I honestly don't think KH3D is going to be based off of the plot holes in the games... I mean, They couldn't keep the same lines in monstro if you did it after hallow bastion because of the fact that you know what really is going on with Riku. Sora knew that wasn't riku because of clearing the game in the wrong order. I doubt it was a mistake so you have to assume it was put there for a reason or put there to see if anyone noticed.

"Well, the heartless are being brought up everywhere, there seems to be no pattern in where they pop up, the inhabitants of each world are getting confused, frustrated or both about the heartless, and we haven't got anything on who is bringing them up except for they are in a black cloak..." She listed off from the top of her head. "We are still at a stand still... I guess we could go to Hallow Bastion...?" She sugested since that place seems to be a main hit for heartless.
