The blonde watched as Zexion went in to get him, and she was incredibly tempted to shut him there with Luxord for a bit of payback, whatever the kid was doing or if he was even there. The fact that Zexion could portal ruined that notion, dubbing it pointless if he could easily get out...but it can also work to save her precious time from being wasted waiting here by the door. Sneezing again, blocking it with her free palm, and giving a slight cough after, her decision was made without a second thought. Sniffing, she let the hand that was supporting the metal door to give way, and it closed with a loud thunk as it let the ones there be trapped. Going to it, fastening the heavy locks over it again expertly, she put the bar that went across the door back down, as she fiddled with the padlock and grapple. It was done fairly quick, as she was used to it due to practice, and with a small pat, walked off from the chamber without a backward glance, letting Zexion deal with whatever needed to be dealt with. If he could find where the lights were, good for him. Larxenes's feet took her to her own private bathroom (she was a lady), knowing her comfortable clothes were there, which she used for her pajamas, and took the time the Cloaked Schemer just so graciously offered to her by changing while he was busy.
OOC: Wow, Deathsight, Vexen isn't even that ugly (I don't even think he's really ugly as in all the word, honestly, though he's...really creepy, googly eyes and laugh and all *shudder*), I have to say o.O. Is not like he's a looker either, but, ya know. Though is funny as hell xD. Anyway, since in the beginning all the rooms were in the same floor, Larxene can hear it. But not for long....poor Fluff. Vexen almost jumped out of his skin when the sudden cry was heard throughout Zexion's room, and in the dim lighting, spotted the horrendous, annoying Moogle that took his wine back then, wondering what happened, since Zexion was suppose to take care of it. He didn't have time for this, but the Moogle was making such a noise, that he felt like freezing it. In fact, maybe he should do that to shut him up...he didn't want to waste time, he was going to take care of this problem once and for all. Zexion was not here, so he must be in Larxene's room. Throwing a ice attack at the white creature as he spotted its fur, he waited to see if he had hit, yet now it was silent. Did he freeze it? If not, let it come out... Roxas was now focused on the goal of beating Axel in this race, fear of falling or anything concerning Chocobo incidents aside. The current of the winds were now hitting him like a typhoon, making his eyes burn or tear up, but not affecting his vision to the point where he couldn't see. He'll make sure that doesn't happen. It was even hard to get a load of air to their lungs with the speed they were going in, and he could see slightly as he was side to side by Axel, though he was a few steps ahead, the squinting his friend was having, so it wasn't only him. Good That would've been a problem, giving Axel the advantage. What's amusing was, that even if their sight was at its lowest, they kept stealing dirty and resolved glances at each other, to check where one was at the moment, and if they were behind, to reach them. Chani had to jump over a few objects in the way, fences, benches, carefully avoiding the poles, but she was an expert at this type of area, as was Axel's, he noticed. The ride also wasn't bumpy, depsite the bounces, as the Chocobos appeared to have graceful feet since they always land softly, no matter what speed they were going. He was going to win this. Axel knew, at the rate they were going, that the Fourth District wasn't that far from them, since Traverse Town was huddled together closely. In fact, they probably were in the District already, and what the Chocobos were heading for was the second ranch. His eyesight was still hell, the wind more cold and scratchy, but he wouldn't close his eyes, he needed them to see where was Roxas up to, while Kabi was centered on watching where she was going. He saw as the Chocobo had to make another jump, landing gently and barely felt as the accompanied rider, and keeping on going without missing a beat. Axel was enjoying himself, this was amazing, the speed, the ride, the experience, everything, and he would give anything to laugh like he was a kid again as he wanted to, but thought better of it. This was a race. As if in reminder, he looked around, and saw Roxas more in front, and tapping Kabi with his leg, as was their signal, she accelerated, not a second even passing as they accomplished to be next to his friend, or rather, rival, and were working on passing him further. It was like a cycle, Roxas would be more forward, only for Axel to take that place, then it happens again and again, both not giving up. The only time when that repetitiveness was broken was when they had to evade street lamps or poles, or jump over, yet even then, they will go back to it.
