    For me, this is simple:

    OTPs

    Sora/Kairi

    Roxas/Naminé

    Axel/Larxene

My opinion on KH yaoi pairings in general:

    *copy and paste*

"If any couple (mostly Soriku and Akuroku) had more than brotherly feelings for each other, I'm sure you guys wouldn't have waited this long and beat around the bush. You don't see any romantic gestures like Sora and Kairi make. And as for Axel and Roxas, if Axel had any more feelings than brotherly too, he would have mentioned it to Roxas before they disappeared, because, you know, you might never see him again. You want to tell how you feel before it's too late. Did that happen? No.

That's the reason why I hate these "yaoi" pairings. Is like, "hey, these guys are best friends, and they're cute together in yaoiness, so let's pretend they are together!!" I don't hate yaoi, or mind people supporting it, is just when it gets out of hand when there really isn't any solid prove that these "feelings" exist. Just interpretation. Simple interpretation. And then there's yaoi fanfics, they write them like the rest of the world likes yaoi crack pairings. Funny how most of the supporters and authors, as well as reviewers, are girls, if not all.

Hell, I didn't even mind AkuRoku and SorIku. I said to myself, "Oh, let them support what they want." But then....it just got too much, and I changed from being nonchalant, to despising it.

You want to know REAL yaoi pairings? Touya/Yukito from Card Captor Sakura, and Fai/Kurogane from TRC, and from yaoi animé shows like Gravitation. THOSE are real pairings."

    And....

*sarcasm* Sure. Let's all live happily ever after in Destiny Islands just you and me, and forget that our childhood friend never existed. Why do I even need to find my best friend? I don't care that I knew him since I was little *end sarcasm*.

He never knew where Riku was, or if he was okay, until TWTNW. And after Sora learned that Kairi has been kidnapped, Riku was barely mentioned after that unless Sora mentioned them both or noticed a dude in black cloak.

But then Kairi was the main concern after Sora found out what happened. Plus, add what I said above.

Whoa. Begging, dropping to your knees, in front of your enemy, doesn't prove that much? Sora practically lost all his dignity and pride he had just to find out where she is.

Why do you think that when a guy begs is seemed unnatural, and people try to stop him, talk him out of it, or just look sad? Because guys have pride, and don't want to feel weak against an opponent or rival, or appear helpless in front of others. Takes a lot of guts to do that, since that's giving up.

As for the hug, of course he was awkward. Kairi glomped him out of nowhere, which made him shock (you can see it in his face), but after that wore off, he placed his arms around her, closed his eyes, and hugged back...and for quite a moment.

I guess people confuse where the butt is nowadays.

Yes. What I heard is Sora and Riku talking about the insecurities of their friendship and make it clear. Sora wants to be like Riku, Riku was jealous of Sora always following his heart.

    Wow. Romantic.

Surprisingly, I felt extremely sorry when Larxene died: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cC3xai3KLKE

She seemed sad and confused, and I don't know. She's a cold hard sadistic biatch (and one of the most cruel and best Org. villains, IMO), but... it made me think there was a softer side to her that she never showed. Maybe is her voice that got me, she sounds like a cute little girl who lost someone...

Actually, I kind of agree with you. He's way too overhyped and overrated. Yeah, his fate was a little sad, but in honesty, I didn't care much for his character. He was interesting for what he was.

Though, I'm tired of people saying (I think noobs, probably) that he's powerful cause he dual wields. Well, whoop-dee-do. Sora does too (and I thought it was obvious when he didn't drive in the Xemnas fight). And he doesn't need to drive honestly, and it is proven in the semi-new Nomura interview. Sora's usual fighting style, unlike Roxas, isn't dual wielding anyway.

Just giving my own 2 cents.

    Axel is not gay.

What I saw is that he did the best he could to save the only best friend he had in that group, by trying not to let him get back into Sora. Tell me. Would you want your best friend, be it boy or girl, to disappear? Or would you try to stop it in the best possible way you can? Would you cry and mourn for them? Or would you shrug it off like it never meant anything?

That's what Axel did, and failed. We don't know how the friendship started, but is possible by what he said, that Roxas made him feel like he had a heart. He didn't say "#$@ROXAS$#@*ILOVEU$%!!". NO. He just said as the Nobody he is, that Roxas made him feel like he had a heart, not that he wanted to bang him. What it did is make obvious the core of the friendship.

