I know it's been discussed in interviews, and Nomura's talked about the possibility of them returning. I think it would be neat if Sora got a drive form for the Disney party members he gets in each world. Like, in Land of Dragons if he tributed Mulan, he would enter "Dragon Form" and have a whole bunch of cool fire attacks and abilities.
"True enough," Hikaru commented to D'daear. "Key difference is how Mickey was never seen in this one." He looked to the mouse who seemed content with closure at the sight of the short film. "Mostall the memories we've seen so far have been Mickey's, but I haven't seen this guy anywhere around town." He blatantly recalled the named that appeared at the beginning of the short. "Oswald the Lucky Rabbit... Wonder where he is now..." Hikaru thought back to what the Phantom Blot said about legacies and being remembered. No one had seen or mentioned this rabbit, meaning he must've fled or to his greater fear; been forgotten. He looked down at mickey and smiled with a realization. Mickey had remembered. Mickey was the one who wanted to see this rabbit he seemed to idealize so and that notion was enough to reassure Hikaru that there was still hope for this world and it's denizens. "Hah! Thought you could me forever, eh?" Pete's voice blasted into ear shot as he marched along angrily and grabbed Mickey by the suspenders. "You're late for deckhand duty! You just added another 10 chores to yer list!" Mickey's expression turned to shock as it receded to a sad regret. "Don't you give me them sad eyes! Now git with you! I'll be back to deal with you later." He tossed Mickey smoothly into the air, allowing the mouse to land on his feet and scatter back to the docks. "That boat boy o' mine will be the death of me someday. If he didn't do such a good job, I'da fired him by now." He looked back to the group once Mickey was back out of sight. "Well a deal's a deal. Here's a little something for yer troubles." All players received the Monochrome Keyblade! ~MISSION COMPLETE!~ "Now if you'll excuse me, I have an employee to whip into shape." Pete informed as he marched off to the docks. Hikaru scratched the back of his head to think. "Well, didn't get everything we needed, but I guess we can head back now. If we hurry, we can get back before the portal expires." ------------------------------------------------------------ "Well ever since that there portal thing opened up and brought me back to good ol' home sweet home!" He introduced himself to the rest of the new faces and looked back to Kaida. "You really saw my Maxy Was he bein' a good boy!" Before she could answer, Max himself zoomed by on a skateboard being followed by a loud barking voice. "Get back here you good fer nothin' punk!!" It was Captain Pete, trailing and thumping as far as his stubby legs would allow. At the site of his soon, Goofy's face lit up and called out to him. "MAXI!E!" Looking back to the voice that called him, Max first saw the keyblading party, followed by the face of the last person he wanted to see. His heart stopped as he let loosed a blood curdling scream. Still oon his board, he couldn't see where he was going and crashed into the nearest town shop. Trudging behind the disaster, Pete was panting heavily. "Now I (pant) got you! (pant)" He slowly slummed his way to the wreckage and piced up the goof boy by his head. "I'll just add destruction of property to yer list of bad behavior and see what the KING has to say!" "Pete?" Goofy looked at the Captain and recognized some one he hadn't seen in a while. "Who wants to know?" The Captain looked to the group of people with Goofy. "Oh noi... not the other Goof!"
I always thought about having one of these, but I think I'd consider it more after KH3 releases and the Seeker of Darkness saga ends. Of course there could always be prediction and wishlist categories for the oncoming game, but I'd like to see the viewpoints and winners once the Xehanort arc ends. Though if it's more than just a one time thing, I'd probably back it. I actually discovered I'm kinda conflicted with this one.
Imagine being the magazine that confirmed it's confirmation. Would garner a lot of attention, so it doesn't surprise me too much. Seeing as how Nomura said there would be more worlds than that of KH2, I'm hoping it comes up to his original vision of about 20 or so.
Damn, Roy really DOES look like Xehanort. What a fun coincidence, hehe. Great to see they're incorporating Disney producers to keep the Disney side of things light and fun. Part of me hopes his other works in Hunchback, Treasure Planet and Big Hero 6 also make an appearance!
Before I saw the tower, I thought the Tangled world was going to be "The Emperor's new groove." Something about all the mountains and plains. But there's a lot I love about this trailer, introducing a refurbished cutscene, shnazzy new gameplay, and Sora's new costume is pretty nice I must say. Also enjoy how much more room the character has to move around now. I wasn't a big fan of KH3D, but I did like how they carried over using the environment as an advantage.
*Places sheet over* Call it...
I love the updates they did from the browser version! Looks like you'll be able to get more down and being able to understand it is of course the best thing to me right now. Also really looking forward to seeing the lore behind Xehanort's keyblade and the mysterious foretellers!
I hope it's at least easy to navigate and operate with. The few experiences I've had with twitch have proven a bit troublesome.
Pfft, he thinks Misty is the AI...
