OOC: Believe or not, is 5: 36 AM where I am ^^;. And yeah, you should write it down, just in case *nods head*, is a good idea, that way there won't be plotholes xP.

I think that's your longest post, period xD. Unless I missed one.

Axel thought about the question for a moment, not knowing where to go with this as he dived into the workings of his mind again, sighing. Pondering over this for a while, he finally answered, his voice unsure, "Perhaps...but why here? You found her on the island...she fell into something dark and deep, which is when she probably lost her memories...why would it be in the cruise, of all places? It would be easier for us, since we might not have to travel across a world in search. You might be unto something, but first...we need to speak with Shigiku, and see the lost memories, if she decides it so, that's the only way we can be sure, and that we're not following a dead end here..." He really didn't want to do this to Shigiku, and he was almost afraid of her actions if they go through with it, he could just picture her crying and wretching in pain, begging to stop...

Shuddering harshly, he wiped away the images, trying to keep his focus on the task. There was another thing as well, that passed through his mind at the very second, "The memories bumping again, and breaking, isn't something to worry about either, long process, but we know how to fix it, I'll give all the energy needed, and it will be even better and great if she finally has the complete remembrance of her life..."

That was a ideal thought, based on hope more than anything, but for that comment, he eyed Naminé again, this time, waiting to see if that was possible or not. If it can happen, all the pain and the work will be worth it, and things...things just might be back to normal with Shigiku. Yet...she'll have to leave if it all goes well...and he might never see her again...

His eyes and ecstatic mood drooped at that, the sadness of the conclusion wrecking his body, but...he made his promise...no matter how much it pained him in the end. He was a Nobody anyway, a part of the Organization, it wasn't like the girl could've stayed with him...

OOC: Oooh, and it begins xP. Yay, for plot.

"We're going to have to do that if we ever want a chance to find them, where are they, and what truly went on. Shigiku shared with me that she couldn't help her parents or protect them...from someone, they might even have magic, I'm not sure, but she must have inherited from somewhere, you know. I have a feeling they're held in capture, or at least fatally didn't escape the person who attacked them, and we can say for a fact that they aren't on the ship now. But the questions I'm asking myself is who, where, and why..." Axel explained spontaneously, saying all this in a quick breath, almost in a frenzy, getting excited as he was close to a breakthrough concerning Shigiku's mystery and what happened, as the clues he had in his brain from everything the little girl told him were being placed together, and only a few pieces of the puzzle were missing...which was the core to make it whole and clear.

Damn, I'm a genius...now I know the 'passion' Vexen feels when on the point of discovery...

Finding himself pacing back and forth as he kept brainstorming, playing with his necklace's emblem, knowing this could be solved, all they needed was Shigiku's help...but with what light? What could be powerful enough? "We need to find a way for her to get to her lost memories...maybe if she wants to know where her parents are, wishes it so much because of her love for them, which even if forgotten, is always there....then perhaps that could be her light...maybe...even us, we matter, I think. Of course, we're going to have to explain the situation to her, we don't have to tell her everything, just the basics, and whether she'll...do it or not, is her decision...that's the thing now. It'll be painful, which she will also be aware of, but if she's willing..."

He abruptly stopped his manic repetitive walking, now his mind full of what to do, and he looked at Naminé for any confirmation or ideas on what he said. There's also a chance they might be dead, other than being held captive (if they lived through whatever it was that separated Shigiku from them)...but that was the very last option he would think of for now...too sad. His promise wasn't a problem either, as he said he'll find them...he didn't swear that they would be breathing, though...

"Don't think of the worst, Naminé," Axel suddenly stated in a weak tone, in a way, reprimanding her too. They had to think positive on this, as much as it can hurt if her parents were turned into Heartless, he would not go back on the oath he gave to Shigiku; he's going to find her mom and dad, one way or another, his mind was set on that. But to get to that point, he'll definitely need the little girl's help...as she was the only one with a sense of clue where they could be. They were attacked, Shigiku wanted to protect them, but couldn't...yet...protect them from who? If he could get that much, or some type of hint, he'll be a step closer to finding them...

