Seven, that was the lucky number of heartless that were left at North Side. Meaning that it shouldn't be much longer till this side is all taken care of. The fact that there were four people here fighting further supported that fact. However there was still a pretty big issue that Kel had to deal with, his keyblade being tuck in the wall. Normally it wouldn't just bounced off the wall, clanked on the ground and automatically return to him. Yet it didn't do that this time around. It was remained stuck in the wall, mocking him. He couldn't even just hold his hand and recall it to him because he was too pre occupied with deal dealing with the Lance Soldiers that were attacking him. Their resonating clanks grew louder and louder as they made their attack. Fortunately for Kel he still had magic, albeit it was weak, but it was still something.

So first he evaded the attack the first lance soldier had made before countering with a blizzard coated fist. The combination of his strength plus the ice both froze and sent the heartless flying back until it crashed into another one, fortunately it was the one that Kel's been chipping away at. Another one took its chance at attacking him as did another one from behind. Having little time to dodge, Kel used a spell he hadn't use since..., well actually I don't think he's ever use stop. Which makes this the first time for him to use stop within a brawl mission. The keyblade wielder quickly snapped his fingers and time froze. Since it was the level 1 stop spell, the range of it was just large enough to affect the two lance solders that had tried to attack him. He wasn't sure just how long the spell would last, so he needed to work fast. Thus he adjusted the two heartless so that they would crash into each other when time decided to rescue. A few more seconds passed before time had resumed for the heartless and they impaled each other, both of which dissipating into dust.

So in an odd turn of events, Lucia became a magical girl, a change that look a matter of seconds (take that DBZ and Sailor Moon) after hoping on PegaScarlett and stealing the Wand of Light that Wenlock jut had floating above him. not the best place to put what they needed to defeat him especially if you were leaving it unguarded. With the power of the wand Wenlock was made even uglier. Well then, not what he'd think the want of light would actually do, btu whatever. They won and that all that really matters.

Meanwhile in Everlue Zephyr had been struck down by a dishcloth imbued with all of the combined ugliness of all of the maids. For that was the only way a flimsy dishcloth could do that much damage.

Did the maid really just polish his clothing? Weird, not accounting for how it had somehow injured him. As confused as he was, Zephyr proceeded to use Quick Blitz on the maid once more.

Well, that was one anticlimactic ending. Meh, Renju just followed behind Gohan towards the spaceship that would get them off this dying rock.

While Ken was looking over the various jobs that were posted on the board, he couldn’t help but to listen in to what was being said around him. First there was the guy who questioned why one of the two little girls was signing up for a mission before patting Leif on the back as a way of getting his attention.

“That depends on what mission you want to go on.” Leif plainly stated. He was barely fazed by pat on his back. Lashing out just because he was still annoyed at himself wouldn’t help with his issues at all, so he tried not worry about it.

Following that Ken did something that he rarely ever does. He pulled down his hood of his own accord, revealing his rarely seen silver hair to those who were around. The reasons he did this was so that he wouldn’t appear to be scary when he approached the little girls. So he walked over to them, crouched down on his knees and asked. “Any job in particular you’re looking for?”

"So mister Serious science guy, what are we going to do and why does your subject look like he might die?"

“Probably an adverse effect to the electoral treatment he’s been getting to keep him in line. Should his health start slipping, I’ll have Lucas simply fix him up. Can’t have him dying so early on me.” Vincent said. A part of his really hated how he had to be careful about his patient’s life this time around, but it was a little kid whose brain was still developing. Simply extracting his brain wouldn’t do much good in this instance.

While Isabella had been using her illusions on Carter, Strain had entered the Lab.

"Lucas, has your subject been contaminated with anything yet? I require his blood... My subject had an unexpectant allergic reaction to my biomechs."

“Lucas has stepped out at the moment.” Vincent said, Just as Lucas had returned to his lab.

“He shouldn’t be, nothing in here gets contaminated under my watch. Also some kid is looking for you.” Lucas stated moments after entering the room.

Since Strain needed Carter’s blood Vincent moved to the table that had everything that was needed and walked over to the restrained boy. “Don’t worry, this won’t hurt a bit.” Due to Moksha not knowing anything about blood donating and such, let's just say that Vincent hooked Carter up and started extracting his blood.

Another challenger had entered the fight that was going on at North Side and it wasn’t another heartless that. First it was Raisor who also escaped his limbo prison and started to assist in the battle. Funny how when Kel showed up, the lack of actions that had been going on over at this side had quickly turned into well…action. Another reason why this could’ve gone by faster if Moksha was a lazy fuck. Anyway Kel turned his attention towards one of the Lance soldiers that had clanked its way over to him and froze it with a blizzard spell. Now that it was immobilized, he walked over to it and got into a pitchers stance. Next he swung his keyblade at the frozen heartless, instantly shattering it the moment the weapon made contact with the heartless. One of the flying shards had smacked another Lance Soldier knocking it to the ground as well as doing the obligatory 1 BP that he could do.

