Hey guys, nothing really special to say as the title says it all! Source: KH-2.net
It seems as though a member from FF13vids managed to find a scan from Gamefront.de, featuring some points in the game. Although we can't see the whole amount of points. Point number 5 is an interesting one as it features the Kingdom Hearts II FM+ Menu Screen! All this leads now is re:COM. Edit1: The Scan is confirmed to be from Vjump Edit2: Also according to ff13vids the only way to achieve Theater Mode, is to complete the game. Source: KH-2.net, FF13 Vids and Gamefront.de
Hey guys, here again. Remember that really hard to see scan against the "T.E.S" (The Enigmatic Soldier, as Shounen Jump refers to him as) Well we have a higher quality now! Source: kh2ch blog poster #57

Apparently there is one more commercial left according to ff13 vids, and the official Playstation website. The commercial we got to see was the "Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix" version, and recently broadcast is the second commercial which is the "Chain of Memories' Commercial. Sadly there is no information on what the Chain of Memories Commercial shows, but we hope that a video comes up soon. Also here are some more information from the scans! Wasp Minigame -The Pooh Minigame, features around Wasps. - You need to defeat 50 Wasps before they attack Pooh. - The Wasp can only be attacked by a exclusive card only in that minigame. - These cards are "Honey Cards" and if you stock them you can perform a special Honey technique. - The Honey cage is on the left, and the cards under the Honey Cage. - The ammount of Wasps, Time, Score ect are shown in the upper right. Falling Minigame - There is a Minigame in which you are falling with Pooh, and must collect Honey while falling. - You move with the analog stick, and can also roll to dodge things. - There is an obstacle and if you don't move out of the way quick enough, Pooh will be transfered somewhere else. - The Triangle button is the Rolling button, and is very important to complete this minigame. There are two new techniques you can use. Stardust Blitz It is a combination Technique with Donald, in which donald throws a fireball at Sora, and with the correct timing of triangle, Sora will strike the fireball, sending multiple fireballs everywhere. The cards required are. 1 Donald Card. 1 Fire Card. 1 Attack Card. Lethal Frame With the help of two attack cards, and a stop card, Sora will throw his keyblade, and any enemy he hits with it will be frozen upon impact. It's unsure if the level of the card will affect the length of the effect. Source: Official Playstation Site and FF13 Vids and Light in the Chaos
Hey guys, here again got great news, Jeux-France updated with an entire collection. Edit: Turns out Famitsu's not done with us yet, they have even more information to chuck at our heads next week! Source: FF13 Vids and Jeux-France
Famitsu's PS2 cover seems to have gone over the net, without text or anything which is a bit odd. Anyways, the cover consists of a brand new CG Image of Sora, Roxas, Mickey, Goofy, and Donald and can be viewed below Source: KH2ch Blog Poster 686
The scan is only referring to the CGI image, to show that Sora indeed fights a Knight enemy.
Sup guys some new scans came and guess what? It's against the AU! Scan 1 Scan 2 Edit: The scanner counted this, and notes that the Armored Knight has 17 bars of health. Source: FF13 Vids and Siontatari Blog
Starting off with the basics. FF13vids posted up information, which seems skeptical since I have no idea where they found it. They seem to have linked to the official site, but upon browsing there I came back empty handed. Should be noted the Italic text means it's NOT fully confirmed - Sephiroth has about 16 HP bars - Two new modes are added "Theatre Mode" and "Piece Collection mode" - Theatre Mode (Just as it sounds) Allows you to view certain events after you complete the requirements. The requirements for now are unknown. - Piece Collection is collecting pieces around the area, just like a jigsaw puzzle, victory for collecting them all is currently unknown. Adding on now, another Japanese blog managed to see the TVCM although they were unable to record with a video camera / capture card. They did manage to type up a summary of what they saw. TVCM 1. In Hollow Bastion - you see Mickey summoning his Keyblade. 2. In Port Royal - you see Jack turn around. 3. In 100 Acre Woods - Sora is talking to Pooh. 4. In Antlantica Sora - Donald and Goofy singing around Ariel. 5. In Halloween Town - Sora and Jack walking out of Santa's house. Sora is wearing his Black Santa costume. 6. Beast Castle - Beast and Belle Dancing 7. Land of the Dragons - Sora is holding up and raises his weapon. 8. Hollow Bastion - Sora fights against the XIII Mushrooms. 9. ??? - Boss battle against Zexion. 10. Lexaeus Battle scene. 11. Marluxia Battle scene, and another reaction command is confirmed as "Rob Count" 12. TWTNW - Riku is suffering. 13. Twilight Town - Axel and Roxas are ontop of the clocktower and Namine is looking down towards the trains. 14. Twilight Town - Axel is fading into light. 15. TWNTW - Riku, Diz and a falling Roxas. Here's where it really gets interesting. 16. Sora drags Riku to look at the sea. 17. The three armored people, and the mysterious shadowed figure. 18. The Face is hidden, however has on a black coat mixed with heartless clothing 19. Someone looking up at Kingdom Hearts (A new person?) 20. The Logo Kingdom Hearts Final Mix+ Is shown. 21. Riku aims to attack Ansem. 22. Replica Riku is standing infront of Namine, defending her. 23. Namine, and a phantom. 24. Sora stares at the sky. 25. Re:COM appears, mixes with the Final Mix logo to create Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix+ Source: The Light in the Chaos and FF13vids