Count Dooku. Dracula. Saruman. These are just a few of the many legendary and villainous roles that the talented Sir. Christopher Lee was able to portray. With over 250 roles and 65 years of experience in the industry, Lee had also performed a range of heavy metal tracks and recieved various awards for his efforts. Best known for his deep operatic voice and suave presence, he portrays the character Ansem the Wise in the Kingdom Hearts series. Having only the chance to voice the role in Kingdom Hearts II, and Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days, this marks the second well known actor in the series to have passed this year following the death of Xehanort back in February. His cause of death appeared to be from respiratory problems and heart failure, dying on June 7th 2015, just under 2 weeks after his birthday. His family made the official announcement on June 11th 2015. Our hearts here at KH-vids.net go out to him in hopes that he may enjoy all the sea salt ice cream he wants now. Is this the rally for the premium and/or normal members? Because I too, am a premium and/or normal member.
Mickey hopped at the chance to re-watch an old classic of his as he blew off the dust and hastily inserted the film reel into the machine. He wired up the strip appropriately and stepped back with the party to watch the film the man in white had given to them. ~MISSION COMPLETE~ -------------------------------------------------------------------- The group arrived back at the Opera House and headed into the hall to stop the notorious Pete and his accomplices. "Captain Pete! This is an outrage!" Princess Minnie cried. "No. It's my nefarious plan to steal the throne." Captain Pete laughed. "Not as long as we're around!" Mickey yelled out. "Huh?" Pete turned to find Mickey, Donald, Goofy, Pluto, and the party all prepared to gang up and defeat Pete. "What the sam hill?!" "Oy! These blokes just don't know when to give up, do they?" One of the beagle boys drew out his sword, with his two brothers doing the same. "So yah think you've got us outnumbered do yah? Well I've been planning this here crown heist for far too long see? And I ain't gonna let it all go to waste by some low life janitors and a couple o' kids- OUCH!" Pete cried out as Pluto bit on his peg leg, allowing the Princess to free himself from the Captain's clutches and rush to the musketeers' side. "Why you little!" "Don't worry," Mickey assured. "We'll get the princess to safety. We'll be back to help when we can!" Mickey and his friends left Pete in the capable hands of the party. "Where do yah think yer a goin?!" He yelled "RRrrr! BOYS! You know what to do!" "Righty-o, boss!" ~MISSION START~ --------------------------------------------------------------------
"Well howdy there ma'am. I'm Goofy!" He joyously greeted. "Me and these guys have been through our own little adventure back where I'm trainin' to be a knight. Never thought I'd be back here so soon though." Goofy paused and looked around at his former home, taking in the friendly scenery before remembering just what he was looking for to begin with. "Say, that reminds me! I almost forgot what it was I was lookin' for!" He placed his hand flatly leveled and placed it just below his shoulders to signal a height difference. "I'm lookin' for my best bud Maxie! He's about.. err yay tall with uhh... y'know the hair that all the kidser stylin' nowadays, and uh.. Oh! He's getting pretty good at that boardin' stuff! And.. And" Goofy stopped trying to come up with things to describe his own son and sighed. "Oh, who am I foolin'. Can't even describe my own son... I left him here all by his lonesome so I could follow my own dreams, and now I don't even know enough about my own boy to point him out. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- From the charred edges of the exploded hole in the wall. slowly poked out Donald's head in a jittering shake from the damage the fire spell could've done to him. "Donald! How'd you get here!" Mickey asked in astonishment. "As I said, you're friend was safe. I found the young duck attempting to leave town and thought I'd try my hand at changing his mind. When I asked what else he'd do with his life, he didn't know how to respond. And so I brought him here to his friends to see if he shared that ambition." The man in white turned to Donald. "Have you found your own answer then?" Donald looked onto the others in the room and could see where there hearts were. He was still afraid, but with his friends by his side, he could gain the courage to join them and protect the people he cared about too. "You bet!" he nodded. "That's the spirit! Now come on. We've got to save the princess. Don't you remember? All for one..." Goofy began. "Aw, fellas, we're not even real musketeers.." Mickey lamented. While he was overjoyed to be reunited with his friends, he still couldn't shake the fact that they could be out matched when it came to a fight. "Not real musketeers? Who says so? Listen, Donald might be a big chicken..." "Hey!" "And you 're just a little guy..." Goofy patted Mickey's head before continuing. "And I ain't no genius,but I know one thing. When the three of us stick together... We can do anything. And not Pete... Or nobody else can stop us! And 'sides! We got other friends we can count on now." Mickey's spirits were raised once more as he adjusted his hat and joined his friends. "Alright Musketeers, we've got a princess to rescue!" The man in white clapped his hands. "Wonderful to hear. Best be on your way though... The opera is set to begin." --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The man in white tossed the film real to D'daear without so much as a hesitation. "I ask so I know if you'd be able to overcome such fear. Like some one afraid of the dark, I wanted to know if you would be the kind to brave through it, or rush back to the light... I'm still unsure of my findings, but for now I trust that you'll do what's best." He opened a portal of darkness behind him and prepared to step through it before halting to turn around one last time. "Oh... and there is one other thing the Phantom Blot and I share." He looked off into the distance. "We're both trying to live in the past." Leaving on those words, the portal closed behind him. Mickey however was joyous in the return of the film reel. Whatever was on it, he was quite excited to see it back.
