Sighing inwardly, Axel let out a wind of fire to blow out the annoying dark particles around him, making them disappear, not knowing what he was doing, but knowing from his stance that he was again keeping something to himself. He eyed Max suspiciously, not sure where this was going. OOC: Isn't that a bit overpowered? Is not like you can know what's in Axel's mind (other than what you read) to know what is in his mind, and you can't make it up either. Unless what you read is all you need?
"Apparently, I look at your actions instead of listening, though I rather not pay much attention to you anyway," Axel replied dully, not at all bothered with Max's action, he was starting to get predicatble that way. The way of being too egotistic the world would implode. Looking over the dust particles floating around his head unimpressed, instead of being alarmed, he just raised a eyebrow curiously at the opponent. "Then if you don't want to fight with me, what is it that you're going to do? Your little attack contradicts what you say, on normal circumstances, though I bet this isn't normal. I rather go head to head with Larpex here, so speed it up." If Max attacks or does anything else to the contrary of what he said, then Axel would be right. Or perhaps, he's looking for something.
Tifa slunked around the hallways, going through the tunnel to the dorm building, slipping back the ahir on her head. She froze though as she saw Cloud coming out of the hallway where her room was, and hid out of sight until he passed and was nowhere to be seen. She didn't want to talk to him at the moment, Tifa was looking for peace and relaxation, not more headaches. Going quickly to her dorm, she opened the door and went in, closing it cryptically. She let out of breath. Now, to get that drink...
"Barbaric? That's new, can't help myself that I'm wild," Axel grinned maniacally, crossing his arms, not letting his taunts get to him. This was entertaining, for him anyway. He'll get his fight if he wanted, though he wasn't really interested since he knew most of his powers, and if he met Zexion, knowing that rat, he must have tested him too. Larpex, though, other than healing, was a mystery. "And I'm actually amused that you want to fight me, you know, since I thought I was probably too 'savage' for your obvious pristine standards and your flamboyancy. An eye for a eye, you couldn't have better described me, though it depends. Way before Zexion this was a straight order from Master Xemnas, since we didn't complete it before, we will now." Sighing dully, Axel called out his weapons, appearing in a spinning cycle of fire, like always. He chuckled. "But if you wish to go against me so much..."
"I'm not being rude, just brutally honest," Axel muttered simply in his defense, a small smirk appearing on his face as he noted Max's eyes. Well, wasn't this nice, he seemed to hit a nerve. "And talk about hypocrisy. Last time I checked, we weren't the ones intruding in someone else's castle before to spy, were we? It was time to return the favor. And I'm positive, though I haven't caught you, that you aren't so innocent yourself, so I rather you not speak the language of bull. You keep your morals, right?" Axel didn't do anything, not summon his chakrams or fire, just stood there, watching the male before him amused.
Axel scoffed. It was odd to speak to a person on the other side while he was still next to Larpex, but he didn't want to leave her side, as he thought it might help their Organization to really do know their rivals' powers, even though that was the "mission" Zexion put on her, even though he didn't really belive the Superior will send her alone against a castle full of powered beings. Which was the reason he looked for her. Both him and Vexen were getting on his bad side, it was one thing not to trust them, but if they get him murderous enough they'll be blood to spill. However, this Max was giving a aura, the air he gave, that he was planning something, he just gave that vibe easily. The guy was too secretive for his liking, and he didn't want to say many things openly when he was around. "Maybe, maybe not," was Axel's blank response to him from the distance, so he had to be a little loud, his face deformed of any expression. "And if you're not going to fight, then maybe you should just leave. I don't see the point of you being here in our little get together otherwise."
Larxene narrowed her eyes, knowing perfectly he knew what she was talking about. She was hoping he would take it in stride and not have to draw it out for long. But fine, if he wants to be all shrewd... Slipping a sexy smile on her face gracefully, she treaded closer, putting her hand on his still bare chest and caressing it softly, she traced the outlines silkily. Just to tease carelessly, she was more interested in what he had to say. "Yes, you have." "Lonely, Mr. Lonely, I have nobody, to call my own..." Roxas sang monotonously, on the floor where he was left, and playing with a now awake Adhira. He kept playing with her tails and pulling them while she reached up backwards and try to scratch or bite his hand, which admittingly was amusing. Okay fine, he wasn't lonely, but goodness, he was dull and bored as hell. Sighing, he stood up, snapping his finger to alert the odd kitty. Quickly, Adhira jumped into his shoulder meowing, and Roxas searched around the study. Larxene knew most of her powers, so how will he know his? She even knew how to portal. Shaking his head, he opened the door to get out, and made his way into a hall, not knowing where to go. Shrugging, he went to the right. Might as well explore if there was nothing to do.