I have no idea how this was grabbed, or how they grabbed it. But Square-Enix has a chart for exactly how they will be advertising Kingdom Hearts Final Mix, including TV Commercials, Magazines, ect. With this out, we can now confirm that a TVCM should be put on the web soon for viewing/download. And also that all paid-for advertisements will end during April. Source: 2ch poster #789
Hey guys. Famitsu has added a news article featuring information on Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix+. Most of the information are things we already know, but the images are more official then just scanned and there are a few new ones, such as the Tigger mini game and The Roulette wheel card. - There is a new area where we can fight the "Data" of the XIIIth Order / Organization XIII. - You are also allowed to fight against Xemnas among the group of the battles. He has a new reaction command which leads to "Knock it Down" or "Stop". It's currently unknown as to what these reactions do or look like. - Tigger Jump minigame remade! Follow the pattern Tigger makes. - Roulette wheel card, take a risk. Finally, a new advertisment for Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix+: Source: Famitsu, FF13 Vids, FFAC Reunion and kh2ch Blog poster #765.
Some new scans came up featuring a special interview with Nomura. None of the images are new, but the information is. • The Organization XIII battles exist because there was a lot of demand from the fans. • Quote: "KHII:FM - There is a member who didn't appear before that seems to be weak upon first impressions, and will die easily because his appearance was in the first stage." • Because it's impossible to make all the Organization members appear to fight in a part not related to the story, the strongest version of the Org. member will be in their re-battle. • Quote: "Please, feel the true strength while playing." • Interviewer: What's been said isn't fully clear... • The re-battles against Organization XIII is for the people who wanted to play on a different battlefield. So, when they try to fight against all the Org. members, it's not easy to win in power. The feelings of the equipment and the abilities have changed, other parties' action patterns are remembered, and the player is more capable of having more trial and errors if he/she has trouble winning. • Zexion is one of the members that can easily be knocked down. • The recovery item disappears even if Sora's HP bar is decreased below half. Although, Zexion's attack pattern can be easily remembered thanks to Nomura's direct guidance. See, it is necessary to correspond to every case because the attack pattern changes and the HP bar is decreasing, etc. • Quote: "When fighting against the Org. XIII in Standard and Proud modes, you get the feeling that they are weak modes. I want you, by all means, to fight in Critical mode because it is the only mode that strengthens the experience further." • The Organization XIII Mushroom Heartless were to originally appear in KHII. Nomura feels that the capture method of beating the Mushrooms resembles the capture method of the Org. XIII corresponding to the number that each member has. They have no relation with the actual Org. XIII, though. • The new Secret Movie becomes a continuation of the Secret Movie from the original KHII. However, the conditions to see it are hard to accomplish. • Quote: "I want you to challenge that condition by all means, because the impact upon seeing it is very important." • Because Re:CoM became a game in three-dimensional space, the action became more intense. My feelings are that I tried to make them almost complete. • The action is high. In addition, there is an element of editing your deck too, etc. There are feelings to which, the length of the game has extended. When a continuous technique continues too much, it becomes easy in the difficulty because the technique that originally wasn't in CoM was added, although, there are reaction commands too. The timing was changed and it is now very balanced. • There are a lot of parts where the re-arrangement of the deck, like the battle with a boss, is needed, and the game's strategy has risen considerably. I want you to not give up on it because the re-arrangement of the deck is interesting. The difficulty setting for the smart player is applied here. • The number of cards and the stock techniques have increased as additional elements in Re:CoM. The turning words have been changed by the voices now existing in a 3-D environment. It is likely to become enlightening for the different things in the system or the scenario. • Because they are three bookstands, so to speak, I think that it's possible to play for a very long time. Goodness occurs in every corner that's played. Because within the range where any player waits with happiness, I think he/she will be pleased. I want you to play [the game] by all means. • There are five mini-games for 100 Acre Wood. • Possibly in Riku's chapter, there is another method of calling the King out besides using the MM miracle. We got a good analysis of the scans up. Some of the info's old, some of it's new: XIII Organization Battles 1. Demyx has 13 bars of health. You'll also have to defeat double the amount of water Nobodies. 2. Xigbar's HP is unknown for now, but the battle begins with a special attack. 