LOL just realized how I sounded :'D ^ Retrospectively, this is why I felt BbS set itself up for future plot devices/exposition (albeit, some points establishing more questions about the series than actually answering them) in the place of having a stronger story.
If it became something like Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII.
I actually felt more emotions playing Terra's story than anyone elses. And I'm on the unpopular opinion's boat for not liking Aqua as much as I should. maybe her voice acting or the fact that I didn't feel dat "Keyblade Master vibe" from her. most likely both aspects affected the other. But whatevs, I'm more appalled by the fact that everyone at first trusted Master f*cking Xehanort, lookin' da way he does. liek, I would not even trust dat dude to carry my groceries.
We can complain about the humidity and stuff.

Yeah, but at least they didn't put Cloud in the FFIV DS remake or something. :x (Ironically, Cloud's my favorite male FF character...) Again, I'll get over it, I mean, if some super special miracle happens and Lightning Returns is uber-spectacular (not just in Japan, pretty much a world-wise consensus), maybe people will be opt to buy the remaster.

I liked Lightning too (first game wise) but I feel that, for me at least, the purpose of getting the FFX/X-2 HD remaster was to experience the nostalgia and legacy that was the original in a prettier visual update and not to have some newer game icon kind of be in the middle of that. I guess in other words, while I understand that their collaboration project thing is to promote Lightning Returns (and again, like we haven't seen enough promotion for that lol), I want to keep those experiences separate and allow myself to enjoy the remaster in its original intention.
