The event happens once Roxas loses. It's just Axel's passing soul was strong enough to somehow connects with his or something. To tell the truth i don't really know for sure, but i know it's confirmed the conversation happened while Roxas and Sora where fighting.

IIRC, there where only 3 devices. And their purpose is to absorb the memories from when Sora was on that world (possibly from the world itself, as their areas are the same as the Keyhole locations) and send to a certain vessel, which is Xion(Or at least the body she was in, i mean, Xemnas should've done something to her between day 356 and 357 right?).
They're not annoying unless each one goes to a direction or she starts to heal after casting, otherwise you can just glide around Xion and it'll be easy. And sicne you're in the middle of the fight, beware, 3rd form heals the entire HP each time she heals.

The Org knew, after Axel fought Roxas(Or maybe after Xion died), that he could Dual-Wield, so they changed his grave. And Xion didn't get a grave at all.
Well, you did it a little slow, especially for DW Roxas and his OMGWTFHAX Strength, but i know it's hard as hell to play on a emulator, so i can't blame you. But even so, you should try tp Dodge/Guard(Guard just for the Final form, and remember Round block, as well as Perfect block since you're also a fan of Counters) some of her attacks instead of just ignoring and keep attacking her. Overall, good video. And the ending was Epic, it looked like she exploded or something.
