the girl, and Larxene still leaning on the shelf, her face blank. He had forgotten that he had to give them a pin for their actions, and the raise was already set in his mind for them. Howerver, he listened as the ambulance got closer, and the sirens were now heard close and loud enough to boom. He could hear shouts of men and footsteps entering the store, and so he remained still. The moment they got here though, and were putting the customer into the stretcher to take away, he had to answer a few questions, because supposely, this is the second accident that had happened in WalMart. Second? Then what was the first? After a few questions, where he now knew that Vexen was in the hospital, he frowned, not believing how many things were happening right now, and not knowing that one of their employees was hurt as well. It wasn't long until the ambulance crew all took their leave, announcing indeed, that her wound was infected before they left. He heaved a sigh, closing his eyes as he tried to calm the headache now coming. Papers, then problems, and papers again later. Goodness...
Axel had to roll his eyes by now, as he already got the point enough. Of course, it won't stop him from doing stuff like this, but he gets it, he just wouldn't follow it. "Okay, whatever. Is not like I can have any feelings anyway...so is not like I can be considerate for others'." And it was true, in a way. He knew he had a enormous strong bond and fatherly love for Shigiku, but it wasn't real...he could just feel his heart...or rather, the shadow of it, but it wasn't there, and it didn't beat. Either way, he had decided to stay silent on the remainder of their carrying out the body, as they move down the side deck, luckily the infirmary not far off. And as predicted, it wasn't long until they reached it.
Could I have Larxene and Zexion? :D
Larxene's frown just deepened, and her eyes narrowed so much into slits, that it looked like she was about to hunt and slaughter her prey with her claws. Make him? Was he asking for a death wish? As her jaw tightened, her rosy lips curled into a sinister smile, ashis hand moved to his neck in fast reflex, graspingit tight, and sending a jolt of electricty. She was about to literally flung him out, before she halted her movement as another thought and idea filled her mind. It was...awkward to say the least, it was prepostorous, uncalled for, not her...but it did peek her curiosity, as a question did fill her. Thinking about this more, just to make sure that it was something she'd want to go through, after a minute, she took her hand away from his throat, which was red from her hold. Leaning back on her seat calmly, she simply sighed, before smiling at Axel sweetly. The hand that she had used to choke him, now became the one that moved her fingers through his soft, red spiky hair softly, slightly grazing his cheek everytime. "Is it that you can't move or is it that you want to stay in my lap?" Her eyes fluttered innocently as her thumb now trace gently over his bottom lip, her expression nothing short of seductive.
"But that's why we're here....but if you had one, a heart, would you search for a woman?" Larxene asked, looking back up, her face not as upset anymore as she kept blocking memories she didn't want to see. Yet it made her think back on why she joined, that she wanted a heart...but did she now? Did she really want all the pain back? Wasn't it better if she would remain soul less and unfeeling? She didn't like that thought of incompleteness...it is hard to take when you're used to your heart beating in your chest and find out is not there anymore, so she was desperate for it in the beginning, but now that she'd gotten used to it...was it worth it? This conversation had headed off to a different and odd...topic, and it awakened some things that she had put in the darkest corners of her mind so she won't remember. She had felt love once...at least she thougth so, but she had known it was at least strong feelings...but that ended with the fact that he was using her, always had. And then there was the love of her si... She shook her head, not wanting to think about. It was...too much. She sighed, and lifted herself off the counter. Rubbing her neck tiredly, she gazed at Xaldin again, before saying, "Nice talk and all, but I need to get going, I've done what I could in the kitchen, and I still got to go and buy that orange juice...so I guess I'll come back, along with a Benadryl...but I don't want to leave just yet until you answer the question I gave you..." She crossed her arms.
Larxene rolled her eyes as Vexen cowered, as he should whenever he thinks he's pissing her off, because she did usually strikes. Though, this time, it wasn't enough for her to start electrocuting, because in her opinion, that was a insult to Axel more than anything. The fact that the redhead had more curves than a woman, and her curves couldn't get any better, that was definitely not a good thing. Guess Axel's hips didn't lie. Frowning at the rough housing him and Roxas started as she glanced at them, she turned back to looking out of her window, keeping on ignoring. However, that wasn't going to happen when she suddenly felt something slam in her lap, catching her by surprise, and she immediately looked down, only to see Axel's bright green eyes staring at her sheepishly. Ignoring the fact of where his head was, she gritted her teeth as her body grizzled with electricity, she dangerously glared at the male. In a low dark tone, not yet using her element, she growled, "Get off."
"We all need a bed. And yeah, it has lessened the headache," Larxene admitted in a more quiet tone than the one she was using before, the end of her last words bothering her for some reason...no, she knew the reason. She just didn't want to think back on her past life, as they were never good or happy memories, and neither in this life, except when she makes people suffer. It was a habit she had gotten...hurting people, it made her feel better and it pleasured her to know that she wasn't the only one who has been through hell, and the world has shown her that humans can't give any mercy. And she didn't have a heart. Good riddance. Her lips kept frowning tighter as she kept thinking, remaining quiet for a few moments as she contemplated. Of course, she had listened to some of the things that Xaldin said, and she giggled sweetly. "Oh, I've had plenty of guys to play with. That isn't necessary." Despite her laugh, she didn't smile, not truly, and she studied the wind wielding man silently as he gave her a confused smile, saying she was right. Larxene didn't know what made her say this, but she found her mouth moving, her eyes almost falling asleep from the exhaustion, yet they were more glassy looking than usual. "I am right. Without a heart, you can't hurt, or feel pain when someone betrays you, or feel bad about your pathetic and useless life, and you can't suffer. All you feel is nothing, emptiness, hollow, and the place of a hollow shell. You're safe...." Her gaze settled on the floor sharply as the grip in her hands tightened. "But there's a damn consequence like always...you feel incomplete, you can't feel happiness, or love, or something...warm...but I don't need that. Never did. Do you?"
