"I'll teach you fear!" While he was confused seeing Icarus move at super speeds, he was glad that he'd manage to cover Clover. "So what your saying is that there's basically a God living inside of me. Do I get any abilities like your or does it vary?" He asked before Clover fell to the the ground. Eventhough they were currently in a brothel, she'd must've gone through some horrible things for her to be in this state. "I pretty thing this isn't a trick, though it's very hard to believe." He said as he moved to where Clover was and carefully place his hand on her shoulder.

For the most part he could sympathies with he reason for becoming a vampire hunter. It wasn't like his reason to leave home, which was to find his father, but along the way he'd always found himself taking care of any vampire related problem he came across. As the car pulled up to the party, Dante stepped out of the car and looked at the mansion in front of him. Seems like a fitting to hold a part of this size. From what he could tell, there were already some people there so he wasn't that late. As he moved closer to the door he noticed that someone else was outside along with him. Maybe he was later than he thought, oh well, it didn't really mattered since he still showed up. Once he was at the door, he gave it a good knock before waiting for someone to answer.

While he had been too other sorts of gathering, those were either with members of his gang or it ended badly. Still those weren't reason to turn it down. Placing his hat on his head, he thought about what was to happened at the party. He was aware of the truce between him and Vito, but based off of some of the things he'd learned from watching his father, nothing was set in stone. He just had to make sure he didn't relax too much. Though he didn't have to worry too much since Sam, his most trusted man, was going to be there too. Once he'd gotten completely ready for the party, turned looked towards the clock to see what time it was. "10 minutes til the party starts. Guess I should start leaving now." He'd cast all of his worries to the back of the head. Being the calculating man he was, he'd always thought about situation and how to get out of them it they went bad. Though he didn't think he'd need to worry about this one, especially since he was going to be there with Evelyn tonight. He wanted to avoid dwelling too much on potential hazards this time. With nothing else that needed to be prepared, he headed for his car and left for the party.
