Short version it is then Zwei thought to himself. Before speaking, he thought back to what he could say and tried to find a way to shorten it. It took a couple of seconds but he finally started to speak. "Alright, long story short I grew up streets begging and/or conning people for money. Some things happened and I decided change. Doing so lead me to coming here." There definitely was more to the story, but that was the most important things and least painful to remember. It certainly sounds like she did, though what was she going to do now since she wasn't allowing Silvia to return home. Another question came to mind, but again he decided not to ask about it. It wasn't his pace to ask question about her mother's decision. Silvia's reaction to his suggestion of going and asking about mixing magic with herbs, made it clear that she was uncomfortable about that kind of thing. That was when he'd noticed that they'd been out for quite some time. They should probably get back to the guild before it gets too late. "We'll have to same it for another time and start heading back to the guild. But I'll gladly ask for you next time." He'd successfully gotten Aoki's attention and thus dug into his pocket once more and took out the golden key. "You know anything about this key?" Hopefully her use of a key shaped weapon would give him an answer to his question. If not then there was the guy in the gold bird suit armor, once whatever the whole mask thing that he run into shouting about was resolved.
When Akira had sheathed her blade, Zephyr slowly brought his arms down to his side. That was a relief as well as one less thing to worry about. Now as for the answer to his question, which Gwen had decided to give him. It started off understandable, but she'd nearly lost him when she mentioned the random sex. No wonder the situation was the way it was when he arrived. At the end of her explanation, Hunter chimed in saying that the sex was mutual, despite whatever he used as an influence and suggested that they head back to the castle. Firstly, Zephyr looked towards Akira and said. "Don't worry, not everyone in our group is as bad as them, well him anyway." The final decision on joining them was still up to her, but he assumed that she would be tagging along. She did already introduce herself if that was anything to go off of. He then started to walk in the direction that Hunter had started going before stopping to turn a rock into gold. He didn't bother to stop and question that, instead he just kept on walking. Zephyr only got a couple of steps before he'd walked into something hard, which caused him to stumble back a bit. The first thing that went through Zephyr's mind was question on what did he just walk into. It felt like he'd walked into a tree and he was very certain that a tree didn't just move in front of his while he was walking. He looked up and someone else that he didn't recognized. "Three men and two women. Certainly not what I was expecting to see when I followed the smoke here." Asura said. With the way that he was speaking and a quick change of attire, he could easily be some Zen master living up in the mountains or something along those lines. Zephyr had got himself up on his feet shortly after the man had spoken. Since it was clear that he wasn't from this world and referring back to what Gwen had said about finding Akira in a cave, this guy probably wasn't, nor knew anything about the hero. He still had to ask though. "You wouldn't happen to have seen anyone who would look like a hero in any way shape or form?" In response, Asura folded his arms before speaking. "I do not, however the hero is the object of my travels." In other words, they had a common goal and since they had just gotten one new person to tag along, why not go for the double. "Same for us." Zephyr started, directing to those the others. "Why not come with us, it'll make things easier." Following his proposal, Asura thought about it in silence for a few moments, before nodding his head in agreement.