Lost in thought, he said, more to himself than Naminé, "We can search around, even so, the people are less, and we know what they look like...but, you think if her parents were on the ship, they would search for her the moment she was lost to them, wouldn't they?...if they love her..."

He went to tracing his necklace with his hand once more as he gazed balnkly into the horizon, his eyes distant, contemplating the situation, thinking that, yes, they would have searched for her, as any parent who loves his or her child would, so that was a sure lead they weren't on board. And if they were attacked by someone as Shigiku had said before, than they probably escaped or didn't...he was going for the "didn't" part of it, something in his gut told him that...but since Naminé found her on the island...they really might not be on the Disney cruise...but then where? That's the question....

And who attacked Shigiku and her family? Where, who, and why...

Shigiku also dreamt she was falling into a deep abyss that time when she was having a nightmare....

Speaking absently and to himself again, he muttered, "I need to speak with Shigiku...after all, memories are forgotten, but not lost...only covered in darkness...she just needs to try hard and free them...with light? Perhaps, love is strong...and could be anyone's light...."

But how will he do that without upsetting her?

OOC: Inspector Axel on action. Man, I feel ike it's been a while since I haven't used his smart brain, which you need to scheme with....xP. I think I just made a plot here ^^;.

Axel felt like smacking himself in the head as he now just remembered what he was suppose to do, which flew out of his mind ever since the whole Heartless and Ansem incident occurred, only to have Shigiku be in pain later. He was planning to do it this morning, today, basically, but now...after the tragedy...unless her parents knew magic as well, or had some skills, considering the cruise was attacked...

Yet, that was even if they were on this ship. Especially now, he didn't know how many of the crew members were walking with their hearts intact, or whether they'll actually bother finding two people, which they might be getting from other passengers to see if their families were around due to the battle. Whatever way he could put it, it didn't look good, there was still a chance, but things just got difficult to do so.

Staring at Naminé hesitantly, both sheepish and a bit disappointed, as he promised Shigiku he would find them, and shook his head, "No, I was going to do it today, but...you know what happened. And now...is going to be much harder. Not only do I not know how many workers are left to find them, they're probably busy with the rest who also want to find traces of their families if they got separated with the Heartless attacking. If they are here, I don't know if they made it, by hiding, or are able to use magic like their daughter. And to be truthful, how do we even know they're on this cruise? The only bright side, if you even want to call it that, is most of the people, or alot, are gone as their hearts got taken away...so if we search..."

He let that sentence finish itself.

Axel was already behind her when she motioned for him, and with a last glance at Shigiku, he trailed after her out the door, and being the last one out, closed it lightly. Letting out a deep breath, he clapped his hands just to stretch, and gazed at the blonde expectantly, to see what was it she had to say, and what Shigiku couldn't hear. It can't be bad news, considering she just said...no, promised, the memory problems were over. Still, the bit of anxiousness in his voice wasn't stopped, but he otherwise sounded casual, "What is it you have to tell me?"

Axel blinked, but made his way to get up from the bed as in decision, wondering what Naminé had in mind, since he expected after she agreed to share the suite, to grab her suitcase and begin to move, then to get his and Shigiku's suitcase from his place, and simply move to their new room. That was it, and then he could get something to eat. "Uh, sure."

Not knowing what this was about, he gave Shigiku a comforting smile, before looking at Naminé, gesturing with a wave of his hand to the door, almost jokingly, "After you. Ladies first."

