Two people out of out the group that had been there when he'd arrived himself had chosen to not board the boat towards the massive ship in the distance. Regardless of their decision it wouldn't change the fact that they were going to be outnumbered one way or the others. What it would affect was the number of fighters that they had. In that regard more was always better than less. Still, at least as far as he was concerned, the lack of preparations that he was able to make was still poking at the back of his mind. While his intent may have too just look at the tarven he was hearing so much about, he was still reasonable equipped. He would just have to make the best with that.
Someone with no combat experience managed to take out two royals guards and three minsters. The ministers were understandable to a degree, he doubted that any of them had combat experience when it came down to it. The Royal Guard on the other hand were the real tricky part. He thought about this, thinking over what Kara had said. What if the ability was given to her? On that thought he glanced to the gloves that he wore, once completely ordinary and now enchanted to react to his own magic. "What if someone else gave her the ability for long enough to murder her victims." Zephyr proposed in an equally as low voice as Kara's. In theory it made sense, but in actuality there were a lot more questions to be answered.

So Tron wasn't able to participate not out of choice, but because Sark pretty much wasn't allowing him to. It certainly threw a wrench in finding an alternative to Aislinn participating. She however was willing to participate if she had to. Kel still didn't feel completely okay with making her do so, but it was still her choice. "Alright, just don't overdo it." Kel then materialized his light cycle and rode off to get in some practice. 9/10

"More than whatever influence we have." Chrono said. It wasn't the best of answers that he could've given, but it's not like he was wrong or anything. He figured that a master would have more influence in this situation than they did. Maybe not if they could managed to get on the kings good side. For the fact that they very casually dropped the fact that the king was centuries old had Chrono wondering just how long their life expectancy was. Living for a hundred years was no easy feat, let alone centuries. "Maybe, they certainly think highly of it though." Something that Chrono was curious to know if it was actually all that impressive.
The silence that Zephyr had gone back too lasted for all of a couple of seconds until he had heard what Kara said to him. Typically he didn't bother too much with what she called him since usually she just called him 'Blondie' and that wasn't something to get "up in arms" about, especially when his hair was, in fact, blonde. When she questioned his willing to back up what he said, a noticeable frown appeared briefly before his expression returned to being neutral. Those doubts of his would have to be sorted out another time. When the carriage had come to a stop, Zephyr had been the third person to exit following Dylan and Mirabelle. The first thing that he noticed was Royal Guards, a clear indication that something major had occurred. From where they currently was located, it would be difficult to getcloser look, especially given what Mirabelle had said.
His wait was not a long one for shortly after the guy on the boat had spoke up, the majority of them had either spoken up about their decision to go or gotten on the boat. This amount of people going did give a small form of reassurance in regards to going up against the ship that was in in the distance. Following Veceslav, Lumen himself had strode forth towards the vessel they would be using and got aboard it.
Here we have the young Brynhild actively watching a deer that had been minding its own business. Like any old dear really, it just stood and started eating the plants around it. The young dragon watching the graceful creature used that as its chance to approach it. Carefully the small, pikachu sized dragon stalked forward til it was within what he perceived was the ideal striking range. Moments passed and eventually, when the deer raised its head, he jumped forth. Its dragon fangs sunk into the deer's neck, who surprisingly didn't put up much of a fight against it. Surprising, but as far as Brynhild was concerned it just meant that he had killed it upon striking, quite the feeling of accomplishment it left him. It was a shame that he didn't realize was that the reason the deer hadn't put up any of a fight was because it had been shot in the head, right between the eyes to be exact, with a arrow. Killing it right before Brynhild's teeth had reached their target. The arrow had come from from a lone tree that was within viewing range of the tree. Normally Arthur would've hopped down from the tree shortly after shooting the deer in the head in order to collect his prize and his dragon, but before doing so his attention was drawn away by the rising cloud of smoke he could see in the distance. Something must've been burning in that direction, which had Arthur wondering as to what could've the fire.
Truthfully Chrono wasn't completely sure that they were completely out of harms way just yet, but he didn't tell her that. He didn't want to put her on edge anymore than she already was from all this. So far it seemed like they were in good favor with the spear men, even if it was only slightly. "It doesn't look like they will and if they can help up, then we should at least hear them out." Chrono watched as she adjusted the position of their mothers violin before voicing another concern she had and a valid one at that. "To be honest, I'd prefer it if we could have either of them here with us right now, but we don't know when either of them will be back." Or in Atmos's case, when she will regain consciousness. "Unfortunately I don't think we have that kind of luxury right now. It'll be fine though, we'll manage til we get at least one of them back." With that said Chrono held out his hand for Tinarah to grab should she choose and casted cure on her.
Tron still hadn't answered him regarding if they needed to have everyone for the while and despite how his partner was still willing to partake in the next round, Kel still didn't think it as a good idea after what he was just told. He took a moment to collect his thoughts, a bit surprsied by the fact that Aislinn had bowed her head in front of him. Something completely new to him. "I didn't know all that and you're not being insolent with this." That was something that he could say for certain among all this. 6/10
Chrono paid Daeni no mind as she attempted to speak with him, he wasn't in the mood to talk to anyone right now. All traces of the memory had removed itself from his head, which did extremely little to help with his current mood. The whole cycle of getting memories and losing them before anything could be gained from them was getting old as far as Chrono was concerned. How was he supposed get any answers if the ones means of potentially give him clues was consistently being taken from him. "What's this idea of yours?" He'd be up for anything that could potentially mean that they would finally be rid of Ria.
The fact that Illiana had chosen to just walk past the armed spearmen baffled him, but fortunately they didn't want to harm them. Plus they could speak their language which was always a good thing. Chrono didn't follow behind the masked men right away and it wasn't because he didn't trust them. They seemed friendly enough, but this supposed 'King' of theirs could change that view on them. It wasn't hard for Chrono to spot Tinarah behind a rock. Thus he strode over to where she was at a decent pace. "It's okay, they seem to want to help us."
Getting in some more practice would be nice as there was still things Kel needed to figure out. If Team SARK was as merciless as Tron says they were, then he wouldn't be able to figure out what to do on the fly like he did last time. "What's wrong Aislinn?" It was clear that she wasn't okay, very clear in fact. He'd been too preoccupied with the previous race to notice anything during. If she wasn't in the right condition for the next match, then he didn't want to force his partner to partake. "Do we have to have a full team for the next match?" He asked Tron. 4/10

The difference in skills became much apparent when the red cycle had managed to increase the distance between Kel and themselves with ease, where as Kel himself was struggling in trying to keep up. This had given his opponent the chance to take a very sharp left turn and leaving a red wall in his path. The wall had set off a red flag Kel's head. He need a way to avoid that wall and fast, unfortunately turning wasn't something that he had quite figured out yet. Frantically he looked through the controls before him until a button stuck out in particular and with little to no hesitation he pressed it. With the worse case being his death, he really hoped that this worked. It did in fact work for the button had caused him to take a sharp left as well. Kel sighed at how he managed to avoid the immediate danger, but there still was the lasting threat of his opponent who was still on his trail. 8/10 Blessed Thief: 90
The heartless had been defeated and Chrono at first had tired to move to where Tinarah had hidden herself, but the sounds of angry shouts had prevented him from doing so. They didn't directly keep him from doing so, but it seemed very ill advised to with the spears that were current aimed at them. Chrono didn't have the slightest clue just what they were yelling, but could hazard a guess that it was about them holding weapons that they knew nothing of. If seeing their keyblades was bothering them so much, then he put his away before holding up his hands. "See, it's gone. No need to yell anymore." He said on the off chance that they could understand him.
