What I'm getting from a quick search is that NTSC-J (Japan) and NTSC-U (USA) are region locked physically. So if you live in the US then it is a matter of just getting it to fit (this can be modding the system, the cartridge, or using an adapter). PAL (Europe) systems however are not directly compatible with either NTSC forcing you to use a specialized adapter called a "Passport" to make it work. These however are expensive and rare enough that you might as well import an NTSC system. Disclaimer: That was based off a quick Google search, I've never owned an N64 so I don't have any first hand experience on this subject.

Alright let me try cleaning up that wording some A made a few minor nerfing tweaks while I was in there, but all the same this card would be on a one way ticket to the forbidden list. Too many powerful effects considering the ease of summon (especially in modern decks that can swarm in order to Synchro) EDIT:Removed a line because I noticed redundancy. You can't activate any effects when it is summoned so there would be no way to negate the summon anyway.
The only largely negative thing I would say is that you tend to get nit picky about stuff. Which isn't always bad but it can get annoying.

Well the question is speaking of two separate events. First Ven's heart is returned to put him out of the picture, then sometime later for some unspecified but totally unrelated reason Sora becomes a heartless. Since then Sora would only contain the pieces of himself he would in theory behave more normally. Although the fact that Roxas was born previously and the presence of Xion could both conceivably still play factors it Roxas's physical appearance. (Yes that was a lot of me repeating my last post, but it felt too short otherwise. Deal with it)
This is closer to my feelings. Giants being involved helps a ton but the spirit of these protests is all of the little guys working together to do something very noticeable. And 24 hours of no KHV isn't going to harm anything. But clearly we are in the minority on that one. And like RvR said that would be Tienewman's call, and while he is more active than spdude (or at least had been for a while) trying to reach him on this short of notice would be a grand trick indeed.
It took me a while to get into Rave Master because my introduction to it was my Dad being cheep on my birthday (He wanted to get me some FMA but decided he didn't want to pay that and got me the begining of Rave Master instead) but once I stopped being childishly stubborn I got into it. Although it is rather har to find episodes of. Apparently most anime sites (at least that I go to) don't class it as one, and when I do find a site that "has it" they are full of broken links and such. Although I hadn't ever realized that the manga was that much longer than the anime, I may just go for that now that I know.
Well the heartless/nobody system is complex enough without adding in the Sora and Ven complications but here is my take. Generally the introductory stage of a nobody is the soul controlling the body without a heart (lasting until the body wastes away), and thus is 100% identical to whomever the nobody is of. The presence of Ven's heart complicated that apparently and left Roxas looking like Ven instead of Sora. If Ven were to regain his heart and then Roxas be reborn, I would think he would look like Sora.
After the fight was done Michelo casually walked over to retrieve his axe and followed along with Alisha, Storm, and Fardel. 'It seems that the Emperor is not one to be messed with.'
