Yeah, cool to see meteorites up close but at the same time, pretty scary stuff. Trying hard not to make a Transformers joke. But anyway, I'm sure it's very reminiscent of that other alleged meteor crash that happened in the wilderness of Russia almost some 100 years earlier. It's possibly no coincidence, since Russia's location might have to do with the meteor's course as it comes towards the Earth.
I don't do that many covers so this will probably be the only one on my Youtube channel per se, but in any case, here is me doing "Confrontation" from Jekyll & Hyde the Musical. The most difficult part of this song is obviously the back and forth singing between Jekyll and Hyde and all in one breath, no less. I suppose I made it, no sheet music on hand and whatnot. I don't mind criticism, but it's kinda pointless seeing how I won't be doing much musical theater or singing in my lifetime, hehe. Hope you enjoy, at least. c:

As I was getting ready for the day, I see a letter on my desk. It was from an unknown person, but it said "Meet me on college campus at 2:00 today." After classes ended, I met this handsome, dark-haired young man who had flowers in his arms. He seemed to be waiting there for some time. I said "Hey" to him and he smiled back at me. His smile seemed to emit an aura of a thousand suns. He then asked me shyly if I would like to go see a movie with him. Being it the last day of classes for the week, I agreed and we went to see some indie film that had something to do with a room. It was bad, but I didn't care because I kept staring at this handsome stranger. Suddenly, the door opened and in comes a beautiful woman who started to yell at the guy in Spanish. Not knowing Spanish, I instinctively said "Hola, seniorita." The women came over to me and slapped me on the face. The two continued to yell at each other until I started to realize what was happening. I started to cry, saying "Sorry, sorry." Just then, a man in a bunny suit and a couple of other people barged in from the closet and shouted "April Fool's!" But, my fight or flight response kicked in, and I threw the tablestand at the guy in the bunny suit. I immediately exited the house and ended up in some part of the neighborhood. Just then, a guy in a hood came up to me and handed me some chocolates. Being depressed and all about throwing a tablestand at a man in a bunny suit, I took the piece of chocolate and ate it. And then I woke up. Hope you all had a great Valentine's Day.

As currently unemployed, sure, I want a larger minimum wage. It hasn't been raised since they first established it way back when. It's supposed to allow the worker to be able to sustain a decent living (i.e., enough money to buy food and pay rent on a break-even basis) on the minimum wage, but obviously it's not really the case nowadays. However, on the other side, as far as I can tell, it will cause problems because such higher expenses for employees would hit them even harder in their profits (at least for some business owners). I think that's why a lot of people are kinda still reluctant to raise the minimum wage because it might hurt businesses even worse. Alas, $9.00 may be pushing it but hey, it's something.
