...That wasn't a backlash wave, moron. Technically you'd have to attack first for that...? Or did you not see the giant text naming the attack?

He was buried "head first" in the sand by his friends cause they thought they were Sand Shinobi.
Why yes. Yes it is. You need to add me on myspace NOW.
Alrighty then Soush, you've got me. You put up a nice debate. Although I will disagree with you one more time and say that although I do love drama, I did know Codey Porter and am a good friend to many of his family members =] And I was one of the first few people to know of the situation. For now, I agree to disagree.
You're completely disregarding everything I'm saying. You're right, I don't have a source. But Steph had called me directly after what happened. His friends confessed to everything after they had calmed down. Like I said, you don't have to believe me, but you should at least trust what I'm saying a little bit. I don't see how I would benefit if I lied about something like this situation. Codey didn't come up with the idea though, that much I know is true. I don't know exactly what friends he was with, but trust me, the majority of his peers are real losers who aren't too bright. Codey did agree with it, which was a mistake on his part, but at the time, to a 10-year old boy, it didn't seem like anything dangerous. When they had suggested the idea, I'm pretty sure they didn't just get straight to the point that they were going to bury him in the sand. And really(since it's being brought up so much), the reports say head-first, and that isn't true. I've heard from Codey's Grandma, his father, and both his sisters that he was actually buried chest-first. THAT was a huge mistake on the reporters part. Anyways, you do put up some very persuasive points here. I guess I just can't accept it was Codey's fault because I knew who he was as a person, not just a member of a forum reading a VERY innacurate article. (and when I say very, I MEAN it. It was horribly wrong on a lot of things.)
Critical hit.
But he didn't even come up with the idea. Although he was a fan of Naruto and agreed to play, it was his friends who brought the whole thing up. And at the time, of course they didn't say "Hey, let's all dive head-first into the sand.", they merely just told him they should play Naruto and pretend to be various ninjas. His other friends decided to be Sand Shinobi, yadda yadda, and this ended up happening. Codey wasn't a stupid kid. His intelligence was far superior to most his age, much like my own when I was 10. I entirely agree with the second part though. His friends weren't the brightest kids. People, stop blaming Codey. He agreed t this whole thing becaus he ddn't realize his friends would go this far. He wasn't stupid, he just trusted his friends, like any boy would.
