Zephyr had been primarily focused on trying to find anything that stuck out as suspicious to him and work off that. So at first he didn't notice the woman approach them. Upon feeling the finger drag across his face, and subsequently jumping a bit at the sudden sensation, he finally noticed the woman presence and was certainly caught off guard upon seeing how little she was wearing. The usually calm and collected Zephyr was at a lost, both mentally and verbally. During the time she was speaking with Roderick, the now red face teen was looking for something to either take his mind off the current situation or at least change the topic. At first he thought there was nothing that he could use in his favor, but hearing the sounds of crying changed that. Carefully looking past the scantily clad woman, he saw another one crying. Odd, but it was just the thing he needed to get out of this situation. Clearing his throat, he finally spoke up. "W-what's wrong with her?" He motioned to the crying woman behind them.
Sure, show me what you got
Upon arriving at the beacon Kel's attention was focused on the castle before them. Something like that seemed to be out of place here, though that could be said about a lot of things. Hearing what Dreamer had said about the castle had brought more questions to his wondering mind. Just how was this castle supposed to help them face their 'demons'. It didn't particularly sound pleasant at all and to be honest, he just wanted some answers to his questions. "How is it supposed to be our salvation or demise?" Kel asked, voicing one of the many things that had been swirling about in his head. Judging from their current situation, salvation could be both getting their keyblades back and getting out of here and demise would be either being trapped here forever or well...death, but could this castle really do all of this? This was a lot to consider with so little to go off of. Kel sighed as he looked around, there were still some of the others missing and it wouldn't be until they had arrived that Dreamer would shed some light on their predicament. Speaking of which, something clearly happened to Steel judging from how he looked and the fact that Karina arrived shortly before him. Well, that must've sucked for him.
The only thing that Zephyr could tell for certain was that it had an affinity for red lights. Every step they took was illuminated by the red lights, fortunately that didn't affect their ability to look around for something that stuck out.
The taxi had taken them to the London Eye to which the duo had gotten on. If not for the fact that they were looking for a serial killer he would've taken the time to actually enjoy that fact that he was on a giant Ferris wheel right now. Alas they had a job to do, speaking of which he should be keeping an eye out for anything that looked like a clue while they were up here. Zephyr assumed that the giant body of water was Thames and it was certainly larger than what he had thought it was. That and there was one more thing that had caught his attention, a bunch of red lights grouped together. "Hey Roderick, know what exactly that is?" He had this hand motioning towards the bright lights outside. Man this was an odd combination of 'being a tourist' and 'being on a manhunt'.
You had me at Bionicles That aside, looks I need to refresh myself with the Bionicles world cause it's been awhile since I've last thought of them
It had been a relief to hear that his guess had actually been the right answer for it also meant that they could leave this bloody alleyway now. "Sounds like a plan, but where exactly is it?" It wasn't much of a surprise that Zephyr had no idea where Thames was, this was the first time he's ever been to England after all. So hopefully Roderick would be the one who knew where it was.
Noted, fortunately I have a back up image that I'll edit in after work.

Well Zephyr wasn't used to seeing something like this either, but this was probably where the age gap played a part in this as well as experience. The latter more so in Zephyr's case. Moving on from that, if Roderick said that he was fine then he would believe him. Looking back at the riddle, Zephyr read it to himself one more time before trying to come up with an answer. What runs but never walks, often murmurs, never talks, has a bed but never sleeps, has a mouth but never speaks. Despite sucking at riddles, this one actually sounded familiar to him and after thinking about it for a bit, he came up with something that sounded like it would fit. To him anyway. "Maybe it's a river."
Let the record show that I am interested in joining this
The punnet smell of blood hit Zephyr just as hard as the sight did and it was almost enough to make him gag. Fortunately he managed to hold back the urge to do so and instead took in a deep breath. Their target was a serial killer, so he needed to prepare himself for other sights such as this until they found and dealt with him. Shortly after having done so, he looked towards the riddle that Roderick has mentioned. The fact that it was a riddle that he was looking at caused him to mentally sigh. After reading it thought, he was relieved to see that this particular one wasn't as bad as he thought it was going to be. "You can take a breather if you need to, I'll see what I can come up with." Zephyr told Roderick. Taking into account their differing ages he couldn't expect him to handle something the same way that he did.
Kel had been pretty out of it ever since arriving in the Realm of Darkness, his hesitation from back with the confrontation with Aux had brought back some unwanted memories. Said memories would have left him feeling noticeably irritated if he wasn't doing a good job of hiding it so no one would question him. That said it made him even quieter then normal (which is saying something) as Beuce tried his damest to strike up a conversation. I-spy wasn't a good idea with all the darkness, romance would've been the last thing on his mind even if he was in his usual mindset. It was a nice gesture though and did help to ease his mind off things. Kel gave Beuce a simple shrug to his response, his home world fortunately wasn't a broken planet, though thinking about it how did that work? That aside it did have a normal light and day cycle as well. Then he noticed it as well, the bright pillar of light clearly out of place compared to all of the other darkness that surrounded them. "No clue, but looks that way." Kel followed behind Beuce as he headed off towards the beacon. Hopefully whatever was waiting for them at the beacon would prove to be of assistance.
It certainly was a good thing that Roderick was able to figure it out, cause while he was making on his thought and slowly coming to the correct answer, Zephyr wasn't exactly having the same luck. Things like Anagram were not his specialty at all, nor were riddles or anything along those lines really. Maybe he should've read a book on how to solve these oppose to all those legends and heroes and such he read as a kid. "If that's what you think it is, then let's go for it." Having been brought out of his thinking process by his partners conclusion, he agreed to his suggestion. It was certainly better than the nothing that he had come up with.
Zephyr and Roderick shall hunt down Jack the Ripper
"I see, well we can see for ourselves after we picked out a mission." Zephyr said. He seemed up for going ahead and taking a mission , which was good in a way. It didn't leave Zephyr feeling like he was in a rush to go or something. "Let's see what missions are up then."
"Hmm, that could be an issue." Zephyr said. His understanding on how weapons worked so hearing that Roderick could only keep his weapon form for a limited amount of time was surprising. It wasn't the first time that something has potential cause a problem, but comparatively this was much less of a issue so he'd manage. That said he had to take into account his partner. "We'll be fine, if it comes down to it, I'll find a way to manage." Zephyr said encouraging.
Zephyr returned the friendly gesture. He was glad that he was a weapon that he was familiar with, that was good to know. That did away with any fears of having a weapon he knew nothing about or how to use. "Guess this is where we go find a mission to take." With a shrug of his shoulders, Zephyr released the handshake and looked towards the Mission Board. He didn't know what the missions were or which one that they should pick. Hopefully Roderick would have an idea on what to choose.
So this was to be the start of Zephyr's time here. Find his partner weapon and take a mission with them. Other than the obvious lack of details in his summary, it sounded pretty simple. Speaking of which, he should probably go ahead and find them. Right as he had found his partners name, Zephyr head someone calling his name. The person in question was probably his new partner, who else would it be? He made his way towards the voice and saw a brown haired kid. "Yo, were you the one calling my name?"