OOC: Omg, poor Fluffy T-T. I can say that Vexen forgot to tell Zexion something. And...Zexion is blaming Roxas?! :yelling: I wonder if he even noticed he can't smell Roxas's scent either... Anyway, here's something interesting: Heights Then again, I always knew Larxene reached around to Axel's shoulders, a bit more above even. At least it tells where Zexion stands xD. People exaggerate his shortness, really...though he is the shortest male in the Org. As Vexen went back to his lab, placing his wine in a nearby table, he was definitely into thought at the grand possible scheme that Axel might be alive. That he can actually, be in hiding, but if he was, why would he? Common sense would say that he will want to see his suppose 'loved' ones...unless if he was right on the Max suspicion, that he was in his world, not being able to be 'scented', and loitering around there safe from being found for some specific reason! Max murdering Axel was out of the question, him watching him die was also out of the question, the only two things that were truly capable of happening being realistic is that Max is leading tracks for them to be swayed another path, or that Axel is here...breathing, walking, and talking...somewhere. It was one over the other...but which? Yet wouldn't leading a trap, on the piece, fall on the same category as watching Axel die? Only this time, he went to leave a clue behind? Maybe he was in denial, but it was really clear now...Axel...it was spot on. There was no other alternative anymore. Knowing that this was pure fact, at least 85%, he went to portal again to Zexion's room quickly to tell him this, hoping to reach him if he hasn't gone to Larxene's room yet and see what they were going to do. It wouldn't matter now anyway, Savage Nymp or not, he was going to tell, and he'll go to her quarters instead later. Peering around the room as he materialized there, he called, "Zexion!"
Keira felt abashed when Kai corrected her, since "Amrai" sounded like it would belong to a female a little, so she just guessed, but otherwise, she listened as the girl explained. So what she got was, that this Amrai was her suppose older brother, and since they were related, he would help her, yet, Kai doesn't remember. It obviously sounded suspicious to her, and the female didn't answer if he was bad, but it wasn't like she could reach her own conclusions from that either, in case she was wrong. Taken aback when she offered her the bean, she hesitated, but in the end she took one, and only one, before smiling in thanks. Putting it in her mouth and chewing on it, she didn't find the taste bad, and as she swallowed, Keira turned to say to Kai, "You know, I never got what type of powers you have...do you have any? Or anything special?"
OOC: Lmao xDD, nerds. Axel doesn't love Moogles, love is too strong a word for it now (I love Moogles though :3, and Roxas likes Chocobos). He might have a small soft spot for Wiggles here, but the others are like the equivalent of pigeons, just...there xP (except for Miggles probably, because that's going to be Roxas's soon...). That soft spot is what is letting Wiggles nest on his hair and eating nachos and tacos, lol, but if you can see before...he's not that warm. He's definitely not like Vexen who will demolish the thing though D:. Roxas didn't know what to say on this race, even when the Chocobos stopped for it. It looked like he was the only one not to keen on the idea, as Axel and creatures alike, were waiting for it. It sounded fun, and it wouldn't be bad, yet he just wasn't sure if he was ready. Shifting his eyes discreetly as he saw everyone patiently seeing what would be his decision, Chani looking at him with a hopeful glint on her eyes, sighing, he unsurely said, "Fine, I guess..." The "Kweh!"s resonated again, this time in victory, and the two Chocobos lined up correctly and straight, as if already knowing what to do. Roxas wondered for how long they haven't been taken out to run free all over, but he grasped the bar tight, and ordered in a breath to his Chocobo, "Go your fastest now." He prayed he wouldn't die in this, but his pride to go head to head with Axel in a race and win was going to make him do what he could. Smirking, he glanced at his friend confidently. "Get ready to be left behind in the dust after me." "Oh, I wouldn't say it's going to be me," Axel retorted cockily, the same smirk on his face as he went to look ahead. Now this was what he was waiting for, to get Roxas back to that reckless and strong spark he always had, as he noticed the kid had become a bit too soft since his death for his liking. Well, this fixed that, and he hoped it stayed after it was over. With him being the winner, of course. Feeling the adrenaline rushing by now, he went to lean forward as best he could while grabbing on tight, calling quickly, "I'll do count, alright?" Seeing Roxas nod, also leaning forward determinedly, Axel placed his attention in front of him, knowing his best friend provided the challenge he appreciated. "Kabi, go to your best speed as well. One..." He felt Kabi move, and as he stared down for a second, found her eyes narrowed, and her neck sharp, as if she was getting ready for the signal. Going back to his focus forward, he said next, "Two..." Axel could hear the Chocobos scratching the ground with their feet as if pumped, and this made him chuckle. "THREE! Whoa-" He was almost thrown back hard from the abrupt force that Kabi began to run with this time, and he had to blink a little as he couldn't exactly see now with the wind now rough enough to affect his vision, but from what he could spot, Traverse Town wasn't a blur anymore, it was more like stripes of different colors striking across, shapes barely visible. Chani must've done the same, because he heard Roxas yelp. Off to the Fourth District then, him reaching it first. OOC: Who would be the winner? xD And I already made Vexen take his wine with him (bottle and all).
