Technically Arrancars don't have ages. Though Ukitake called Lilinette a child she herself mentioned that Arrancars don't have ages. For another topic. Where does Ichigo get his Hollow form from? From what I understand, Aizen, or Urahara, created the bridge between Hollows and Soul Reapers, which turned a some of the old captains into Visoreds. They have Soul Reaper and Hollow Powers, which I understand. However, Ichigo obviously was not experimented on because it was well before his time, and he showed signs of the Hollow form well before he even came into contact with Aizen. My question is where did he get it from? Is there an actual logical reason for him having the hollow form, or is it just the old stereotypical "he is a special case/he is the chosen one" scenario? Yes I know Ichigo temporarily lost his powers as a Soul Reaper after his first fight with Byakuya and Renji and then Kisuke Urahara trained him to get them back and a Hollowfication started taking over from within him during the special training he received and he managed to stop it before he could become fully hollowfied and then later he trained with the Visoreds to learn to control his Inner Hollow and that was how he learned to dawn the mask at will but that still does not explain how he got his Hollow form. Simply training someone to regain their powers is not the same as doing an experiment on them to make them have Hollow and Soul Reaper powers(like Aizen did with the Visoreds). Ichigo having a Hollow in him is not the same as how the others have a Hollow form, and there does not seem to be an explanation as to why this is other than it being a rare thing.

Anyway my answer is Retsu Unohana. I know we've never seen her fight but I've read up on her and only Aizen and Yamamoto himself are more powerful than her. She has the 3rd highest battle data. It's also known that her personal specialty is swordfighting, And she mastered the Kendo style of fighting. And ironically Kenpachi did not master Kendo. And Kenpachi hated using Kendo because his battles would end too quickly with it, so he only used it if his life was in danger. I have to say I was surprised by this as well. I was expecting Byakuya to be the 3rd strongest in place of Unohana. And right beneath her is Shunsui Kyoraku. I checked his battle data. Also Ukitake warned Shunsui not to release his Bankai where others can see implying that it must be very powerful. Lighting Golem has a superior version of Thunder Giant's effect, And Inferno Wing has a superior version of Flame Wingman's effect etc. So I figured the evil Omni Fusion counterparts should have better versions of the effects of their good twins as well.
