I'm for gay marriage. I mean, why not? Is there one decent reason for not letting them?

I'm laughing so hard, I don't think even droppîng dead would stop it.

Just because they don't respect them the most doesn't mean they don't respect them. ;)

That's just as bad sweetie. As a matter of fact it's worse. Of course you should care what others think of you. Who will you work for? Who will you associate with? Who will you fall in love with? Other people. They are what you'll live for (hopefully). If they are discontent with you, then I'm afraid they'll go all "Sorry, no soup/money/love for you". If a majority of people thinks you need to change, then you sure as hell do need to change. Of course you can't be what you want to be. The game called life has rules, girl. :D You'll learn them when you've grown out of puberty. Everyone does.

To speed that up a little...
    Think of it like this:
"Hurrr me don't care what others think of me. Hurrr me do what me wants to. Hurrr me reek of smoke an go pollute other people's air."
Like what you hear? No? Maybe you'll like this fictional example better.
"I have a great idea! I don't like working anymore so I'll just burn my degree now and start a telemarketing scam. Cold hard cash all the same."
Egotrippers are the weight to society's leg.

So yeah. Since this is Help With Life I strongly advise you to grow up sometime soon and start caring about other people's opinions of you. They can be dozens of times more important than your own self-esteem. :)

Add the fact that it's expensive and that many guys would rather French kiss a bullfrog than to kiss a smoker and you should have all the motivation you need to collect some willpower and stop.

And here's where you're incredibly wrong. Of course you should care about what you are to others. Be a tool, fine, but be a tool to the right people. Be a constructive tool instead of one that drowns itself in the river along with the other lemmings.

I remember playing Xenosaga Episode II and facing a boss named Cathedral. It turned out to be over an hour of losing my nerve. But when I eventually won from the first try, I felt both relieved and glorious. I loved it.

I love long boss battles if you have to change strategy every now and then. Like a boss that turns his strategy upside-down when his HP is half depleted, and turns to yet another tactic when he's low on health. Those battles are cool. Shin Megami Tensei and Xenosaga have got a lot of those.

Of course, this is double-edged. Imagine losing to such a boss in its last phase before it would be defeated. Not fun, I can tell you that.

Most glitches are annoying, especially screen freezes or *shivers* glitches that mess up your save file. Some can be interesting, fun or even useful, but most of them are not.

Greetings and salutations. First of all I'd like to thank you for participating last month. There were a lot of enjoyable poems to read.

On to this month's winner then. First place goes to Fayt-Harkwind because his way of connecting the four elements was simply brilliant. It was amazing how could say so much with so few words. Kudos to you!

This month's contest is a little...different. There is no theme this time. Write about anything you please BUT your poem has to contain the words rope, wind and kingdom. All three of them. Next month we'll see how well you could work with this.
