23 As another one fell to the ground defeated, it was becoming more of a pain to attempt keep an eye on all the zombie's around him. Since he wasn't very skilled with fighting multiple target at one time, he was improvising for the most part. While it had been working, he figured that he wouldn't for long. Great, just great. Another one had leapt towards him while he was thinking not giving him much time to react. Fortunately he managed to position the blade so that it impaled itself on it. Pushing the creature off the blade, he dealt a blow at it's head to make sure that it was dead.
20 Hearing Henrick call out for them didn't leave much of a good feeling with Shane. It was pretty clear what was going on, so he made his way out the room with his sword in tow and was greeted by some of the others fighting the zombies outside. Well he did want some way to stronger and this would work. So he went ahead and took out the closer zombie near him before moving away from the door. The numbers around them were in a large quantity, but there were enough of them to take care of them. So long as none of them got careless. Eventually more and more zombies were slayed by his blade and Shane kept up his focus on the task at hand. Right now he was more focused on the ones in front of him, not so much the ones around him. For the moment it didn't seem to be a problem, but that might change. As another one lunged towards him, he adjusted his footing to that he would move past him, which help in given his sight of the other ones around him.
By this point Shane was getting tired of seeing the 'zombies' everywhere unfortunately this wasn't a time for them to run away from the threat so they went hunting for any if them that were in the hotel. It took some time, but when that was finally over, they'd agreed to take shifts in case anything else happened during the night. Seeing this as a chance to actually do something instead of sit around, he volunteer if one of the shifts. During the time he waited, he allowed his mind to wander off, he would still be able to know when it was his shift so he would be letting anyone down. This was just his way to past the time.

Shane said, his face about as red as hers was as she leaned in closer to him. He was expecting her to kiss him due to how close they were, but it never came. Instead she left and headed back inside the house. Leaving him to ride back to his home with the driver. When they'd arrived, he gave his thanks to the driver before exiting and heading towards his home. As expected his parents asked where he was and he gave them a slightly modified version of what he told them last time. Though based off the reactions on there faces, that excuse wouldn't work much longer. With that out of the way, he took another shower and headed to his room where he went to sleep. Most of Alex's day was spent helping his parent with another project they had in mind. When that was done, he went back to his room and fell asleep.

Now what did she have to show him. They just were at the observatory so he had reason to wonder what else was in this place. Still he followed behind Seraphina as they headed outside the house. When they arrived at the destination, he was surprised to see that they were at a garden, a pretty big one at that. It's a nice place to relax in. It's also very beautiful, don't you think There was a relaxing feel to the sight of all flowers. Hearing Seraphina's question, he gave her a slight nod. "Yeah, it certainly is amazing." Even if he barely paid much attention to the other gardens that he's seen before, he still could deny that this was pretty amazing. Well if he'd hadn't hung out here, he'd probably be coupe up in his room for most of the day so he figured why not. Still hearing that she thought he was confident among others thing was a surprise. Sure he wasn't timid, but he didn't think that he was that confident. Feeling the warmth of her hand touch his brought a light blush to his face, which he sorta managed to hide by turning his face away from her as they walked.

Shane said, getting up. It was good to know that there was a place that he could used to get cleaned up somewhat without causing much of a fuss. Following behind her lead, he made sure this time to pay attention to his surrounding as to start to get a feel for the layout of the home. He figured that now was a good time to start trying to figure out where some of the rooms were. "First door on the left hall, is one of the guestrooms, with a guest bathroom also. My room is the last on the right hall, you can come find me whatever you're ready. Oh, and thanks, for not leaving. Last night I mean.." "Uh sure, no problem." As Seraphina made her way towards her room, he stepped inside the guestroom and headed towards the shower. It probably was a good idea to take one. When that was finished, he stepped back into the bedroom and looked towards the drawer. Since his clothes weren't exactly clean, he wonder maybe there was something in there. Surely Seraphina would understand if he just explained his reasons. Looking through, he found something for him to wear. After trying it on, he found that it fit him fairly well. That took care of one problem, now to meet up with Seraphina. As he opened the door and stepped out, he thought back to where she said her room was. If his memory was right, then it shouldn't be too far away from where he was now. Once the door was closed he headed down the hall, keeping an eye on the doors to the right. Eventually he came to the end of the hall and there was only one door left. Clearly this had to be her room, so giving it a quick gently knock he waited for the door to be opened.
Throughout the course of the morning, Shane hadn't really done much aside from wake up and get dressed. Most of the time that was spent in the room he was in was spent trying to figure out what exactly that he could do. The lingering thought of training remained in his head and that probably was a good idea to do. There was plenty of things that he still didn't know about his powers and clearly sitting here doing nothing wasn't going to help with that. Instead he decided to do something about it, but first he needed to stretch his limbs some. With that, he made his way out the room and into the hall.
As the last of the heartless threat finally vanished Kel made his way back to the other, where they were given praise by the commander. Well most of them. Ping on the other hand didn't get much praise. Though he had to give him credit, he was quite determined not to bring dishonor his family. That was all good and all, but if you didn't have the strength to back up your resolve, it might as well be an empty threat to the opposition. That's right, with power you can reach your goals and he wasn't going to let anyone get in his way. Hearing that Ping was going to be left in their care didn't surprise him too much. The previous display of fighting aside, it was probably for the best due to his little secret. After they were given there order, Kel remained silent before heading out towards the mountains. It seemed that there were more troops aside from the ones that did little to nothing before. Maybe they would have more heart and not run from an unknown threat.

