We did various and interesting things together, right? With L dead and Kira captured, Shinigami AV decides that the human world has become dull and stale. Having no intention of returning to the Shinigami realm either, he decides it is best to fade to blackness and join what you humans call friends. He darts about the city hoping to see the perfect chance to act. Then he sees it. A young man pointing a gun at a boy, demanding his gold chain. The boy refuses. Saying that it was a gift from his mother. The man becomes angry and draws the hammer back on the gun. Then, without warning, he orders the boy to run, and turns the gun on himself. As the boy rounded the corner, he sees a wisp of dust dissolve into the air...