"I told you to stop saying sorry. You had no hand in it," Larxene chided with a smirk, scowling at him for not listening. She wished he didn't apologize so much, especially when he wasn't the one who should be trying to so hard. "Forget it. I can make it and start over on my own, if this ever ends. I did it before, I can do it again. Though let's say I won't be liking Ansem in my job here." She had noted how he moved nearer, but tried to dismiss that she was aware of it, though it was making her speed up her nerves in a rush, making her antsy again. Larxene then remembered him taking off his shirt, and eyed him in sly wonder. "You know, you didn't really need to take off your shirt completely to show me the example." She took a break there, not knowing whether to add to her sentence or not. Looking at him seriously, she breathed, before coming out with what she wanted to say, her voice lowering. "Actually, you've been doing questionable things lately..."
Larxene's head went up to stare at him, not helping the geunine small smile in her face. So far, this was the second time she had heard something close to what she did admirable, though Larxene didn't think that was anything to fawn over. She just didn't want to stay. "Thank you, though that doesn't exactly mean I can be trustful. People wear false masks, after all." Her expression turned a bit regretful on what she said next. "And sorry for...you know, almost killing you."
"Yes..." Larxene whisped quietly, breaking eye contact with him as she looked down. It didn't escape her conscious that she might have killed him in her means to escape, but if she had known...not that she cared. Larxene never cared for anyone in her life except perhaps Adhira. Everyone else abandoned her. Though she sympathizes with him. At least, he went out of his way to care for her. Moving her hand, placing it on her lap with the the other, she thought. Larxene needed to ask. "What makes you think you can trust me with that information?"
"How about you shut the hell up now before you say something you might regret," Axel growled as a reply instead, straightened his body stiffly. If he was trying to get him pissed or agitated, it was working. Though, he had to keep his wits about, this might be one of his amusing games. "I don't really care about doubts of my caring for her, as long as she knows how much I do, is fine with me. Larxene said she wanted to fight, so I'm letting her." That was all he was going to waste on him.
"Zexion..." Larxene whispered in silent perplexity, not really knowing what to say. It was official now. They were nothing but tools that can be discarded when broken, what he said was enough. They were guinea pigs, experiments, thrown away when they are wasted like they meant nothing. Except these were humans, and in truth, she might have been one of them. It didn't mean a lot to her. Being of the homosapien race was sometimes a disgrace for her, since their species can be utterly cruel. Is where she learned she could give it just as much times more. So Zexion had permanent arrhythmia, and if any faster, has a chance of a stroke. Her hands shook as she held in another burst of anger, and she almost clenched her gloved hand in his chest if she didn't let out a breath to quell it. Larxene shook her head, giving out a empty, bitter laugh, her tone tense and deadly."I don't get it...isn't Ansem suppose to be the one who made all this happen? I mean, who's going to discard you as trash if they find out?"
"Nothing at all. I was just searching for Buggy here, I found her, and I'm not going to leave without her. Might as well have my own fun while waiting," Axel drawled intricately, cocking his head to the side as he stared at Max. This was pointless to him, is not like he wanted to talk, more like kill. "And what is your purpose of asking?"
Be composed, Larxene, don't let a simple guy outdue you, she reminded herself, as she felt yet another blush coming in her cheeks, almost appearing, but halted it in time, thankfully. So other than the bombs, they had tranquilizers. That Ansem, he wasn't sorry at all, she had known it. Not only does he take them away from normality, they placed bombs and trinkets inside their chests like the were slaves. It was like they were nothing but a experiment, and for the people tested on who didn't survive, they were simply guinea pigs. A waste. Not like she cared, though. Larxene really wasn't surprised at the news. Yet, is if activated the tranquilizer in Zexion with her lighting, then that might be a weakness she can use in the future. The problem now was where her hand was, feeling the rapid rhythm of his heart beneath her palm, and she paused the urge to run her hands around his tone chest. Gazing up at him softly, still pondering why was he acting like this, though Larxene had a very vague hint, she mumbled, "I don't understand...how is it different?..."
