I never once explicitly referred to myself as an adamant mind, because that would be incorrect. However I will admit that it's a goal I'm aiming towards.

Actually, yes it does. :) The more you can laugh off, the less you get offended by, the better your mood and the more pleasant your behaviour with other people.

I've said it many times before, both here and in real life, and I haven't gotten any real retort yet: if everyone in the world would be able to laugh off every form of verbal abuse that was thrown at them, wouldn't the world be a happier place If mocking touchy subjects was no longer taboo due to there no longer being any touchy subjects, wouldn't many arguments be omitted permanently?
Sadism and masochism are the best things that ever into the human mind's lap.

So yeah. We have every right to be nasty and you have no right to be intolerant since you limit your own and others' happiness. Have you guys ever even tried to see it that way?

I had a feeling you didn't, because what you are trying to say sounds rather asinine to me. Hard and soft hands? An analogy doesn't get much more off than that. :p

Harshness towards one person doesn't imply a lack of tenderness and sense of intimacy towards another. The fact that I'm arrogant as hell doesn't mean that I can't be gentle towards people I care about.
I find it funny how our black/white thinking is frowned upon while you exhibit the same lack of consideration for the gray zone. Just wanted to point that out.

Well, almost everyone has something (s)he collects. Band shirts, anime figurines, stamps etc. The list of potential collectibles goes on.
    So what do you collect?

As for me, I'll buy a manga and an RPG game every now and then but I wouldn't really call it collecting. The only thing I really try to get my hands on as much as possible are Garfield comics. I love them!
Used to be into Pokémon trading cards as a kid as well.

I know, that's why I said that it's nothing more than that. I tried not to imply that it is a theory. Good point though. ;)

List is in no particular order. Spoiler tags weren't really necessary but I added them just in case.

Rock x Revy from Black Lagoon.
Because the question that they even are a couple is never answered. I like how they kept you in the dark.
Eiri x Cossette from Le Portrait de Petit Cossette.
Because of Eiri's devotion and admiration of Cossette's purity.
Retro x Pandy from Dead Leaves.
Oh come on. They had sex in jail while wearing straitjackets! I'll repeat: THEY HAD SEX IN JAIL WHILE WEARING STRAITJACKETS!
    Naota x Haruko from FLCL.
If you really need a reason why they're on this list, you need professional help.

    (1) Your ex is obviously an inconsiderate prick. You're better off without that kind of discouraging people.
    (2) Then try to be with your friends as much as you can. Go to the movies or something, maybe on a trip?
    (3) While your mom doesn't have the right to call you names, I share her opinion on the make-up part. You really don't need make-up in school. In many cases it ends up making you look worse. Natural beauty for the win.
Also, it saves time and money if you just don't bother with it. Because why would you really?
    (4) Fake friends can be annoying, but in the end you're the one that can gloat. Not letting her copy off you is more inconvenient to her than it is to you. Just don't fall into their trap and think you're their friend (although I think you will see through it).

ZOMG REVERSAL TIME!!! DING DING DING!!!
Prove that he does then. With cold hard evidence.
And yes, you are a dimwit if you misinterpret numerous scientific concepts in just one post.

By the by, I never once mentioned that I could prove that God doesn't exist (it's fairly impossible in case you haven't noticed). There are many Christians who combine the Big Bang theory with the existence of a deity.

Who says there were only a few atoms?
Also, I will admit that there is no valid system that explains the origin of life yet. Then again, neither does religion. Or are you implying that "God did it" is by any means a scienfically valid explanation?

Might want to brush up your Comprehensive Reading as well. ;)

Actually, the Big Bang doesn't say that there was nothing first. The Big Bang theory speaks of an expansion of the universe, not of a creation out of thin air.

Furthermore, if something can't just "be there" from the beginning, then where did God come from?

And last but not least, I love how some Christians emphasize that the Big Bang is just a theory while the existence of God is nothing more than that either.

Simplistic atoms were the first to be formed, then the first molecules came into play, which bound to form the first polymers etc. However these older forms still exist. I ask of thee what is more chaotic: a homogenous environment or a heterogenous one?
I swear if ignorance were money you could buy the Statue Of Liberty.
And of course, the fact that our planet is a viable one automatically makes the existence of a supercreature that somehow took care of that undeniable. :)
Secondly, since the Big Bang hypothesis doesn't scientifically suffice for you I suppose you have a perfectly plausible explanation of how God made the world exactly.

So yeah. I'd start paying attention in Science class if I were you. You wouldn't want to make a complete dimwit out of yourself again. ;)
