I think the main reason is that many campaigns are just campaigns without more. They often forget or forsake to give actual useful information. Why is AIDS a mass murderer like Hitler? What can it do to your body? Of course we know this by now, but all I'm saying is that empty campaigns don't cut it anymore.

Age isn't a fact but experience often is. This of course isn't always the case since some people will always be blind to their surroundings and/or have had their life served on a silver platter. But yeah, it's supposed to have a hand in your sense of intuition.

You've had a string of coincidences, you started to think there was more to them and subconsciously started to pay more attention to them and look for links links that may seem far-fetched to an outsider. Chain effect; that'd be my humble guess. I wouldn't break my head over it. Even if it'd be a sign, just the term "green" is far too vague to take any action whatsoever.
If short-sightedness was a form of art then this post should be hung in the Louvre. Relationships are supposed to be special regardless of the situations. Their lives are being dictated because they're young and irresponsible and to prevent worse. They don't see the need for basic education so we'll show it down their throats. Unfair? Actually Lucifer wasn't a name at all but rather a description, meaning "light bearer" or more commonly "morning star". The term existed long before it was related to the devil and it was only in texts written later than the Bible where Lucifer was given as an alternative name for the devil. Fun fact: lucifer is also the Dutch word for match(stick).