Keira blinked at the information, quite touched at the fact that she was risking disobeying whoever this Amrai was to make her feel better, and it wasn't as if the ache was as strong before. Heading to get next to Kai, staring at the girl honestly, she said, "You don't have to...really, I'll be fine. I wouldn't tell or anything, but I wouldn't want you to get in trouble for my sake either if this...Amrai ever found out. " She hesitated for a little, pondering over whether she should or not, and while she did ask people right away, she was thinking this wasn't exactly her business. Still, she went ahead to ask softly, "You don't have to answer this, but why would she lock you in the cave? She isn't bad...is she?"
OOC: Aw, maybe if she talked to him, he could listen, though not happy about it xD.
OOC: Nuuu, Vexen will kill the thing D=. Mutilate it and then make studies of poor Fluffy T-T (okay, not to that extent, but you get the point). And I said tiny soft spot for Wiggles (and I do mean tiny), not Moogles entirely :D. He got used to them though, since they're in Traverse Town and he's staying there, what could he do? Shoo them away? They're Max's xD. Axel can't go from thinking Max having Moogles was stupid, to liking them so quickly. And yeah, Nymph, Roxas and Axel are still in Traverse Town, with the added Chocobo ranches, since Max has a liking for FF creatures xD. And I don't know anything about Start Trek....except, know it's Star Trek ^^;.
"Help me with what?" Keira asked, just standing still as she watched silently the girl going about, lighting a match to see, and organizing a few boxes, two poles in the floor. It wasn't until Kai took out the small pot where she had to rest her eyebrows questionably, and she distinctively wondered if this was her secret cave...but at least she was aware now that she was making something for her. To help...though she couldn't fathom what she needed help with....was there something that she said or acted before that would require it? It was like lightning struck her head as she realized finally what Kai might be doing, all clicking, and walking more closer to the bonfire, inquired to see if she was right, "Is it because of when I fell?"
OOC: I'll give it a shot then *shrug*. Larxene let out a impatient sigh, tired on the inside, due to her cold and the virus affecting her, but not letting it show, as she waited for Luxord march out, unless he did learn how to portal, because then, perfect, she could do what she wanted to try right now faster and the kid was out of any confines that were connected to her room. Breathing through her mouth since her nose was officially blocked from getting air for her lungs, she pierced her blue eyes through the darkness of the chamber, thinking whether the brat was really there or not now. Yet, Larxene also didn't want to risk getting into a card again by stepping inside, and that in itself wasn't exactly...fun. Maybe Zexion will have to go in if Luxord still didn't appear, maybe even use that to her advantage. Though she was wondering if she'll be up to it with her certain state of health, because to go for truth, she wasn't as excited as she should be.
OOC: Oh, okay ^^;. I thought it was something else.