3. Xemnas' battle seems to have a slightly different amount of reaction commands. His HP bar is unknown for now. 4. All we know about Axel is that he has 16 bars of health. There is an image of Xehanort's Heartless grabbing Roxas by the throat, and a new scene featuring DiZ is added: DiZ: Feelings do not exist in Nobodies. DiZ: Did you say Sora would hate you? Riku: I can do nothing, but believe in DiZ. 100 Acre Wood Mini-games A few more mini-games have been revealed. Besides "Vegetable Panic", there are two others; "Balloon Glider" and a "Tigger Bounce" mini-game. Balloon Glider: Basically, you need to get to the top of the tree while avoiding wasps. You mainly need to use the X button during this, in order to descend and ascend. It's been adjusted so you won't smack into the tree branches with wasps so easily. Once you get to the top, a prize awaits you. You have about 3 balloons to try this with. It's noted that this is a remake of a mini-game in Chain of Memories. Vegetable Panic: Here are some extra tidbits for it. 1. You can start the match by talking to Rabbit. 2. You strike to the right with the Square button, and strike to the left with the Circle button. 3. You can fail this mini-game if you miss too much. 4. There are times when Pooh will be rolling as well. Tigger Hop: 1. This mini-game can be failed if you mess up even once. 2. The mini-game is started by talking to (You guessed it!) Tigger. 3. You basically need to hop in the same order Tiger does. 4. You can use all four PS2 buttons (Circle, X, Triangle, Square) for this mini-game. 5. You basically have to jump 25 times. Re:COM Stuff Card Stock: There's a new Stock move called "Wild Crusher", which can be used with a Donald and Goofy card. Magnet Spiral: Sora brings all the enemies close to him, then blasts them away with a spiral. It's best to use this against two or more enemies. Fire Burst: Sora blasts out a fire that can damage any enemies nearby. There is a Roulette wheel mini-game for cards. Interview Notes - Nomura was not able to add voices in every cutscene. However, he hopes the players will understand. Although normally there is a balloon note displayed, the dialog's only shown as subtitles. - The novels and mangas are moreover a side-story of Kingdom Hearts II, which is going to be added into KH2FM+ (So. basically if you've read the Novels you will know most of the scenes that are going to happen in KH2FM+). - Surroundings such as barrels and buildings are destroyable. Nomura considers Xemnas, Xaldin and Roxas to be a few of the strongest in the Organization. -Nomura notes that it will be hard to defeat Demyx in KH2FM+ when it was revealed that double the water Nobodies need to be defeated. But, he has given off a big hint by showing that Wisdom form was used during this match. He expects a lot of players to get a game over in this battle. - Uses of Forms and equipment will and can provide great help to the player now. - Nomura lets everyone know that it will be hard work to get to the area where all the Organization battles are. - Nomura wishes everyone luck on Critical Mode. - "Roulette Wheel" was added for sheer fun. - The story of Riku has a big role in the game. - Nomura mainly wants Organization XIII to be a good challenge after leveling up a bit and getting good equipment. - The new difficulty is mainly for those that thought Sephiroth to be weak. A new scan has appeared over the net. Close to the bottom there are new images of interest; DiZ talking to an Organization member (Who is possibly Riku/Xehanort, as these are probably the scenes that use to only be dialogue by Riku/Xehanort and DiZ), and a new area where you can re-fight all of the members of Organization XIII. Note: The Demyx battle in this area gives you the same amount of time to defeat double the amount of water Nobodies he normally summons, making it a much more difficult fight. There is also a new interview. Here are some short highlights of the interview, which talks a little about a mysterious hidden enemy: 1. He/she is stronger then all the Organization members. If you do not defeat this secret enemy, then the secret ending will not be made available. 2. Even if you know the method to actually hurt this enemy, it causes very minimal damage. 3. Nomura mainly referred to this secret boss as the "Strongest Enemy". He also said that there is a new Kingdom Hearts project coming soon.
A few Japanese websites have begun to not only put up track lists, but also photos of the new OST compilation. In addition, Square-Enix has put up an advertisement for Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix+. Source: 2ch, FF13 Vids Naunau blog HMV and Rakuten
HMV and TSUTAYA have updated their sites with the complete Kingdom Hearts Soundtrack list. Although the list posted earlier is ALMOST 100% correct, there were a few mistakes, such as "Alter Existence" now being "The Other Promise". TSUYATA takes it a step further by actually showing the length of each track. The Kingdom Hearts OST is set for a March 28th release date, one day before Final Mix's release. Various sites have been reporting that the next upcoming Tokyo Game show, AKA TGS2007, is expected to hit Japan September 20th-23rd. There's no information on what will be shown, but we're pretty sure Nomura has something up his sleeve. The first and second days (September 20th, and 21st) will be mainly for gaming industries/other important personel, and the third and fourth days (September 22nd, and 23rd) will be opened up for the public.