Zwei sat on the opposite end of the the table that Taylor had decided to sit at. While she explained about what she did prior to showing up at the guild, he quietly listened. Among the things that she said, Highschool was one of the last things that he was expecting to her. One had to learn from somewhere so in hat sense it made sense. Oh well. At the end of her tale, she'd asked him about his own past. "Well it is different, do you want the long version or a shorten version of it?" "That's a relief." Leo started, commenting on how the things she usual made didn't take long. That was one less potential worry for him to worry about. "You're not boring me at all. This is pretty interesting, plus to really know your stuff when it comes to this kind of things." Off the top of his head, there weren't many topics that Leo could think that he knew a lot about. Yeah there was his camera, but there weren't many applications that he could explain other than taking pictures. Judging from her reaction to his suggestion, the thought had never crossed her mind. "There probably is, thought there could be more risks involved in doing so." Of course this was all speculation on his part. None of this was for certain to him. His eyes glanced over towards the magic shop, surely they would have some method of of doing or or at least knowledge on the subject. "We could ask more in there." He made sure to direct towards the magic shop so that she would know where he was referring to. While everyone was either doing their own thing or interacting with someone, Zephyr had been sitting by himself for the most part. So far he hadn't found anyone to talk to right now, what he did instead was to dig into his pocket and pulled out the golden key that he'd taken form Everlue. He didn't know much about this other than that it was a magic key and that didn't tell him how to use it, assuming that he could. Right now he was just holding a presumed useless, to him, golden key. "Least it makes a good souvenir." Zephyr remarked before flipping it slightly in the air. One time. Two times. Three times. ah ah aahhhhhhh. He'd tossed it in the air for a total for a three times before catching it and putting it back in his pocket. Maybe someone here in the guild knew about it, but who would know something about keys. ...Light bulb! There was a solid one person to of the people that he actually knew, which outside of the ones who went on the Everlue mission wasn't very large, that might now something. And that person was Aoki. "The mask! Where is it?! Quickly!" However his train of thought was interrupted when a man dress in golden armor shaped like a bird had burst the guild hall. Golden key, Golden armor. Even if that wasn't a sound enough reason to approach him, especially at this time, Zephyr was still going to question him about the armor. Problem was, this definitely wasn't a good time to approach him and ask about the armor. He would keep the birdman in mind for when he was less frantic. In other words he was going to speak with Aoki, who may or may not be speaking with someone already. Zephyr then got up from his seat and went over to where her and Conrad were. "Not sure if I'm interrupting anything, but mind if I ask you quick question?" He asked Aoki.
Having successfully been able to help cheer up Taylor.That was good, though now he didn't really have much else to say in that regard. so he thought it best to not bring it up and move on to something else. "So what did you do before coming here?" "Have you ever needed to make some while you out on a mission?" Leo asked. Given the time that she said it takes to make them, having the make them in the field could be risky. Unless there were some herbs that didn't take long to make. Although the risk factor would still be there, just it wouldn't take as long and hopefully not as much preparations. He was going to ask about what did Skadi need burn ointment, but had a feeling that it involved the girl who'd lost control over her power. Leo had placed his hand to his chin, pondering what Silvia had just told him. If she was more of a support in fight, then maybe getting a weapon wouldn't to too helpful. There was a shield of course, but he didn't know if she needed one or not. As for magic items and such, maybe one could help with the herbs that she makes. "Have you even tried mixing magic with your herbs?"
So from the information that he was now given, it was pretty damn clear to see that Taylor had a very clear dislike for Abigale and just what she did to her was also revealed. Basically Zwei couldn't question why she was acting like this for she had a very good reason. Still it was unclear just what could he do to help her. Just from the small part that he was barely able to hear, he didn't want to make her relieve any painful memories. His options on what he could do were pretty limited right now. Still he gently placed a hand on her should as he spoke. "Well from what I can tell, she isn't here. It's probably a lot easier said than done, but try not to let any painful memories of her resurface."
With the description he was given as a base, he tried to think back to see if he recalled seeing anyone who looked like Therity, but with the described features. Seconds has passed before coming to the conclusion that he hasn't seen anyone who looked like that at all. "Don't think I've seen anyone who looked like. Who is Abigale anyway?"
When Taylor had stopped after he bumped into her, Zwei took this as a chance to take a better notice of her body language. Her body was shaking and he could hear what sounded like crying, but could see any tears. One could also say that she was laughing, but usually laughs that start off similar to how she was right end end in a maniacal manner. All and all, she was clearly not alright. Just what kinda of history does she have with Therity. "I don't think there is, what does she look like?" Maybe whoever this Abigale person was part of the reasons she was acting like she was.
"I can help you if you want me too?" Zwei said. He wasn't quite sure what to say right now, hell he wasn't even sure just what was bugging her. But what kid of friend would he be if he didn't offer to help her. He started to trail behind her as he awaited a response.
