The way I see it, if we were to have more gun restrictions, there would be even more resisting against those measures from citizens. When America prohibited alcohol, people created speak-easy's and bootlegging that got evidently got out of hand through affiliating with mafias and the like. I believe that there would just be more violence created if there were such measures considered, if that makes sense.

I think it's also partly due to how America sees itself as this "free" country and having the right to bear arms is an example of this identity. Unfortunately, this is a double-edged sword whereas having this freedom creates negative consequences, further prompting our government to have these restrictions. In turn, citizens would see this action as taking away their mindset freedoms. Like President Obama said, there is a need for mental health institutions to be as easily accessible as getting a gun. Technically speaking this may fall under the same problem as our Health Care situation, but it's definitely something that people need to look into.

Our Final Fantasy X file clocks in at 172 hours. My first Kingdom Hearts II file comes at a second with 108 hours. Ah, the memories of getting lost and exploring and sometimes leaving the game on overnight...

In terms of Pokemon Crystal Version, I think the most hours I've played straight through was 20 hours. It was until my Gameboy ran out of power during a black-out, lol.

This is mainly being read for a play that I am assistant directing called Anton in Show Business. It's a pretty funny play, especially if you are into the theater arts or something.

I'm also going to get my hands on Legend of the Wandering King by Laura Gallego Garcia. It's a book I read in Middle School and had recently just remembered about it. It's also a great read~

Journey because of its beauty and minimalism. Walking Dead would come at a close second though, for having an amazing storyline (and making you cry like a baby...).

Apparently, the movie has also been nominated for 4 Golden Globes, including Best Actor for Hugh Jackman. : D

I admit, it's kinda unfair for the movie to be nominated even before most of the world has seen it, but it's also a good sign that the movie will not disappoint.

Regarding the soundtrack, I really wish there was at least two or three more songs listed, because to tell the truth, this list seems a little short. :c Alas, it is a highlights soundtrack.

Can't wait till Christmas Day.~

It really is such a tragedy. It's not the first time that there was a shooting against children at a school, but it's now especially scary for a lot of parents, teachers, and young children to even go to school.

I heard the gunman was the son of the principal at the school. Perhaps his actions were trying to reveal some kind of glaring flaw in the education system, if the purpose was to defame school. Whatever the case, I hope that these families will find more security in their lives.
