Johanna wasn't the only one who was bored. Zwei too was definitely bored of just sitting here waiting for someone to rescue them. When Johanna had mentioned the guard falling asleep, he looked up and saw that she was indeed falling asleep. The vine Johanna had conjured brought them to her. "Ready."
With one sword successfully disarmed and Xander now of the defensive, Zephyr continued to attack the swordsman even after he'd barely dodged his last attack. One hand struck with a series of quick slashes which were almost immediately followed by a quick stab with his other hand. Zephyr still had to be careful that he didn't leave to any openings in his attacks so long as Xander still had one sword in his hand. Once that was out of the way, maybe he would be more open to negotiations.
So Zephyr wasn't sure why Ander had bothered mentioning that he would get along with Bryce if they met if there was no way for him to actually do that, but Cassandra had decided to speak on their plan and doing so she had completely ignored the fact that two people had volunteered to go with Quinn. Guess listening also went out the window the weaker Cassandra got. She had also dumped Kageyama duty on him. Zephyr sighed. There really much room for complaint this time around, so after Alessia had run off to find a vehicle Zephyr grabbed Kageyama and led him in the direction she had gone off in. "Let's get one thing straight, while I don't think you're dumb enough to actually try something I won't hesitate to beat you to an inch within your life if you do. Do with that as you will." Cassandra was right, it wouldn't take much effort to kill him, but it would take even less effort to beat him an inch within his life and since Zephyr wasn't going to kill him, his course of action was pretty clear. Catching up to Alessia, Zephyr saw that she was already in the drivers seat. "You sure you know how to drive this thing?"
"How can you understand how he could get Dale confused for a dragon?" Veilen questioned, realizing that Thomas could very well still be drunk and thus explaining his 'logic' of how a human ice mage and, generically speaking, a fire breathing dragon could be anything alike. That aside it was odd that Gexln was picking up Dale's scent in the first place. Did he go on ahead of them when he left the guild hall? That was the only thing that Veilen could think of that would both make sense and explain why he was there. Not surprisingly Ander was still being a bit to cautious regarding Kageyama, he even brought up how he's seen what a Dark Guild can do first hand. The fact that he had seen what a Dark Guild could do up close wasn't surprising, it didn't change how he wasn't the only one who has. "Your not the only one who's seen a powerful dark guild in action. I've seen ones with less numbers than them do significantly more damage and harm." He didn't want to go into further detail about this, however there was one more thing that he felt like saying. "Cut the snake's head and the body will die. We take down Erigor and the rest of the guild will follow. Even if there are a few that don't they won't be able to do much to us on their own." Call it overconfidence if you wanted to, but there was definitely a certainty behind Zephyr's words. Ander mentioned some guy named Bryce, which Zephyr just shrugged at his comment. "We won't know until I actually meet the guy."
"There's also such thing as being too cautious. He watched us beat down a fair part of his guild and did nothing to hinder us. Cassandra could still probably beat him in her weaken state, so i don't think he's dumb enough to try anything. But if you're still suspicious then we could have Cassandra check to see if there's a stab wound on his back." Zephyr didn't know what to think about Ander, from what went on on the train to now there hasn't really been much of anything to give a clear tell of what to think about him. Other than he didn't like Dark guilds, but that fairly common. When Alessia had brought up that Quinn had a form that could fly, he nodded his head in agreement. "I volunteer to go as well. Unless there are any objections or Quinn can carry someone on his back, that gives us a default of six people to keep Erigor at bay while the others go to find a vehicle and back us up when they can." Alisa used fire surge and blocked for Beucette.

As Cassandra knelt down next to Kageyama, who had claimed to be stabbed by Erigor, Zephyr wasn't sure that he could be surprised by this or not. Getting rid of someone, whether they be your guild mate or not, is something expected of dark guilds. Though they all aren't the same in both strength and how they acted compared to the expected norm of dark guilds. Guess he just wasn't expecting this at all. "I don't think he's lying, we outnumber him and if he did decide to try something, one of us would probably try to intervene." Cassandra had then giving out orders and despite he condition, she was going to fly after Erigor while carrying two of them with her. That wasn't a very good idea given unless she could rest or someone could use magic to improve her condition. "You sure that's a good idea? In your condition flying towards him while carrying two people will probably further tire you out. That could make you a liability in combat." Zephyr told Cassandra.
After responding to what Ananta and Steel had said, the three birds had went back to discussing things to themselves, though they weren't speaking in a tone for just their ears. The mentioning of a laboratory had caught Kel's interest. In fact the more they mentioned it, the curiouser about it got. At what he thought would be a good time to ask about it Kel started to speak, but he was cut off by a much louder voice directed at Donald. He didn't know who the female duck was, but he wasn't about to get in the middle of the quarrel that was going on between the two of them. Donald's avian friends eventually made a compromise that involved Donald going out on a date with Daisy and while Donald wasn't all for that idea, they had accomplished their goal of gaining access to the laboratory. So let's try this again. "You guys mind if we tag along in the investigate?" The others were welcome to refuse if they didn't want to, but it wasn't like there was much else for them to do here at the moment.

You clearly don't know me (which is probably why I'm up here), but I could care less whether I win or lose. That fact that I'm nominated is good enough for me.
