either way Goimez, your "Staff" has to assume responsibility, and I've heard a few accounts of people being teased and made fun of for no reason while your "staff" just sat there and did nothing for it. YOU are responsible for the going ons in there. They enter at their own risk, yes, but you are responsible for choosing staff, and making sure they do their jobs.