Guess he was more tired than he thought he was. Oh well, only thing he could do now was to get up. It was then he noticed that something was around his waist. Another looked revealed it to be Seraphina. Last he'd checked, she'd fallen asleep on his shoulder the previous. She must've adjusted herself while he was out. Still, he gently nudged her to wake her. "Hey, Seraphina." Since he still didn't know the layout of the place, he'd prefer it to have a guide with him as he walked around. He was quite glad that no one had walked in on them while they were sleeping, though that didn't mean that they weren't wondering where Seraphina was. If luck was still on their side, then he wouldn't have to explain any of this at all. If anything he'd rather avoid that if at all possible.

As the group returned to the plane, Shane followed behind everyone on board it. When that was done, he found himself a seat, sat down and fell asleep right there after a few moments of trying to get himself comfortable.
Shane wasn't expecting Seraphina to move so close to him, nor her falling asleep on him. Her last request before she fell asleep was still fresh in his mind. Since he did know the layout of the house, it wouldn't be a good idea for him to start wandering around. So instead he took off his jacket and placed it around the two of them and eventually fell asleep next to her. After finishing the movie and heading home, Alex took a quick shower before heading to his room and falling asleep.

The fact the Natalie was the only thing keeping her to do so was good for the moment, but who's know what she would do if she just stepped away for a moment. Who's to say that she wouldn't take that chance just to ask whatever was on her mind. "Okay, well, how about we go watch a movie? Something to keep us occupied." Once again he was saved by Natalie. Even if he didn't have the foggiest idea on what to go watch, though they could figure that out on the way there. "Sure, that'll work." For the time being it seemed that he was freed from any potential questions. As they made there way towards the Movie theater, it was pretty silent between them for the most part. There were time where Alex wanted to say something aside from what did she want to go watch, but never did once. "So, what exactly do you want to see?" In the end that was what he asked her.

There's this side, the TV, Gaming Systems, Games. Then on the other side is the theater, which also has a set of video game systems. Any thing you can think of I bet you it's here. Oh, and on the wall waaaaaaaaay over there. There's a bunch of Computers lined up. Let me show you." His ears perked up at the mention of a video game room. He clearly remembered that her dad was a CEO for Video Games so he was quite eager about what he was going to see. The moment he stepped foot into the room, he felt as if he'd died and gone to gamer heaven. Just about the entire one side of the room was filled with games and other sorts of electronics. Yep, he definitely felt like a kid in candy store right now. "What do you want to do?" As if that wasn't already clear by the antsy expression on his face. Right now his mind was on playing some of the games before him. "Um, can we play some of these games?" Couldn't hurt to ask first before grabbing the one that he wanted to play.
8 It seemed that once again fate was playing a cruel trick on them. With the building they were in starting to collaspe around them and more of there's zombie like things coming towards them. Clearly now was a good time to run. Which was exactly what he did, he quickly ran out if the collapsing building and kept an eye out for the others.

As Drei silently followed behind the others through the desert, he was slowly starting to feel the effect of the heat. He was tempted to pull up his hood to give him some sort of shade, but figured that that would lead to more harm than good in the long run. So for now he would have to deal with the heat as best he could. Though that was easier said then done. "Alright, we need to find the others but we have to be prepared for anything. This desert is deadly on it's own and we don't exactly blend into the sand." That was true and the dunes would only give them so much cover. In the end they needed to find somewhere that would provide better cover for them. Too bad the desert wouldn't make that an easy job for them, especially with all the dangers that a desert had. So long as nothing too bad happened, this won't be any more tedious than it already. When they had met up with another group, Zelos was feeling pretty relieved. At least now they knew that some of the other students were still alright. Now the only thing was, where were they going to go now. He heard Ayer mention something about a desert. That wasn't a bad idea and it had plenty of space for them to move around. "That might be the best idea we have right now." He chimed in. Beside, he wasn't all that good with coming up with idea on the fly.

Even if Natalie didn't yell at her, he'd rather not be interrogated if he had the option to avoid it. Normally he wouldn't mind being asked questions, but the last time he wonder what Estelle wanted to ask him, he ended up confessing to Natalie. Not that he regretted doing that. So he had no idea what Estelle might try to ask him. "I wonder what's going on in that head of yours sometimes. Seriously, I know I don't normally leave that much room for comments, but you keep to yourself a lot." Well that's how he always was. Sure he'd changed somewhat compared to how he was 2 years ago and defiantly compared to how he was 4 years ago, but there were some things that wouldn't change. The amount of talking that he did was one of those things. "Well I never was one for talking often." He started. That pretty much summed it up without explaining anything about how he was in the past.
