From the top of the Wardrobe, Steel went through a mouse hole. 2 Unversed, which had been carrying pearls, quickly fled his presence. "Worthless creatures." he said. He grabbed the pearls and continued through the walls inner corridor. He came across another pearl by the intersection that would take him to either the end-table or the ground floor. After picking up the pearl, he decided the best route to take would be to more thoroughly search the ground floor. In accordance with his decision, he jumped into the wide gap that stood before him.

It seemed that everyone had left Steel just standing there by himself. That was okay though. Steel had known for a long time that no one could truly pay any real attention to him. They mostly just acted like they cared. It was the most basic part of his existence; other people could not truly grasp the full length of his presence, even if they wanted to. He had learned not to care about what other people thought, they were usually self centered brats anyway. He had people to save; Cinderella being one of them. Therefore, he cared very little in the long run if people didn't want to participate in the grand scheme of the universe. It was up to him. He ran up the side of the Wardrobe, jumped to the shelf, and grabbed 4 pearls. Noticing that Kel had found 2 others, he said; "That's 22/40."