Zwei's eyes followed Taylor's gaze towards Therity. Did they have some kind bad history with each other or something? From the expression that was n her face, that seemed like it was a safe thing to assume. "You okay?" That was the first thing that he could ask her. "Not at all, I'll be right here." While Silva had gone off to the herbal shop, Leo had dug into his pocket and pulled out a coin. He'd tossed the coin in the air a few times before finally flipping it into the fountain that he stood before. Doing this had become a bit of a habit for him. It wasn't every fountain though, he didn't want to waste nearly every coin that he had. It was usually at fountains that were in or near areas that he's taken pictures of and he'd taken a handful of pictures in this town. "Its fine, so what exactly did you restock on?" Things related to herbs was out his field of knowledge. The only thing that he knew about them was what he had overheard others say. As they continued walking, they passed various stall and shops that were set up along the sides. "So how do you use your magic when on a mission?" They started to walk near a blacksmith as well as a magic shop and he thought that he could find something to help her depending on her answer.
"We named it Grif." Zwei said. Finally he'd gotten a response out of her. He didn't now what she meant by her getting "sidetracked" but decided not to ask about it.
Veilen had absolutely no idea what had just occurred in the guild hall. Suddenly there was some kind of dating show going on, one that ended with Ra being wists away to who knows where with Cal. May god have mercy on his soul. Anyway, just want did she mean by his quest for love. Was there something going on that he wasn't aware of. That wouldn't be surprising, but something relate to love is a different matter. Prior to stepping foot into the guild hall, Zephyr had a feeling that something odd would happen if were to walk in due to his mostly blond hair. It was unclear as to what it was, but the feeling went away soon enough. That was odd, but with a shrug of his shoulders he sent into the guild and notice that there were significantly more people here now then when he'd first arrived. If this was the actual amount of people in this guild or at least close to it, then it was definitely much larger than his previous one. Right now though he wasn't quite sure what to do. People were either standing around, talking or anything in between. This was one of the downside of being the new guy, well one of them anyway. For the time being though he found an empty seat at one of the tables and sat there. One second he was waiting for a response for Taylor and the next there was a spot light as part of some game show. It ended with the bird man being picked. Welp, back to waiting for Taylor to say something. Prior to everything that had gone on in the guild hall, Leo had already started to lead Silvia towards the center of town. Starting there seemed like a quick and easy way to get a feel for the town. Plus if there anything that they passed that caught Silvia's attention, then he would have no problems with stopping so that she could get a better look. If not, then he would just point out things that he knew about and tell her about them as they walked. The closer they got to the center of town, the more voices that could be hear as well as a couple of people walking in the same direction of them. While their reasons were likely different, it was a good sign as to how much was actually at the center. It wasn't long before they had arrived and the first place that they'd walked towards was the fountain. If there was one thing that could be said about fountains was that they made decent meeting places. "Well here we are, the center of town. Most of the local shops are around here." Leo said, arms outstretch and a grin on his face.

Meanwhile up in the tree Veilen had gotten a sense of where exactly he was. Still in the tree, which made this the best landing he's had so far. His head was uninjured, least during the landing so there was that. His stay in the tree was a short one as Gaius had showed up to pull him out of the tree as well as hand him his sword. That was a relief, he'd kinda promised the guy who made this sword for him that he'd take good care of it. Losing it would definitely be the opposite of that. "I'm good, I've had my fill of being launched for the day." What he really needed was a better way of landing, like aero. That would make landing after any future instances of him being launched easier. The first thing that Zephyr did once Everlue was defeated was to walk tot he gold key that he'd dropped and pick it up. He wouldn't be needing it so why not take it with him. To Zephyr there wasn't a downside in doing so. So he pocketed it and looked to the others right as Vance had asked if they gotten the book, to which he motioned to Aoki. "Yeah, it was a lot easier to find once that book shelve was knocked down. I guess that means we're done here." Unless anyone else here had something else they wanted to do, whether it be personal or just cause, would be up to them. He himself had nothing more that he wanted to do and so he just waited. With the exception of a few people, his opinion on them had remained fairly neutral. That was fine, he didn't have any plans on leaving this guild any time soon so there was time to build better opinions. So long as they don't annoy him.
