Jen was able to pay his full attention to the parade. Scanning around at all the colors, the displays of magic, and looking around to see if there were any important or famous people around. There may have been a couple figures walking by with his eyes just missing them, but he was aware that most of the important figures would either watch the parade than walk around. Either way, regardless of their decision, he decided since more and more people were showing up that he needed to stand up so he would not get run into anymore. Jen wrapped up what was still left of his hippogriff egg and placed it inside his bag.

Jen found himself being pushed back in the ground and he started trying to fight the crowd to stay in the front, but slowly drifted back to the back. He grew clearly angry and took a deep breath and started to glow again. Another clone was made and he told it to go try and get to the front. He shook his head as he stood on his toes to see a little more.

His timing seemed pretty good since he looked just as the Knights of Eridis made their way past. He knew the Knights were out just from how vibrant the auras were. Although he was not entirely sure if that was necessarily due to how strong their powers were... or if they had naturally strong auras. He looked around to see if there were any dragons with them and made a little disappointed noise. He was aware he wasn't going to see a dragon, they were for more important moments than this... not that this festival wasn't important. Either way, he expected to see some sort of festival dragon.

Jen pulled out another sandwich from his bag and went to eat it before he heard an unfamiliar noise. He looked around for a moment to see what it was then almost as if from a comedy, something flew over and swiped his sandwich. He let out a,
"HEY!" and followed the shadow of the flying figure to wherever it led.

Tal was watching the parade, since she had followed Kendric to where he had headed, since it seemed convenient. She watched the Knights pass and her eyes scanned them with pseudo-interest in who was there representing. The auras were certainly amazing, but she was more fascinated by just their presence, not their power. But she guessed she expected that considering these people were the heroes of her home.

    And in some cases, family.

Tal whispered under her breath to Ember,
"Hey sleepy-head. Can you see if Surrh is here?" Tal moved her hand up to stroke Ember's head but felt nothing. She froze and then frantically searched her bag before her head shot up and she started glowing a vibrant blue and she started ignoring the festivities, "Fron Ember! Meyz fundein! Sozhin?!"

Honestly, there isn't particular reason why I haven't spoken to Hayabusa. I haven't been ignoring him, I just haven't seen a reason to reply up until this point. Whenever people had asked him something he replied without me feeling the need to question him further.

Okay, these were my thoughts as I had voted for Bite the Dust:

Throughout this entire thread, I had been pestering the people I had deemed "quiet members". You guys know this, and I am probably more guilty than half of the "quiet members" since I haven't talked much myself. But I had throughout the thread pestered and pestered Bite the Dust to share his thoughts. Constantly tagging him and asking him for insight. Heck a lot of people had been asking him questions. Cat did and entire Phoenix Wright styled questioning towards him he never replied to that day... at that point, when he left little to no information other than "I'm not posting for the rest of the night" and he voted for Hyuge. Without an explanation. I didn't find this play style to be pro-town in the slightest, and I thought everyone else who had voted before me agreed on that as well. I had to go to a prior commitment and the deadline would have hit before that, and he was the person I suspected the most. So I voted for him. How the hell was I supposed to know Mish would drop a hammer? The second I read through the thread I saw Mish's hammer and I screamed, "WHAT THE HELL?" this was the ONLY time I had voted in this ENTIRE game so far, I was trying to AVOID hurting the town in any way. But there it went. I did a last second vote, and Mish dropped the hammer.

I know at this point just for the way I voted and have spoken this entire game that this makes me look REALLY bad. I am not going to be able to convince you guys otherwise but don't vote for me just yet and end this. Question the other people who had voted for Bite the Dust and didn't provide a reason for why they did as they voted.

Like @Moksha who changed his vote to "help the current situation", or @Killian Jones who voted Bite the Dust in what seemed to be to avoid a no lynch.

I'm also aware that discussing why people had voted for Bite the Dust will probably not help us with the now, and if anyone else has a better topic of discussion feel free to throw it out there because I don't have one.

Foliage? Warm/Cool weather rather than hot? The peak of hurricane season? It's Ren Faire season? Leif Ericson Day?
    Oh that ol' chestnut.

Why did you vote for Hyuge? No seriously, why? I also want to hear it in your words, not "basically a variation of what everyone has said"

As long as they have interesting interactions and personalities, I'm cool with it. I mean, I enjoy seeing interesting female characters as much as any other girl but if they want to write an all guy cast I'd rather them do that than throw in a girl just for the sake of throwing in a girl (and they'd probably just revert to only sex appeal anyway and THAT would piss me off more).

hey guys I have this crazy idea. Why don't we lynch Mish?

I know this sounds counter productive, and you guys are saying "we'll have the vig handle it" but how do we know, now that we know the Mafia know who the vig is, that they won't kill the vig? I mean, they have a usefulness for the redirector, sure, but if we go after someone and lynch an innocent townie and they decide, "We used them once, we don't need to use them again since they know we know them." and kill the vig off?

It's more of a "better safe than sorry" strategy than anything, and I know we were intentionally keeping Mish alive to find more mafia at the time. But that we before we realized they too know who the vig is (or maybe they just found out that last round, I don't know) and since we KNOW Mish is mafia, I think we should just go for it.

and with that said: vote: Mish
