They're all pretty mysterious if you ask me. Aqua, Ven and master Xehanort's apprentice... I can't decide between the three of them.
You forgot an e in the title. Anyway, it's a solid poem. Strong and smoothly flowing. I see the link with your threads in Help With Life. I hope things will get better for you soon. :)
I heard some pretty bad things about it, so I'm not going to bother with this one.
Hmmm...I'd heed your mother's advice and stay away from her as much as possible.
I liked the Jungle King from the original Kingdom Hearts for some reason. I like the traditional Kingdom Key too (but not Mickey's version which is just plain ugly with its inverted colours).
Humans are something our ancestors came up with to scare naughty children.
Well good for you, and I really mean that. But you know as well as I do that not everyone's that strong. Having a gun triggers something in some people's minds, especially in the young'uns. Either way a guns has killed more people than it has saved. Take Finland for example. Same soft-ass weapon policy, same lame-ass school shootouts.
A gun's a temptress. I know it exists. I said I don't agree with it. *facepalm* When was the last time that a gun in civillian hands was actually helpful?
Don't get me started on the US' policy on firearms. You'll find all kinds of wrong there.
Introduction: Welcome to my poetry thread. This is where I'll dump my poems, both old and new, and here's where you can read them. Tell me what you think of them, feedback is greatly appreciated! One more thing I would like to say: these poems do not necessarily reflect the author's thoughts, feelings or opinions. In other words, if you see a sad poem you don't have to go "Awwww, are you okay?" on me since I'm most likely doing fine. :D So uhm...enjoy. Love The Unforgiven Ditch every angel and Come to a hell That plays a neverending trick-Or-treat Where the rejected fUse asunder One that promises the Pleasure of pain A time to Dance with every evening shade To skate on the Edge of a sheathed sword But the land between our hearts kept stirrinG And maimed the newest paRt of me She crAved one last scenario Let my hand be a siCkening butterfly The gentlEst way to lay her to rest Comment: That was an old one. My writing style may have evolved since then. It has a hidden (read: far too obvious) meme woven into it. House Of Dogs We need our ankles sprained We're short on gods and hallows Yet tired of bathing in the shallows No life without the weight sustained By creeping feelings That hang us like gallows From invisible ceilings Turmoil within the house of dogs Every time one dares a dive Out of the brass fountain And bids a goodbye to its hive No life full of springs and cogs Just a pathway to hop in and out and Shame and blame upon which it'll thrive A downhill slope of a solid mountain "Nothing is sacred, least of all us" The stray dog growls, howls and thus Turns deaf to the sounds And yelps uttered to pierce Of the most loyal hounds Unleashed with no other choice but to be Driven insane by terrain of no bounds To be crazed, deluded, limitless, fierce Too free Comment: This last one, on the other hand, is brand-new. It might require some explaining but I'll get to that later.
Marvellous flow, and a fitting title. I can picture the narrator pleading for ascent while looking down and fearing the dangers coming towards him. You depicted this in a very stylish manner. Great piece!
I know the feeling. There's just too many places I still want to go to. But I'll definitely work on it! Poetry thread is nearly finished. I...
Belgium has reached a new political and economical low, to be exact. But I'll spare you the details. ;) I don't think tourists would notice...
Nope, I've never seen the girl I've referred to in real life. I'm from across the sea (aka Belgium).
Yeah. The girl I spoke of is a Katie, so for a moment I thought you might be her. Upon closer inspection I see that your birthdays don't match...
I'm in my 2nd year of university, doing Biology. The year has just started here. You know that feeling you had that you thought you knew me?...
I'm doing great thanks! My days of laziness are over too by the way, but I stuffed the upcoming weekends with fun activities so it's all good. But...
You know how I saw it! A very good poem with the ability to express and evoke emotion, and a brilliant ending. Keep up the good work!
Heya! I read your official "comeback" yesterday. It was very inspiring. I'm thinking about making my own poetry thread soon. How are you (and how...
In Soviet Russia, period is having you.
