I would Duel you but my deck is not built for Turbo Duels.

I fuse from my hand: Elemental Hero Neos! And Rainbow Dragon! To Fusion Summon... Rainbow Neos!!! Then I equip him with Megamorph! Raising his ATK to 9000!!! But I'm not done yet! Next I play Miracle Fusion! And banish: To Fusion Summon: Elemental Hero The Shining!!! ATK/2900 -Battle Phase- Rainbow Neos! Attack him directly! Neos Wiseman Attack him directly! Shining Finish him! Would've made it more epic and used 5 Fusions and done an uber epic move like what Yusei does but I didn't feel like it lol. I'm much too lazy to do that right now and just wanted to end the Duel. Good game Axel. I think I'm gonna go play Fire Emblem now.

No I meant regular Spell Cards that aren't Speed Spells. EDIT: Oh wait I see now. That's weird...I mean I've played the WC Games...And it never let me put a Normal Spell in my deck there for my Turbo Duel deck...And I could've sworn I heard MC say at the beginning of season one of 5D's that Normal Spells couldn't be used in Turbo Duels...
The purpose of that take damage from activating a Normal Spell thing that those Speed World cards have is pointless though. I mean you can't even use Normal Spells in a Turbo Duel...