OOC: I thought Larxene knew Traverse Town and who owns it? xP Wonder why she hasn't mentioned Maxy. And, lol, the Moogle Love spell =3. Though Axel is keeping Wiggles because he thinks him handy, and is probably getting used to the Moogle presence xP. Can't say that somewhere there isn't a soft, tiny, soft spot that Wiggles has paved into Axel though xD. Yes, Reixa, Larpex, and others are there, but the people who play them aren't here, so...:/. Roxas hung on as tight as his grip and strength let him as Chani kept running, the ride soft and not as bumpy as he thought, but it was still shockingly thrilling. At first, he had made sure to not look around him, but as he got the hang of it as the seconds and few minutes passed, he found himself staring off in front, seeing Axel ahead as he was reaching him slowly. Leaning forward like his best friend was doing to make it go faster, and like the Hypello said, he almost grunted as the speed raised, and his breathing became ragged, yet he kept his concentration and cool. Whispering to Chani that she can go just a ant bit quicker, he almost yelped as it shot straight, and soon, found himself riding side by side with Axel, who looked at him with a expression of hysteria, seemingly enjoying himself. Wish he could say the same, but he actually was...little by little. "ISN'T THIS GREAT?! MUCH BETTER THAN HORSES!" Axel tried to yell across the howling wind slashing their faces, that swished the flaps of their trench coats behind them in the harsh breeze; it was like putting your head outside the car window and attempting to speak, even just with that sentence he swallowed some good air. This was admittingly much better than he expected, and looking at Kabi's easygoing strut and face, he knew she could go much faster, and he was the type to enjoy pushing the limits. Opening his mouth again, his face staring at Roxas sideways, he shouted, "YOU OKAY NOW?!" Only staying quiet for a little as they kept going, he nodded softly, already balanced well with the movements and used to the feeling, but still a bit precautious. In fact, he felt ready to go more faster now, if he could, it didn't feel so dangerous anymore. It seemed that was the answer Axel was looking for too, because with a devious smirk, the offer he then suggested made Roxas raise his brows. "WANT TO RACE?!" The birds seemed to like the idea as well, as they began to "Kweh!" in agreement, and soon, Chani being first, they slowed down into a jog, until finally, the Chocobos stopped their run and paused, as if waiting for the count down to when they can head off again in a fair start. This made Axel eyed Roxas expectantly, a expression on his face that appeared as if he was saying, "Look, even the Chocobos want to", using this as a good turn to convince him.
Well, the story on that is that once Xehanort and his apprentices gain reign, they vanquished Ansem The Wise into the darkness, while Xehanort took his name for himself, hence, "calling himself Ansem". Finding Riku in the darkness, I think, is what it says; he perhaps came across Riku while they were travelling among the darkness, especially if Riku was hanging with Mickey for a while (who might have or might not have been with Riku at the time. It's been proven those two weren't always together). I don't think Riku was more of his "pupil", even if he said so himself, because Ansem The Wise's goal was to get revenge on those who vanished him, thus, his hatred and wanting to end the Organization. Riku was used as a pawn, and he even told that to Mickey while he set his machine up to ruin Xemnas's Kingdom Hearts, and how he regrets it. I don't think Ansem carried the Keyblade either, even if he knew Aqua, because Kairi's Keyblade and the one Aqua has are completely different, if you've seen the scans of how the Keyblades were ten years ago, and Aqua's Keyblade in the Secret Ending. And if Ansem did hand Riku the Keyblade, he would've said something along the lines of "someone gave it to me", instead of, "I started to remember a long forgotten memory and then suddenly this Keyblade appeared in my hand". I think I'll just leave Kairi's Keyblade as random KH WTF moment for now, until some info is given. Who knows, it might've been a one time thing.
Keira was obviously reluctant to go in a dark cave, with someone she just met, and not aware of what was in there, but if there was one thing that was a weakness, was her curiosity, despite her knowing better. Something told that Kai wasn't bad, and that's what made her lead herself so far into this, it was something in her gut that told her this wouldn't be horrible. Letting out a breath, she trailed after the girl inside the tunnel, very alert and cautious, and ready to take out anything she might have to protect herself. Can never be too careful. Looking over at Kai as she stepped in, she questioned low, "You're not going to make me die, are you?" Her voice and words echoed amongst the cave walls, making her shift her eyes around.
Vexen just raised a eyebrow at the comment, but concluded to let Zexion deal with what he is planning on his own, and not a word of this will get out to higher ups, or anyone else until it is proven. As far as anyone knew, Axel was dead...however, if he was alive, then, wouldn't he be wanting to go back to Larxene and Roxas? If Zexion wasn't sure that Axel was alive or not, and they were leading that it might involve Max, then was it that place that the Cloaked Schemer could not sense anything from? It would make sense, as it would be a good world to hide away from anyone that didn't need to know the truth. But again, why wouldn't Axel come forth? Even letting another member from the rival Organization take his place? If he was breathing, did he even know of these events? And...why hasn't he shown himself? That's what interested Vexen the most... That is, if that redhead was even truly alive. Thinking he was just standing there in thought, he shook his head, and went to take his leave, "Very well, then, I'll end it here." With a last glance however, he also told sternly, "But if Axel is, in fact, alive...I'll like you to contemplate as to why he hasn't appeared yet. He might actually be dead for all we know, and we're going by false tracks. And oh, don't tell Roxas any of this as well, almost forgot about him." Taking that as a last word to leave, darkness swirled about him, before he portalled out permanently, taking the wine with him. OOC: Larxene and Moogle bonding :3. I've left out Axel and Roxas for now, since they're Chocobo riding xP.
