You might want to make a new thread instead of necrobumping this one when you have the results next year.
You need a woman for that.
Too late...
I find it odd that any time science comes even close to disproving an event that the Bible describes, Christians are all too eager to yell "but you shouldn't take the Bible too seriously, a lot of its stories are in fact metaphors!". But somehow, the idea that God itself could be a metaphor has never occured to many of those Christians and is supported by even less of them. Religion is a lifestyle, and the personification encompassing that lifestyle may be God. But for reasons that are beyond me (and them) some people feel the need to believe that there actually is such a being. But what could be the reason to still believe in its existence while accepting many of the non-events of the Bible as an exaggerated metaphor? It makes no difference to me though. I don't believe in any god as a creature, nor do I have any faith in the perspectives they could stand for.
I'm doing alright. How about you? What is your story about?
*picks CtR up...then spins her around again*
Bleeds soup.
They should have just bypassed all the bullshit and called him Max.
I'll stretch him open.
You all fail for believing this thread. Especially you guys. Is that offer still open? Sadly intuition is one of the few things that Apu doesn't sell at the Kwik-E-Mart. This thread was a joke. Or was it? In any case I had a good laugh. Or did I?
Same but better.
If I were to guess he's trying to lure people into disagreeing with him by sticking to a bold statement which seems wrong at first glance but is actually correct. As to why TheMuffinMan isn't banned yet I think it's because he often flirts with the line of what's allowed and what's not. For instance, this particular post has him insulting people but not directly. And he is still on-topic.
Well I'm hardly any different who how I was when I first joined so I guess not. :p
I'd call an exorcist if I were you.
Gare Du Nord --- Pablo's Blues
I don't think they sound so alike actually, but nevertheless I like U2 better.
None. I don't like Naruto or anything similar to it really.
We sacrifice you.
Strangely, I get it.