OOC: Yeah, if you notice, Axel's been doing it since he got it xP. For some reason, imagining Axel doing that I find cute, I don't know why xD.I just picture him fingering it, with that cute face of his...*random*

I don't know something funny to do either, at least not now...x.x

He was beginning to tinker with the fireball emblem in the jewelry, until he noticed Naminé handing him back the pad and pen, and he took his hand away to grab the small notebook, while the other one went to hold the pen, which he placed in the table he got the objects from right off; only to rip out another page, and take it for himself, before putting the pad back as well. Gazing at the written number and name thoughtfully, still pondering whether it was a good idea or not, he abruptly snapped his head to the blonde next to him, in question, "I think what would be better....look, I switched rooms for me and Shigiku, to a suite, and I got two card keys. And I was wondering now if you'd like to share the room, that way we can keep an eye on her and not be too far apart." Blinking a little, he added fast, as he figured it sounded suggestive, "There are two bedrooms, two showers, with king sized beds, Shigiku can sleep with one of us."

I hate theories like this T-T. I don't believe them, I mean, wasn't the world suppose to end in line, June 6, 2006, or something? But still, it's quite scary to think of, and it really bothers me. I hate thinking that I'm about to die in this due date along with everyone else.

Hopefully, if the world does end, I'll be dead, buried or burned, and won't have to experience it, I want to live my life, until it really ends or the time truly comes (and I don't mean by the world ending). Though I'll feel for my future generations...

OOC: Before I forget, chula logged in today, though she didn't post...

"No problem, anything for you," Axel told her truthfully with a smile, ruffling her pink hair again in affection, before taking it away as he stuck his tongue out. Getting back to Naminé, he paid his attention back to the blonde, though his mind was in thought. Great, they both have cells, now, one thing left, "You have to give me your number. I don't have my cellphone with me, right now..."

His eyes searched somewhere for a pencil or pad, which usually, some hotels and things like this had. Axel caught it on the side table he was putting his weight on before, and reached out his hand to grab it. The item sin hand, he clicked the pen open without wasting a second, beginning to write down his number quickly, only to rip out the page, and handing it to her, along the pen and pad. "Here you go..."

He then went to finger his necklace again after that, something that was becoming a habit as a idea roamed in his mind.

OOC: He panicked xDD. Can't think straight.

Though I wonder, if we can portal, then why doesn't anyone just portal out of the ship? xP

"Yeah, I have a cellphone, but do you?" Axel countered back to Naminé before he heard Shigiku's dismayed cries about her toys. Automatically, he looked around, only to spot them where he was on the mattress before, and leaned over, lifting himself up from his seat on the bed to reach them, and drag the stuffed toys over. His arms were long enough so that his fingers could barely touch them, and once in his grasp as he got back to his previous position, May in one hand, and now he knew, Muffin, in the other, he held it out for her to take. "Don't worry, I saved them. For some reason, in my state of panicking, I remembered to grab the two."

Tifa felt her heart jump, in surprise and glee as she recognized the voice, and chuckled a little, saying in the same casual way, but playfully, "And you sleep too short. Did you know that?" She had been wanting to talk to him, as she felt relaxed, and replenished, and the news of what happened that night seemed like a distant memory for now. Needless to say, she was in a good mood, and placing her hands on his gently, taking it away from her eyesight, she leaned her head back, looking up at her sexy chocobo-like haired lover, "Where have you been while I was in dream world? Not too bored, I hope..."

"There would be sides taken, perhaps one mad at the victor, not talking...but not to the point of backstabbing and killing," Tifa responded a bit absentmindedly, the possibilities of what Angel said running on her mind now. In a fight, there had to be a winner or a tie, and the outcome can be fatal if they took it seriously, but she knew Cloud, and if it comes to that point, he would stop, and so will Axel. "They might probably be severely hurt, but don't worry, both are good people, and if it comes close to death...I'm sure one of them would stop."

OOC: Not that Riku can do anything...you know he's a Prep, right?