Taking another sip of the hot chocolate that he'd gotten, he remained silent as Errol explained what they knew as well as shown the ones who were captured. Just like he had said, both Carter and Mai were ones who were on the Missing Persons board. He glanced over to Leif, who seemed to get a bit agitated upon seeing Mai. It was pretty easy to notice with how tight he was clenching his fist. Did he have some history with her? He may have been the closest thing that Lief considers a friend, but they rarely talked about each others past. Which was fine by him. They were plenty of things that he rather keep to himself. Then came the expected moment where he told them the risks of the mission. He doubted that anyone who came here of their own free will would suddenly chicken out of going, which was shown by the first few responses. "I'll go, I don't care what the risks are." Leif was the next one to voice his opinion with quite the determined look on his face. "Well if he's going, I'm going too. Someone has to make sure he doesn't get himself killed." Funny that he was saying that to someone else. It was odd given how it was something said to him in the past.
Through the hole in the wall that Raisor had made, Donald had made an appearance. Whatever self doubt that he was having appeared to be gone and thus he decided to rejoin his friends. Now everyone was here and there was only one thing left to do, stop Pete and his plans at the opera. As the camera shifted back the the keyblade wielders, Kel had heard what the robed man had said. He couldn't tell whether or not he was satisfied with the answers that were given, but he assumed that he was. If he wasn't then he could've asked them individual question and tried to further examine their answers. "Alright then, we got a show to stop." Kel then walked out of the exit that Raisor had made and started back towards the where the opera was being held.
So it appeared that Mikasa was ignoring what was said about Cal siding with the guy who wanted to bring back a demon that would've killed everyone. That little fact must've gone over her head. More so when she called them traitors, which was a little extreme. How the hell were they suppose to know that they weren't suppose to go on this mission. When Ra, Gaius and Charlotte had each grabbed onto him, Veilen looked at the three with a confused look on his face. "What are you guys doing?" It was unclear whether this was fortunate or unfortunate, but his answer came in the form of the three of them launching him into the air, specifically towards the purple moon. It'd taken a couple of seconds for that to register in his head as well as the reason behind his being thrown into the air. "Next time give me a heads up!" The purple moon was getting closer and closer as well the time to strike. He gripped his sword, ready to slash at the moon when something hindered his ability to do so. He'd misjudged how long it would take for him to draw his sword and strike the moon, so while he thought he was enough time to do so the reality was that he didn't and crashed headfirst into the moon. It was quite impressive that he didn't have some head related injury because of all the of times that he landed on his head or hit something with his head. Now because he was about to swing his sword at the time of impact, the blade was released from his grip and well to the ground. Specifically onto Chief Moka's head. If someone could pick that up and bring it with them, that would be swell. As for Veilen, while he did land near the village, he wasn't anywhere near the ground at all. He was up in a tree, though still conscious and not in a daze. Which was a good thing seeing as how he could've easily just walked off the branch that he was currently on if he were, and that would be a long way down. Leo listened to Silvia's reasons for not thinking that she could be the person's friend and again the reasons behind it had surprised him. It wasn't often that he heard about being losing control over their magic and hurting people, nor murdering fairies. "I don't think you should write off being able to her friend. If she loses control over her powers, then its not like she's intentionally trying to hurt anyone." Not knowing anything about this girl other then what Silvia has told made it difficult to know what to think about her other than simple giving the benefit of the doubt. Silvia then stood up as per his agreeing to show her around. As for within the guild, there wasn't much that he could think to show her. However going outside would be better. "Wanna start by going out around town?" Zephyr used Quick Blitz on Everlue.