It's the same with Sora/Riku. If they had more than brotherly feelings for each other, I'm sure you guys wouldn't have waited this long and beat around the bush. You don't see any romantic gestures like Sora and Kairi make. And as for Axel and Roxas, if Axel had any more feelings than brotherly too, he would have mentioned it to Roxas before they disappeared, because, you know, you might never see him again. I think what really affected me was the choking noises Zexion made, and how his feet stopped moving later.

In the new Nomura interview, he says that the chairs can go higher or lower depending on how the member who sits there wants it to. Example, would be if Larxene will want to be above Axel, she can do so.

Of course, I don't know if they dared go higher than Xemnas :P.

Yeah, I know. Wasn't he supposely, along with Lexaeus, stop Marluxia and Larxene by using Riku? From what I heard.

Axel was just an a**hole, simply put. He obviously didn't care about the members or his peers. He played with them all.

*fangirlish rant*But why Zexion?!! I mean, how can someone so hot and cool die the way he did?! Damn you Nomura! Damn you!!*fangirlish rant ends*

Honestly, I would have rather have Zexion live through COM than Axel. Or at least both.

Sora's voice in the English version was way too childish, he sounded 8. Seriously. He was 14, a teenager already. I never heard a 14 year old boy with that high pitched voice anywhere, unless he inhaled helium. Is either already deep, or is in between. And worse, Sora actually looked 10.

I don't think his Japanese voice sounded too old. It sounded his age, and it had this boyish, cute, and childish tone to it. I love the way Miyu Irino speaks.

KH2 English voice was better, way better. In fact, I LOVE it. It's very fitting for him, the voice, the tone, and everything. It matches his cuteness and hotness :3.

And we can't forget Atlantica. "Dawlin, it's better, down where it's wetter, take it from meeeee!"

Sora and Naminé were adorable, I agree. It was sweet. And Sora is one of the deepest relationships Naminé had other than Roxas.

I also detest Riku/Sora, I just don't see what's the big deal. I don't hate or mind yaoi, but when it gets out of hand like this pair did, it gets insanely irritating, and it drives me to hate it. And to even think that Riku/Sora can happen and there are hints? Anything concerning romance is between Sora and Kairi. And in the covers, who always sits next to him? Kairi. Who does he think about the most in COM? Kairi. She's the one he first remembered. I can name a million things. And then, some hate Kairi because she gets in the way of their Sora and Riku loving, no matter what excuses they spit out. Well, if they see her as a threat, then is obvious what is going on.

Then there's fanfiction. It's like a whole bucketful of yaoi stories and for a straight pairing, you have to squint to find it. Damn fangirls.

AkuRoku is heading the same way. In fact, I hate the thought of it already.

Sorry, but I needed to vent in some way. Ignore my rant.

Can Naminé simply call herself a shadow because that's what she is. That's what a Nobody is. A shadow. By saying she's Kairi's shadow, she perhaps meant that she is only a pigment of Kairi herself, and will never replace her.

Naminé is a Nobody. A non-being means she isn't suppose to be well...a being. She shouldn't exist. Hence, a Nobody. She was special because she formed out of both Sora and Kairi (Kairi's heart, Sora's soul and body), and that's how she gained her powers. That's it, really.

Roxas is special also because he is a keyblade wielder's Nobody, and thus can use the keyblades just as well.

Also, Naminé, does in actuality, only manipulate Sora's memories and those connected to him. In fact, she said it herself in KHII.

Naminé: I'm a witch with power over Sora's memories and those around him.

And she also refers to herself as a Nobody, as said before by someone.

Naminé: Roxas. Nobodies like us are only half a person. You won't disappear. You'll be whole!

And then there's the scene in TWTNW.

Naminé: I always thought Nobodies were doomed to fade back into darkness...

Roxas: Yeah, but you and I didn't. We got to meet our original selves.

Can't fight canon. So that's my opinion on the whole thing.

I also like the scene in Disney Castle where Donald is lectured by Daisy.

He looks at Sora for help, and the guy just places his arms behind his head like, "don't look at me, man, it ain't my girl problem." LOL.

Sora was gold in that one.

    I actually supported that.

    Then Roxas came.

And you can guess from there.

Why is it, that everytime Riku has a chance with a girl, she gets taken? And it was by Roxas this time. Sora's Nobody.

That's like, a double whammy right there.

    Simply:

    1. Sora/Kairi: If I explain, beware of a long, sufferable, huge essay from all three games so far. Symbolic, metaphorical, physical, spiritual, as well as connection. Trust me. I'll explore each and every tidbit if started.

