Prologue The city of New Dawn, what used to be a beautiful city with street full of life now has streets empty as a ghost town. Criminal activity had become increase dangerous with the genetic and robotic alteration to their bodies made them deadlier. So in order to fight them, an organization of bounty hunters was created called the reapers. Thanks to their efforts crime soon decreased and the street became livelier again. Even though the Reapers helped bring about peace, they were other who thought they would use their powers for their own reasons. So to help the people, the government made another organization aide in keeping New Dawn safe and to annihilate the Reapers if needed. Rules 1. No god-modding or powerplay. 2. No killing someone else’s character without permission. 3. You can have as many characters you want, just make sure you keep up with all of them. 4. Man, just what happened here? Ren thought reaching the origin of the flare. The building had collapsed and a buich or raider were dead around it. Guess I'm not the only one who saw the flare. Doubting the fact that whoever sent up the flare could have done all this, he began to move closer towards the wreckage.
Picking up a empty can off the ground, Ren tossed it in the air and fired three shots at it. When it landed, there were only two bullet holes in it. "At least I'm getting better."
