Bandwidth wise, there is literally no difference between downloading and streaming. The only difference is that in streaming you are downloading a low quality version of something that you could get in high quality for the exact same amount of bandwidth. It just took me 3:30 to read a 21 page chapter of One Piece. Pretty black and white pictures tends to keep my attention for a while and the dialogue in most manga seems to be relatively simple anyway
