It starts in either 28 minutes (10:30 AM / 1:30 PM) or 58 minutes (11:00 AM / 2:00 PM). I don't know if the time on the Radio page is correct. Anyway, a lot of it is non-video game stuff, so I'll make you guys guess again. It should be relatively easy. Back on vBulletin, it would say in the What's Going On? area what birthdays there were. However, this feature is not available on XenForo. Is there anything of similar nature? I feel bad because I miss people's birthdays.
My God! What is wrong with us!? His birthday was also on Monday. Anyway, hope you didn't overdo the drinking!
I can't believe we all oversaw this! We should all be ashamed! :c Mike's birthday was Monday! Happy belated birthday! 22 now!
I'm sorry, but I need to vent. Okay, so last year -- my senior and last year at the high school -- I started taking two freshmen friends of mine to lunch a while after school started because they knew I drove. After a while, a few more people came along; throughout the year, I had constant behavior issues with most of them and even had to ban one a few times because he was outright disrespectful at times. I had to slam on my brakes and pull over just outside the school one day because he yelled out the window at a girl walking by, "Nice ass!" I told him to knock it off, and he immediately followed it by, "I'd **** you!" which is when I slammed on my brakes in the middle of the road and pulled over at the same time. This year, one of them -- and thankfully the one that didn't really ever cause trouble -- started asking if I could take them again. I agreed and got a few new people as well old ones from last year, including the one I finally banned for the rest of the year last year. They asked me every week; eventually, I just said I'd do it every Tuesday and Thursday. Now, the one that was banned last year one day found it funny to start putting the emergency brake on a little while I was driving. He got his license a while ago (he's 15 or 16), so he stopped coming, thankfully. Here's where it gets interesting. This year and last year, one of the biggest problems was them just leaving their garbage and spilled food or drinks in the car. A while ago, my mom found food spilled all over the back of the driver's seat cover and later found a sandwich under the driver's side seat. Last week they ripped up the back of passenger-side seat cover, but that was an accident because a backpack zipper or something got caught in it when the friend in the front seat -- a respectful one, by the way -- pulled his seat up to give a friend behind him more room. Finally, today we went to Burger King, and, of course, one of them was really giving me a hard time. When I told him to roll up the window so the AC could work better, for example, he back-talked me and just said "no" over and over until he finally did it. Well, when we got back to the school for me to drop them off, one of them put some sort of firecracker things in one of the Burger King bags that later went off in a puff of smoke. Now there's a small burnt spot in the bottom backseat cover (where you sit). I did notice that they started saying they needed to get out of the car while I was still pulling up to drop them off, so I suspect that's when he did it. That "friend" is now permanently banned from coming when I take my friends to lunch. I've had it, and so has my mom who wants a word with that "friend." They're destroying her car -- her car. They know it's not my car because I've told them repeatedly. Additionally, my mom pretty much gives up her lunch hour on the two days I take them.
Happy 22nd birthday!
We need to bow down before our all mighty admin rulers!
This is somewhat old, but I just found it a few minutes ago while browsing another forum I'm a member of and find it absolutely repulsive. How could they do this to an innocent girl? Source: Sky News Published: 4/26/2013
Late, I know, but it's still May 5. Happy Cinco de Mayo!
A snake can affect a rat with the effect of its deadly poison. A hawk eats mice. Birds fly. /random
Happy, happy birthday!
Scheduled to take the social studies section of the GED test on Friday. Then I'll just have science and mathematics left!
If anyone read this thread, you'd remember that Mozilla Firefox is deciding on a width less than what it needs to be and text wraps despite tables on XenForo having an auto-width feature that sets them accordingly. View attachment 35949 View attachment 35950 To remedy this, I moved Google Chrome back then, which wasn't too big of a loss in terms of add-ons. Plus, its Adblock Plus had just gotten out of BETA and was comparable to Mozilla Firefox's. However, unlike Mozilla Firefox where it just freezes temporarily when I first open it after first turning on my computer in the morning, it seems to like to get these scattered temporary freezes throughout the day -- like maybe thrice or a little more a day. It also has some other small annoying issues with some options in the vBulletin Admin CP. Mozilla Firefox also seems to have this issue of cutting off the document background of a vBulletin (I think) forum in a thread if the posts are long enough. KH-MF is so far where I've noticed this, but since those using Google Chrome don't notice the issue, it has to be Mozilla Firefox. I moved back to Mozilla Firefox a little before 19.0 was released, because when I mentioned it over on vBulletin.org when I was still on 18.0.1 -- or 18.0.2 (I don't remember which) -- some user said he didn't see that issue with 19.0 BETA when I linked him to the thread mentioned in my first paragraph as an example, which gave me the impression it would be fixed in Mozilla Firefox 19.0. We are now on Mozilla Firefox 20.0.1, and, alas, it's still not fixed. Now I'm thinking of moving back to Google Chrome because this XenForo table issue is just becoming annoying, but I don't know if it's better than Mozilla Firefox or equal to it, so I would like to read your guys' feedback and pros and contras for each one. I already have some below, but I need some from you guys to add. Spoiler: Mozilla Firefox Pros: Doesn't continuously freeze. Contras: Issue with XenForo's tables' auto-width feature, causing text to wrap. Forum document background issues with forum threads depending on the length of posts. Spoiler: Google Chrome Pros: Contras: Continuous small freezing issues throughout the day. Adblock Plus still not perfect. When the browser is first opened, you can see the advertisements and have to refresh your homepage or homepage tabs. Several small issues that are too many to list. I suppose I could also file a bug report with Mozilla Firefox. Thanks in advance for any feedback.
Calluses + On Both Feet = Annoying
Am I cool a kid now?
Our dog did something yesterday with her back and is now somewhat having a hard time getting around. Just about any time she moves, if it's just right, she cries. This has happened before -- and, luckily, it's not frequent -- and it usually lasts for a day or two, but is there anything we can do to ease the pain? Obviously, we can't give her aspirin like humans use for sore backs since it's for humans. Thanks in advance for any advice.
Let's have a discussion about moderator Llave! I say we probe him like an alien and do very painful experiments on him to find out why he's so awesome!
Um, okay. Isn't this a silly reason to sue someone? Please tell me I'm not the only one thinking that. If you're one of those people (which I myself am not) that cares more about quality than having fun, rent the game first. It's that simple. Source: Metro Published: 5/1/2013