OOC: Is not morning though ^^;. Tifa is still with Rei on the roof and stuff. If only chula-claire was here... Axel had reached the school's rooftop in a flash, seeing both Tifa and Rei, out of breath, and quite bruised. He could only guess that they decided to waste time when waiting for him, and he didn't really know how long he lasted in the stairs with Larxene. Axel walked over to them leisurely, raising a eyebrow at Tifa's gloomy expression. Questionably glancing at Rei for a moment, he turned back to the big busted girl again, tilting his head. "Hey, do you know why Cloud left?" He shifted between the two to see who could answer. Tifa eyed Axel. "Hmph," was all she humphed at the thought of how Cloud had left, before giving a small wave to Rei as she passed by Axel, throwing her a look of understanding, and she gave a weak smile to the red-head. Tifa didn't wait for his reaction and questioning on what was wrong as she quickly headed to the stairs and went down, appearing in the hallway. Her mood had suddenly dimmed down, and there was no more cheerfulness in her attitude from what she had. Tifa wasn't going to find Cloud either, as she didn't to anything that can be taken care of with a apology. She just wanted to go to her dorm, get a drink of water, and relax.
"If you're going to speak any BS, might as well not mumble it," Axel spat, his trained hawk eye set on Max, though he did pick up some of the words he muttered. Like "cloaked schemer", "puppet", and "saddening". He was still next to Larpex, though now she wasn't what got grasp his attention. Anything that came out of Max's mouth just irritated him.
Larxene had just gave another nod, though was a bit lost, since the "present" she was going to give Roxas for taking care of her kitty was going to be to tell him what Zexion had admitted. Though, now she couldn't. Larxene felt like she didn't want to go behind his back and blab it out, if this was much secrecy. She just had to think of another alternative. Breathing more freely now, feeling a bit heated, she sat upright from the mattress, only to grasp the sheets tightly in her hands in surprise at what her vision saw. This time, she wasn't able to maintain her nonchalance as she stared at what would be Zexion's body. Muscular, toned, and with abs glittering in the light. Unexpected move, though he was very fit for Zexion. Getting herself dignified again, not wanting to show herself so flustered, she purposely made her eyes stay on the scar on his...very sensual...ON his scar, that scar on his chest, right. The fact that he stripped his shirt caught her completely off-guard. Focusing on the mark, cautious for her eyes not to wander anywhere else, she tried to get her brain back on track. "Uh...that scar. That's where the bomb was implanted. I know this already, unless, there's something more to it...?"
It was getting harder for Larxene to speak, her throat was drying, and her eyes had traced Zexion's hand on her face. She had to stop another set of burning in her cheeks, and tried to steady her now uneven breathing. She had to wonder why was he being so bold, what was he playing at? But right. Relax. She wasn't going to get thrown off by a male. It was always the other way around when she was there. Not wanting to keep silent in case he suspected it, Larxene replied, forcing her tone to stay clear and crisp, "I told you is not your fault, don't apologize...is fine, really. There's no way my life can return to normal if enemies are after me." She let out of a breath, her eyes to searching his, trying to find some clue. "Which is why I don't mind knowing about this 'secret', call it that. Is not gonna change anything..."
"Because is obviously serious, you wanted to evade the question, and if it has something to do with me, I deserve to know after I got my dream crushed," Larxene answered as placidly as she could, going for honesty, for once. She had regarded that he didn't move, and it only made her more jittery and stiff. Larxene took her next words carefully. "Why do you ask? Wasn't that the point of coming here?" She had to concentrate at the task at hand, because that tibbit that he had accidentally let out was bothering her in the back of her mind, and wouldn't sooth until she knew what was so...foreboding about it.
All Larxene could do was nod her head as a response, quite bewildered at how he had her positioned in a bed, his arms beside her, and her body tensed. She stared back at his eyes, making sure hers were blank as she fought down a burning in her cheeks, she was much more self-controllable than that concerning the male species. She could see in his orbs that he was cheerful, out of nowhere, apparently. Twice he had carried her, he touched her cheek, and now this. That couldn't being ignored. What was he doing? Making her voice strong as she gulped, she uttered plainly, "About what you need to tell me..."