That was when yet another person had arrived at North Side, this time it was Ananta. So that was pretty much everyone except for Steel. Well that made it easy to decide where their next destination would be once they were done with this side. North Side was down to about 9 heartless now, so it shouldn’t take too much time to wrap things up here. Kel then twirled his keyblade around by its chain before just outright spinning it around. He spun it around for a few more seconds before tossing it towards the crowd of heartless. The spinning keyblade went off in a straight line, decapitating the two unfortunate Lance Soldiers in its path. It seemed to be going well until his keyblade had flew out of the crowd and before it could return to him, got stuck in the wall on the other side. Well shit, that’s a problem.

"Justice? All you want is revenge and you don't care who gets hurt in the process!" Veilen declared, his blade glowing with the flames of a fire attack. The flames had gone towards the edge of the blade before being fired towards Boreal as the red haired mage swung his sword.

Veilen used fire.

Cal had taken the full brunt of Charlotte's fist as she went down. She probably wasn't going to be getting up from that attack without some kind of assistance. Assistance that wouldn't come from them at least until after Boreal was dealt with. When Dale had finished going around and healing those who went down in her last ditch attack(s), they were finally ready to go face Boreal and thus that what they did. He had been waiting in front of a ritual circle waiting for them it looked like. Upon noticing them, he offered them a chance to join him.

"We're not as easily swayed as our unconscious friend. Something that dangerous should remain frozen and not be released just cause you think you have the power to defeat it. That's why we're going to stop you and this ritual!" Veilen declared.

Zephyr had been looking through the books on a higher part of the shelf, with assistance form the conveniently placed ladder of course. This would be a whole lot easier if they had more information on what the book looked like or what color it is. Oh well, a name was still better than nothing after all. He was currently looking through the books on the fourth shelf and pulled a push a few to the side. That was when he noticed the hideous face of the maid on the other side looking right at him.the shock of this had caused him to loose his balance on the ladder and fall all the way to the ground. It definitely hurt when he hit the ground, but at least no one saw that. He turned his attention towards the maid who'd just ninja appeared in front of him. That was weird but it didn't stop him from attack with quick blitz.

Zwei used Blitz.

In response to the flickering lights that Carter had caused, Vincent looked at the machine with a smirk on his face. That little outburst had gotten a response from it, albeit a small one. They were slowly making some progress. Carter may have calmed down a bit, but it was still quite possible for there to be some adverse side effects as a result. So the white haired scientist turned to the other one that was in the room. “Is he still with us, or do we need to give him some more shock therapy?”

“He’s stable for the time being. Still I would prefer that you don’t abuse my machinery cause you continue to nearly kill him.” Lucas answered his words as blunt and to the point as usual. This where a good amount of his was being spent while Isabella and India had their fun with Colton. Though he was mainly here for his electrical machines as well as his, rarely uses, doctor skills. Mainly keeping an eye on his vitals as well as hooking him up so that the electrical charges wouldn’t immediately kill him. They still would me if they were overused, but Lucas wouldn’t let that happen. He was indifferent towards Carter’s well being, but more concerned about his equipment.

He turned his attention back to his own devices when he heard a familiar voice. It was Isabella asking if she could help. Last time he’s checked on Colton, India had put him on some drugs. Guess there wasn’t much that she could do with a drugged up patient. “Begging won’t get you an answer, asking that guy will.” He said using his thumb to point towards Vincent. “But since you’re already here you might as well. I’m going to get some fresh air.”

Making his way past Isabella, he had gotten a couple of steps away from the room before hearing a knocking on the door. Figures. Sighing he walked over to the door and opened it. “And you are?” He ask the boy on the other side.

While Lucas was doing this, Vincent had turned to acknowledge Isabella. “So you’ll be helping me until Lucas gets back, well I know exactly what you can do.”

It had been three weeks since he took the test and he still couldn't get the failure out of his head. Simulation or not, the fact that he’d gotten so close and yet he still failed was what really annoyed him. “Dammit.” Leif cursed under his breath as his fist collided with wall of his room. With the assistance of his Psionic Strength a fist shaped dent in the wall. The resulting boom resounding within the room before every fell into silence again.

Getting frustrated at himself wouldn't do him any good. He needed to actually get out and do something. It didn't even matter what it was, just so long as it could take his mind off the simulation that he took. As he left his room, he decided to head to the job board. Maybe one of the jobs there would be helpful to him.

