Clear All missions for Mickey item to appear on Mog's shop, and all completely (No need for chest though) for Sora's item. All the missions members unlocked after you did something specific are unlocked after you beat the game, so you just need to go to the mission menu to do them.

Nope, Sora used and later claimed Riku's Kingdom Key as his own. Ven's Key is probably in the place Keyblades stay when they're not in the owner's hand. The hell you mean by that? I mean, Sora already saved Riku, and Ven soul is still with himself(though it's not like Soul is that much of a big deal here >_>).
Its based on a Car/Motorcicle Key instead of the usual in order to reference the Fenrir motorcycle, that's why it looks like a sword at first =|
He needed a key opossite to Sora's to close KH in KH1. So he went to Dark realm to get one, because Sora had the Light version. Really, not hard to understand =| Strong heart, the same reason all other keys choose people. I don't think it is. But it would be awesome if so.

I don't think so =| Terra himself uses the Keyblade after that scene, and a lot, and on a post Last Story scene it shows it and Flash Breeze protecting Aqua from 4 Darksides (Yes, keyblades,acting on their own and beating the crap outta 4 Darksides). And the Keyblade actually went to Riku because for a brief second, Sora was able to touch Riku's light, summoning the Keyblade using Riku's pwer, even though he had no idea on what was going.

Terra locked his heart and MX's away as his last act in his fight with you-know-who. That ended up creating like, another being, a fusion of both, with no memories at all, therefore not knowing about his potential of wielding the Keyblade. And like Willian said, no memories = no Key, so Xemnas coulnd't use the key because his only memories were that of Terranort(with a few of Terra probably, but not many for sure), and he couln't use the Key.
