Buy a punching bag or something. I don't know, something to redirect your anger to. Playing violent video games can do the trick too, although that could just as easily have a reverse effect on your mood and aggravate you further. Drinking tea or wine helps you relax; eating chocolate does that too (but isn't all that effective). Take long showers, have someone massage you. Bringing an inner calm is all in the little things. Talk about it in person with someone you confide in, someone who soothes you. That's all I can say without knowing the core of the problem. Hope it helps.