As he approached the job board, he saw that two other people where there as well. From what he could tell, one of them had only gotten there a few moments before he did. There were a little girl and Ken with his hood up as usual. He did feel like making any attempts at interacting with people right now, too much was still bothering him. Thus he silently made his way up to the board and started to look for a job to do. Most of the ones that he looked at first either didn't appeal to him or had some condition that he didn't fulfill (Ie. previous experience working with the elderly.) So those were out. His attention was turned to the 'Missing Person's' Section. Hopefully he would better luck there.

Breaking free of his limbo prison, the first thing that Kross did was to take out five lance soldiers. We’re just going to let that slide since it makes Moksha’s job a whole lot easier in the long run. Before Kel turned his attention towards the other Lance Soldiers, he bonked the still weakened Lance soldier on the head to deal it it’s postly 1 BP of damage. It fell back down on the ground and Kel turned to face the other heartless. First he launched a fire spell towards the crowd of them, which managed to catch one of them off guard as it dissipated into dust. One down, two left to go. He didn’t give them any time to prepare a counter attack as he ran towards them with his keyblade and went in for another attack. His keyblade had struck against something metal and resulted in a clanging noise resonating around them.

The blade had struck the black lance part of the heartless and instead of just going right through it, clashed with it. Well this was certainly interesting, epically given how all of the others heartless just went down with his happened. Clearly these weren’t your everyday darkness filled heartless, they were *pause for dramatic effect* Advance darkness filled heartless. So he was going to need to put in some more effort into his attacks if he was going to deal with them quickly and efficiently. He grabbed the grip with his other hand and put some more strength into his attack. The result was the blade going perfectly through the lance part of the heartless and crashing into the ground. The heartless was stunned, which gave Kel an opening to cast blizzard on the ground, freezing everything in its path. That being two lance soldiers.

These heartless were not as passive to Kel’s actions as the ones that he fought were. Literally moments after he’d chucked the lance solder at the other one, the rest of the swarm had all tried to attack him. One group of five attacks from the air while another group attacks from the ground, barely giving Kel enough time to dodge roll out of the way of their pincer like attack. Geez there heartless sure were serious about trying to end his life. Way more so than the ones that he fought. Raisor and Kross sure were lucky that they couldn’t get hit in their state of limbo. The wielder then moved his foot back as to dodge the attack from the Lance Soldier; in fact it was the exact same one that he had chucked at that other one, clearly out for revenge. Not having the time to deal with it, Kel dealt it a swift elbow to the back of the soldier’s head, dealing a solid 1 BP, and knocking it to the ground. That would at least take care of it for this post.

One nuisance temporarily down, a bunch more to go. It was then that Kel had used Zantesuken to not only close the gap between some of the heartless that had spread out around him, but to you know actually use the strongest physical skill command that existed at the moment. By doing so he was able to take out two lance soldiers that were in the path of the attack. Huzzah for Zantesuken! The cherry blossoms and snow, yes he still has snow in his Zantesuken, had hit the ground and the two heartless that were caught in the path were easily dispatched and as for the last heartless that Kel could do away with in this post, he just walked up to it and gave it a bonk it on the head.

With the heartless threat on his side finally gone, Kel quickly left and headed towards where he assumed Goofy had gone off to. A task much harder that it should’ve been due to not having any clear cut idea on where he went. Kel had rounded a couple of corners before coming across more heartless and what appeared to be Raisor and Kross in a near permanent state of AFK. It sure was a good thing that being AFK protected them from getting attacked, otherwise probably would be dead. It’s not often when someone goes AFK and can complete avoid taking damage, if they go AFK in the batter field and not in their safe zone anyway. There were no signs of Goofy anywhere, nor Ananta and Steel. They must’ve still been fighting heartless on their respective sides. Hopefully (and I mean hopefully) they would finish up with their side soon and be able to join up with him, right now however he had to assist/carry this side completely. Well not completely, they’d taken out a fair amount of the heartless, but I digress.

With keyblade in hand Kel charged at the swarm of 28 heartless and started his counter attack. The Lance soldiers quickly turned their attention towards him and eagerly went to fight him. They clank around in their usual manner as Kel started off by stabbing one with his keyblade. This time instead of doing nothing while he dispatched their ranks, one of the lance soldiers made an attempt to attack him during the attack on his own. If not for the clanking that they made it just might’ve worked. Kel’s right hand released the grip of his keyblade as his upper body turned towards the oncoming heartless. With his hand outstretched, he shot out a fire spell towards the heartless, reducing it to ashes. Two heartless were already down and he would able to take down one more. So he turned towards the nearest lance solder, grabbed its legs and tossed it towards another unsuspecting heartless. When they both clashed, the one that had been thrown survived albeit weakened slightly by the attack while the heartless that had been crashed into was vanquished via impalement.