Even if Leif hadn't gotten the message sent to his head by Errol, he would've gone to his office for an entirely different reason. He didn't know much about Carter other than what was posted on the mission board and even them he didn't pay it much attention, while Colton, he wasn't a top concern of his and probably never would be. Barely interacting with someone like that will do that to ya. He had arrived at Errol's office and noted all of the people that were already there. He didn't know how far into the meeting they were, but what he did too was to silently take a seat and wait. He would much rather prefer to get his business out of the way. Unfortunately that wouldn't happen, leaving him with no choice but to wait til this was all over before he could ask what he wanted to. Ken, unlike Leif, didn't have anything planned to do nor did he know what to do. What he did know was that if not for Errol's telepathic message, he probably wouldn't have even considered going to his office. I got nothing better to do today. So with a shrug, he ventured off towards Errol's office. Along the way he thought about just what he knew about the two people that they were going to be rescuing. First there was Carter. The first thing that came to mind was his younger sister that he talked to. She was clearly concerned and rightly so. Then there's Colton. Ken could practically hear the cricket chirps in his head as he tried to figure out if there was anything that he knew about him. After trying for about 15 seconds, it became pretty clear that he knew jackshit about him. Not that it was so much of a problem for the time being. If he even actually decided to speak with him after the hopeful success of the operation, then the opportunity would be there. He'd finally step foot in the office and the first thing that he did was to make himself a cup of hot chocolate being taking a seat. The refreshments were clearly there for anyone who wanted them to get and so he got one. Ken took a quick sip of it before waiting for, uh, more things to be discussed.
For the first time, for to him anyway, sitting back and not getting involved had actually helped resolved the situation. He wasn't expecting Serenity to do what she did, like at all. She didn't look like the kind girl who would be able to do that in those kind of situations. Just shows how little you can judge based on appearance at times. There are some occasions where doing so was still a valid course of action of course. It was then that Serenity had proceeded to greet him in a language he was not accustomed to. Allen had no clue why it was that she chosen to greet him that way, but he was glad that he wouldn't have to hold up a conversation with her speaking in a different language. That would make his weakness much more difficult to deal with if that were the case. No matte,r she'd greeted him and he needed to give her a response, so he took in a deep breath before speaking. "Thanks, I'm A-allen." A little small stutter at the end of that, but nothing too bad. Maybe this was a good sign. Then what happened next could be considered a bad sign if anything. It may have had no direct affect on him, but Jay had gone to tackle Alec. At first it looked like it would be successful til either someone called the cop or he got off him, but out of nowhere Jay ended up bleeding. There was very little time for Allen's brain to process what had happened and even if he still tried, he wouldn't be able to figure anything. Everything happened in a flash, leaving little time to react. Serenity had been the first to act, going to Jay's side to see if he was okay. Her act was followed by someone else entering the room. He seemed to have some vial that was able to heal Jay. How did Allen know this, cause he watch the new comer take out a vial and give it to Jay which healed his wounds. The weirdness continued when the fact that the one who'd given Jay the potion had pointy ears was noticed. He'd barely been in this room for all of... well I don't know how long he's been in the room, but already strange things were going on. Afterwards it was agreed upon that they would the man later known as Eren to where his 'master' was. It was during which that he decided to ask Serenity about any open positions at the coffee shop. Better now then when something else odd happens. Before speaking to her, he took a second to think out what he wanted to say to make sure that he would say it. When he was confident enough, he spoke. "So, are there any open positions at the coffee shop?" The sound of clapping had drawn his attention towards Eren, who was now standing in front of a green station wagon. Did this vehicle just appear out of thin air? If so, how? Those were the first thing that went threw Allen's might at the sight before them.
"Who's the angry old man?" Was the first thing that came to mind after the old man had walked away. Was he really so bored that he needed to watch what three teenagers were doing for entertainment? If so, then his hobbies were his own business and Ken wouldn't asked about them. There was now a key between the three of them, a key that likely opened something in the area. As for what, well if not for a previous outburst for be a bit difficult to find out what it was for be a bit difficult to find out what it was for. Camilia had both asked and gone off to help the guy who'd asked. Ken started to head over there himself, motioning for Gwen to follow as well. By the time he'd gotten there, Mark had already gone off, leaving the box in Camila's care. So whatever was in the book was free for them to look at. Which was the first thing that he did. Not only had one person looked over his shoulder to read the card that he was holding, but two people did. The second person however seemed to be the one who the card was addressed to, so Leo did what he figured was the bes thing to do right now."I suppose you'd want to hold on to this." He held out the hand that was holding the card towards Mark so that he could take it. Doing so he noticed the girl that was now next to him. "Is she a friend of yours?"
