This tag looks okay to me. She's not blended in the bg at all, and the bg is pretty bright, so some of the effects are hidden. I would say burn the background up. There is no flow at all, I would say Add some c4d's for flow. IAdd some adjustment layers to spice it up, cause it looks kinda bland. Get some brushes and add some Clipping masks, cause I think that would make it look better. This one needs work cause it's very unfinished.
