Technically, the first real "member" was a girl named Riku. She doesn't come online anymore but she was around for a while. Second member was Roxas, who we all know and love.

It's a communist country, what do you really expect? From the outside looking in, it may seem disturbing, but the fact that they all get 1 child might be very fair in their eyes. That way no one gets more kids then no one else. It may sound like a stupid point, but in all fairness, China's government gets to do whatever it really wants, and the country WORKS, it works VERY WELL, despite it's many unpleasentries.
