They are close and would make an acceptable half-rhyme, but isn't quite there.

I want to play this but I'm almost scared to considering Demon's Souls has been taking me forever due to difficulty (I often wonder if I have the skills to beat it at all) and I've heard this game is even harder. I know I will ultimately buy it, but not today.

Actually the number when you quote someone is the post ID. It is used to derive the link in the quote. For example quoting you just now used the number "3581260" so it knows to link back with [post]3581260[/post]. Your post was vague enough I'm not sure if you knew that or not. But I wanted to at make sure others aren't confused either way. I do think that is the right track though. There should be a way to code it to identify the post owner of the ID'ed post, or at the very least find the current username of a given user ID. However I wasn't able to quickly locate a mod to do that. I'll dig around a bit more but there might not currently be a way to do it.
I would beg to differ here. Using reference pictures is a common step in learning to draw. But it is best if your references are in the type of style you want to be drawing in the end. Sketching renaissance artists doesn't really help you much to improve an anime style artwork. I think these are rather nice for what they are. Biggest thing I would say is to try and incorporate more shading and textures since both are fairly minimal in these pieces, and of course to make unique works as you feel ready to. And remember to keep challenging yourself. Even if the end result looks terrible if you learned from it that is more important than a "nice" picture under your skill level.

What happens is that the server is for some reason receiving your post twice. The first goes through and the second gives you the timer error. If you then wait and post again, the double post will be noted to be exactly the same as your previous post and deleted (it shows up as an edit on the post because we also have filters to merge double posts).
