I practically introduced the U.P.A....and since I can't possibly create a good plot(according to Nulix) How about someone else creates the enemies? Anyway, my solution to differing tastes: Can everyone please state what they look for in this rp. This can range from your tastes in fiction(Action, Drama, etc...or whatever else....)