Tifa was surprised to hear this, not expecting that the Axel and Cloud feud will turn into a killing massacre, and she wondered briefly how she came to that conclusion. Scratching the back of her head, she placed her elbow on the table, leaning her head down on the hand. "I don't think the Cloud and Axel fight will come to that...killing is a sin, and is horrible, especially for such a petty reason as verbal insults. Unless it doesn't give you a choice, which even then isn't right, at least you did it for something greater and to defend yourself. People can be upset and depressed and all, but I don't think they'll turn into murderers..." She eyed her intensely. "How did you ever get to that point anyway?"

"To be honest, yeah, since there is no reason for you to die suddenly in a cafeteria, Angel, you don't even have a sickness like cancer," Tifa explained, a bit jokingly, but still seriously, stopping herself from leaving as he heard her reply. Looking down at her, she also added, "And I don't know any reason for you to die, really...even the Axel and Cloud thing can't have you predict that...unless I'm misinterpreting the situation...and you're turning emo...which I hope not..."

Taking a pause there, she asked again, "So, what's wrong with you?"

"I'm the worst because I played a small joke on you that you took seriously?" Tifa questioned increduously, raising a eyebrow at the emotional girl in front of her. She had just wanted to cheer her up, but if she didn't want her company, to call her the worst, she made her way to get up. "I'll guess I'll leave you alone then..."

I never said it didn't, except for one. I don't think the Berserker or Sorcerers are made naturally, but are in fact, assigned to a Org. member by Xemnas (we know he has that kind of power since the FM+ scene with Axel in the meeting room).

Seriously, your heart gets taken away and you turn into a Nobody that coincidentially resembles and takes after a Organization member? (with no idea at what time said Org. members became a Nobody to resemble it)

Is not the soul, is whether they have a strong heart or strong will enough to obtain human form when they turn into a Nobody. And that doesn't say how they measure in strength concerning their skills either, so that was a bit moot to say.

"Um, Angel, I think you're quite overreacting on this matter," Tifa remarked, her eyes wide from the girl's sudden blow of welcoming death. Walking to her side, she pulled out a free chair and sat down, eyeing Angel warily, or more concerned. "What is it that's bothering you?"

The first person Tifa spotted in the cafeteria was Angel, who seemed to be on the verge of a breakdown, and who was right in front of her in the table. Thinking that is better to check on her, she went over quickly to see what could be wrong with her, or if it was the whole Axel vs. Cloud hatred. Not knowing the best way to approach, she simply went behind her in a sneaky cheerful form, and tapped her shoulder, saying in a very low, and perfect deep voice, "I will take your soul."

OOC: Don't we all, Clawtooth, don't we all...(though mine is in another thread)

Vexen had to stop himself from rolling his eyes at Larxene's suspicious eye (though it wasn’t unexpected, really), and if she didn't want it, then save it for Zexion (as it was meant to), hold it, whichever, he had a thing to discuss later on, and this was petty. Taking a sip from his own glass, he went to sit down idly in a vacant chair beside the desk, knowing he was going to have to wait for Zexion to emerge from whatever he was busy with now, and he had no idea what could be keeping him. He had found a piece, and with this, can perhaps figure out what happened to Axel, if it even mattered...and speaking of him, the Nymph was seriously bitter and angry about the whole replacement dilemma, he was neutral on the matter, as said....however, he really didn't expect so many to disagree. It boggled him.

Eyeing her calmly, he didn't know whether to remain silent or start a conversation, as they were both here waiting for the same person for their own personal business. Tasting a bit more of his wine, he began saying, "I do think both you and Roxas are taking this into another matter completely. The Superior placed her as Number Eight, there's nothing you can do. Accept it or not, the truth of the matter is, she is. But I rest my case. I don't think it tarnishes his memory, we just keep moving...have you forgotten the main goal of the Organization and the reason you've joined?"

Of course, considering Larxene was sentimental right now, he wouldn't say anything else in case she snapped at him. Vexen wasn't up to have a fuss at the moment, just get this over with and leave.
