Mickey is obviously very strong. He's seen and been through a lot and he is also very wise. And if you haven't seen Mickey go against a strong Heartless or Nobody, than you must have missed the cutscene in TWTNW where was destroying all of those nobodies in one hit. Sora can't even do that. Mickey is never seen in battle because there is never a need for him to be; Sora and Riku are fighting, and even when Mickey does, it would be a waste of time for them to show it. It's pretty much a fact that he just ass.

I'd have to say the obvious answer for this one is Sora. Riku and Sora were best friends ever since childhood. Throughout both games, all that was on Sora's mind was looking for Riku and Kairi- He looked everywhere for Riku. Sora's reaction when he found Riku was to cry. Riku and Sora survived many battles together, and Riku was willing to give up his own body because he thought it would help wake up Sora. Mickey and Riku are still friends, but just because Riku made a new friend doesn't mean he isn't friends with Sora.

I agree with DPwolf here. It's a good possibility that Kairi is related to aqua, so possibly that also plays a part in how she is able to use a keyblade. Her heart is supposed to be very strong so I can understand why it would make sense for her to be able to weild a keyblade. Riku (as stated before) obviously delivered it to her; that may have something to do with the fact that shse was unable to summon it and needed Riku to show her that she was indeed able to weild it.​
