Alright, just threw this together....gives a good result IMO.

Okay, first open a new document
Then paste some c4d's

Duplicate it and set it to overlay.
Now, take hue and saturation tool {tools-->color tools-->hue-saturation} and set master control hue to -175, lightness to 31, saturation to -34.
Duplicate it and set to hard light at 45
Take another c4d and paste it and set that too hard light 32.4
Duplicate it and set it to lighten only at 39.4
Your tag should look like this:

Now, put another c4d in their and move it to the left. Multiply it at 100%
Do the same on the right.
Add another c4d and set it to screen at 60
Add another c4d and set it somewhere in there. I set mine to the far right.
Your tag should look like this:

Now, Add another c4d in there and set it to screen.
Add one more and make sure it's kinda bright. then put it in one of the top corners.
Your tag should look like this:

Add yet another c4d.
Add your render and duplicate it 4 times
Smudge with any brush you want at a 100 percent rate and opacity.
On the first one, set it to color 100%
On the seconed one set it to doge at 50-60%
On the next one, smudge and set it to glaussian blur at at 5.0 pixels. then go {filters>generic>erode} then {filter's>generic>dialate}
Then get the vine brush and erase a lil bit.
Your tag should look like this now:

Now, add your render and resize if needed.
make a new layer and brush with the fuzzy brush with black at 70 opacity.
Do this again: Now, add any grad maps you want and set them to whatever mode makes them look good.
Add text, a border, and pat yourself on the back.... you are now done!