I think the KH conquest deserves one more PS game, and then end it, no matter how much it pains me. Dragging it out will just make it pointless, it isn't like the game is the FF series, with different people, in different worlds, with different storylines. KH has to end someday *sigh*. What Riku's been doing while Sora was restoring his memories, we don't exactly know. We do know, that he teamed up with Diz later, and kidnapped Roxas, with the hope that this will make Sora wake up faster if his Nobody bonded with his Other, and kept helping Ansem The Wise along (he's the black cloak guy you always saw appearing in Roxas's virtual TT, though I'm positive you knew that, but saying it anyway...). Also, in the KH2 Novel, the written one, Diz ordered him to dispose of Naminé since she wasn't need, but he let her go with Axel (and you see also see that scene in FM+) What he did before all this, because I'm sure that can't be covered of what he did that whole year, maybe might be revealed in Coded. Might offer a explanation for Kairi's Keyblade, but let's see then.
Sorry, this topic kind of gets in my skin ^^;. I wouldn't mind it, if it was done more smoothly, and the fact is, now Kairi will get more labeled as a "Mary-Sue". I just call it KHIII, because is the third game on the PS console that might happen... I do think, that there has to be one last game to tie all ends with Sora's journey and the conclusion of all the three upcoming games now...well....then KH will be done. KH2 kind of left it open ended with the letter by Mickey and all, so there's a chance.
OOC: Another instance where you're on at the same time xP. For how long though? Roxas watched as Chani went to bow down in shame, and he let out a breath, thinking this over. The worst that could happen was falling, and he doubted it will happen since Chocobos were known to be smooth and soft, but fast. In the end, he nodded, and made Chani look in front of the exit, preparing to go. Anxious, but ready. He glanced back at Axel, who gave him a nod, and pointed Kabi to the same direction. Staring at the Hypello, hearing his advice, he said, "Uh, thanks for the help and all." "Chani and Kabi, you need to go medium slow, not that quick, yet slow enough until dear Roxas gets the hang of it," Axel ordered, wondering if they would actually listen to him or not, it was worth a try. The Chocobos didn't say or move anything on the matter, so he just shrugged and heaved a sigh. "Hang on tight, Wigs. I'll go first." Not knowing what to do exactly, Axel tried a awkward double 'tsk', and before he could comprehend that he was moving, Kabi was already heading off in a run soft run, only looking back at the cabin as he saw Roxas and Chani follow after, Roxas hanging on like he was in a roller coaster ride and his life depended on not dying. The wind whipped his hair and his cloak behind in the speed as they rode off, going to lean forward a little, the plains and views of Traverse Town blurring besides him. In fact, the experiencing was so thrilling he felt like whooping, though he only settled with a wild grin.
OOC: I was waiting for you to come on ^^;. Keira just let Kai lead her to the way, finding her a bit odd, but harmless, at least she thought so. She could see the forest getting thicker, and feeling her body get more alert as they went on, not knowing there was such a jungle around the school. She could also now begin to smell a bit of smoke, and from there, she was getting interested, but cautious. In the end, staring over at the girl, she asked sharply, "Where are we going exactly?"
No, she just swung it around, it was like the way you play with a toy sword, you know how to hit and swing, but have no actual experience. And that might've been a way to connect Kairi to Aqua, but that was the most random way to do so, and it didn't make any sense except for the fact that Nomura pulled that off to show a bond between two girls. That was it. Keybalde never seen again, even when all the wielders grouped together to open the door to the last boss. The thing is, Kairi asked that question in KH2 Final Mix+, which she didn't do in KH2. What Riku responded was, "I started to remember a long forgotten memory and then suddenly this Keyblade appeared in my hand". Nothing about Ansem The Wise. How the hell can Riku remember that is another thing. Nomura can have Kairi have a Keyblade all he wants to and make her a tough Keyblade warrior in KH3 al of a sudden because she trained with Riku and Sora and whatnot, but it will never be believable to me, and will only keep me in fact to expect Nomura to bring made up crap he just thought of. Not that you can blame him, no one thought that KH was going to be such a success, but will it hurt to foreshadow it? There can be other ways to connect Kairi and Aqua then giving her a Keyblade.
