He uses PS wtf? The sig size is 400 x 100 pixels. Hmmmmm The text is okay..... but it looks funky to me. Add a black and white gradient map and set it to darken..... it looks coowl. Maybe erase the brown spot at the far right a little bit.

Hmmmmmm It seems like the blood is a little pixel...ey..... Anyways, just try blurring it by 1, 2, or 3.
