As far as I know, it's not anywhere online. It's a lot better to just buy the novel. However, there are a couple detailed summaries up here. The translations aren't perfect, but are readable. But like I said, I'd just buy the actual novel. It's a lot funner to do that.

Yes; Beyond Birthday is a man who revered L and grew up as his second successor in Wammy's House. He basically went insane with the thought of surpassing L and became a serial killer who committed several murders in L.A. To bring him down, L hired Naomi Misora and she eventually ended up catching him. Beyond Birthday was arrested and put in jail, where he later died from a heart attack. It was believed to be the work of Kira. Beyond's name is derived from the fact that he was born with Shinigami eyes and has been able to see death from the moment he was conceived. His sanity most likely suffered greatly because of this fact. Appearence-wise, he looks identical for L other than the fact that his eyebags are unnatural, and he uses eyeliner, and that he has red eyes. Otherwise, in the novel he is described as looking exactly like L. Me and RA have him as our avatars<3 But yeah, you should really read Another Note. It's M. Night Shamylan material xD