    2. Roxas/Naminé: I have my reasons, but I'm too lazy to explain it. Unless you want me to. I'm just going to say they're adorable together.

    3. Axel/Larxene: Because is just plain awesome. Axel appears to be someone who can handle a girl like Larxene, and they're actually cute, shall I say. Also, they looked like they got along well, they spoke (more like flirted on Larxene's part), they shared thoughts, not to mention that if Axel ever talked with someone so much in COM, it was Larxene. Plus, I loved the way they picked on Vexen together (poor thing though). They have this suave chemistry when they conspire. And...

Fire + Lightning = Fried. Thoroughly. And. Burned.

Shame it didn't go far. Though, what can you expect of romance from Nobodies?

    4. Riku/?: I feel bad for him, he deserves someone himself. If he actually had one, it would have come before Larxel.

The members in COM were only trying to get take out the Org., it was corrupted anyway. Of course, doing it in a unethical way, but the fact still stands.

I do think Axel was too harsh. Way too much. Zexion didn't deserve the way he died at all, he didn't look or did anything extremely evil. As for Vexen, I got so upset over that scene, especially since he was trying to help Sora and was begging for his life. Even Sora was horrified. That was the saddest Org. death for me. Axel needed to gain their trust, and there was no other way for him to except to do what Marluxia asked him to.

Still, he could have given Vexen a simpler death. Damn it, Axel, respect your elders!

The only one who he didn't directly kill is Larxene, maybe because with his time in Org. she was probably the other member who daily talked (or flirted) to him other than Roxas. They seemed to get along really well, sharing, having talks and all that. I think he was expecting her death, so he didn't have to do anything by himself. And Marluxia too, but they didn't seem on good terms in the first place, added to the fact that it was his trust Axel was trying to gain.

I did see some compassion throughout though, and some geunine honesty on helping, as rare as it was. Especially when he was talking to Larxene about how Sora's "a part of us", which was indirectly talking about Roxas. Axel did say that Roxas was the only one who made him "feel like he had a heart."

And that's what happened when he heard about what's being done to him in KHII again, I'm guessing.

Axel's "death" is what ignited Roxas to appear to Sora in TWTNW, as said by, who was it? Xemnas? Xigbar? Xaldin? *shrug*. It wasn't crying, but he was affected enough to come out. Besides, it is said by Roxas and Naminé in the novels that Axel didn't fade, he went back to his original self.

And they had their touching moment anyway in FM+ (NOT because of yaoi. I meant friendship).

I personally feel the same way about Roxas. He's just a whatever character to me too. He was just interesting. I can NEVER hate him though :).

Maybe Naminé was a shadow/non-existent being that didn't have any physical component, (body), a shadow merely travelling, because Kairi's body didn't turn into a heartless, and instead, went to the realm of light.

Now, when Kairi's heart left Sora, is when it used Sora's body and soul (since he turned into a heartless) to not only create Roxas, but what Naminé is now, and her powers. Sora had two hearts in him that left. His, that made Roxas, and Kairi's, that gave Naminé a body.

Maybe that's what it meant of Naminé having a "special birth".

Don't take that seriously though. Is only a guess.

Exactly, It waits, or they're not aware. Unless the Nobody is "defeated", let's put it that way, they can't be whole. They're human again, but they're not complete. That's how Sora had his body while Roxas was walking in TT and the Org. Even though he had it, a part of himself was missing.

So he hasn't mentioned it? I guess I need to check out Secret Report. When Malificent (it was her, right? Ugh. Have to watch the videos) said that Riku was the original, I felt like it was to reel him in even more, you know? Like you're better than him, you can save and protect Kairi, etc. The way she said it applied to.

Plus, you have to remember now. They keyblade, as Nomura said, goes to a strong heart, no matter if evil or good. Anyone who's heart is strong enough can wield it.

I'm thinking that the times when Riku took the keyblade from Sora, he had a stronger heart, because despite him doing it the wrong way, he just wanted to help Kairi, since Sora "betrayed" him and left. The time when Sora took it back in Hollow Bastion, his heart was stronger.

And add to the fact that, it was Sora who had the Awakening (as far as has been confirmed, and Roxas, but we all know why), and the keyblade appeared to him first in DI, and that disembodied voice spoke again without him dreaming, saying, "Keyblade..., "keyblade...", "keyblade...".

And even the Awakening itself. It said Sora holds the mightiest weapon of all. Why would it say that to him if Riku was originally meant to wield it?

So I'm looking for that Nomura quote to see if my suspicions could be trashed. And then I'll be fine.
