Based on the clothes that go along with the face, I'd actually say he's closer to a hairless Ganondorf.
I'm actually rather impressed. I thought the guy was going to look HORRIBLY ******ed, but aside fromt he wierd hair which was unavoidable, they actually did an alright job with clothes and such. I'm looking forward to the movie because...well...it has potential. =/