The Barn door opened to reveal that inside the barn, was dusty old slide projector, that had since been forgotten for some time now. Mickey, excited and jumping, rushed over to the machine to examine it's condition. He spun around the film reel to try and get it started, but the projector had no film in it, and therefore, wouldn't open another film window. "Why isn't it working?" Hikaru wondered aloud. "This is why," a voice spoke. From behind them, a man in a clearly visible white coat appeared. He spoke softly and held up a film reel. "We try hard to hold onto memories that others have forgotten, but we at times need help in the matter. Just as the phantom blot claimed... We all need a legacy of sorts." Hikaru's eyes twinged at the sight of this stranger. Masked and hooded characters always aroused suspicion, and while he himself had done so in the past, there was something about this hooded character that made him feel especially uncomfortable. Like he had a lot of knowledge he would only pass down in riddles. Nevertheless, he remained vigilant and barked at the stranger. "If that's not your's, give it back to Mickey. Now!" The stranger's head tilted. "Why? What does he need from it?" he asked nonchalantly. He was about to ask the mouse before realizing he still never spoke to them. "That... Might be hard to get out of him." The hooded man chuckled. "Not to worry. That changes over time..." "Huh?" "So I guess the task will lie with his keepers. Why do you want it so badly? After all, it's just a memory." He looked onto Hikaru's eyes. "I can see aren't very co-operative. Do I frighten you?" "Guess again! I just don't like making bargains with faceless people." "Heh, the irony..." The masked man held the reel with both hands and held it against his lap. "So what are you afraid of then?" "I don't have to-" "It's a simple question child. All of you, in fact. Answer and the reel is yours. What do you fear?" -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ~MISSION COMPLETE~ Upon rescuing Mickey, Goofy shook his little mouse friend into waking up. "Mick! Mick ol' buddy wake up!" He slapped him rapidly across the face a few times and got a successful response. Mickey blinked his eyes and jolted. "W-w-who? Wh-What now? What happened?! Where's the princess!" Goofy scratched his head. "Well gee Mick. We was kinda hopin' you'd tell US." Regaining full consciousness, Mickey patted Pluto's head as the faithful dog returned his hat to him. "Well, I heard a Minnie cry out, and so I went to her royal chamber. I found Pete and those bad guys that drove us off the road! After I attempted to arrest Captain Pete, he knocked me out, and well... everything goes black from there. "Bad I'm really glad you're okay Goofy!" "Shucks. I ain't going nowhere without you, Mick." "I'll be honest. I really thought that no one would come for me." "We wouldn't let you down, Mick. We're your friends!" "Mickey smiled. "Thank you... All of you..." His smile quickly faded as he looked around the room. "But... where's Donald?" Pluto frowned. "Donald up and-" "Worry not, Donald is safe and sound." A voice spoke out from a man in a white robe, who had been watching them since their departure. "Well... you give him back right now, Mister!" Mickey ordered. "As a royal Musketeer, I-" "But you aren't. Sure you were dubbed protectors of royalty, but if done by a corrupt man, it becomes seemingly belittled, doesn't it?" "Oh," Mickey sighed. "Never thought about it like that. "Is that it then? Nothing more you wanted in life aside from living the way of the musketeer?" Mickey took a moment of pause. "For the longest time that's what I- What WE all wanted. But now I just want to stand by my friends. Protecting not only the princess, but everyone important to me!" "And that goes double for me sir!" Goofy agreed. Pluto barked in acknowledgement also. "And what of your key wielding friends? What do they want from their lives?" ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Back at Disneytown, Goofy was wandering about in his clanking metal armor, using his hand to try and scope out the neighborhood in search of something. He stopped as his hand came onto a familiar face. "Well how about that?! It's my good buddy Stratos! Beuce! How have you been, buds?" He preceded to shake their hands in the most animated fashion. "Gawrsh, it seems like only yesterday since you and yer pals helped Wart out in Camelot." Letting go of his hand he scanned around for signs of anyone he recalled from the events of that world. "But uh... Where are Kel and Ananter?" He looked down in alarm also at Beuce's arm. "Well that wasn't there before... some kinder armor or somethin'?"
Just pictured Jaden doing a film promoted cover of the show's 3rd opening;
It's true that most of the on screen parents are from Disney, but most RPGs kind of has a habit of moving past the familial happenings for the sake of adventure. Other parents I thought of; Mrs. Potts (Beast's castle) Kerchak and Kala (Deep Jungle) Kanga (100 Acre Wood) Lady Tremaine (Still a mom despite being evil) Kevin Flynn (The Grid) Goofy (Whether or not he's shown, Goof had a son)
If you want to learn more about the lore of the Kingdom Hearts universe, it's at the very best a nice little time waster. At least it's not Vcast.
Yes, yes, the picture is nice. Very good melding process. :) 11/10 - IGN
Anyway to merge the two?
