Actually, I used a cheat to use Axel and fight him with Roxas, upon doing the Reaction Command, I went through the building, and I saw below me another Kingdom Hearts, I walked towards it, and I fell through the empty data, went through some Clouds, and that thing popped up. It's design is no where near the same as the original The World that Never Was. Besides the castle and the Heart, they are both different designs by the ground.
I have no idea what to make of this, I really wish to have some clarifications/verification before putting this up on the front page for those to speculate. It's defiantly not TWTNW because the buildings are too randomly put around to be that. (As the world's view shows) and even though the castle's there. All that really odd is that none of that stuff is under the castle. Even the render for the original version of the castle didn't have that weird mountain. Till I can clarify what this area is for now we'll call it "Another Side"
I hate those rich people that think they own the world. I dunno why but it just crossed my mind that those type of people exist, and don't work for anything, and yet can get really successful it really ticks me off.

As far as I can tell, Cloud, and Axel both actually share a very similar coding, only their character and attacks are different. To put the coding down to small words, Cloud Ally, and Axel Ally are basically this. If area has no enemies = Character does not reaction. If area has enemies = Character attacks until enemies are dead. After a Certain time has passed = Character uses special attack. As that's what they've both done, if you leave Cloud alone for a while he does Omnislash. And if you leave Axel alone for a while, he does his special attack. The only difference would be the coding for that attack. Cloud Ally's Omnislash is basically Begin @ Certain time End @ All enemies defeated as Axel's is more like Begin @ Certain time End @ end of combo.
