Basically their first shipment was a LOT smaller than they anticipated (go figure) so only 5% of all the preorders placed on their site for FM+ is being shipped out today (as it's the morning of the 28th over there). The rest will follow later this week when they get more shipments. As for the Asian version, most Japanese games usually have two different versions. One is the Japanese version, and one's the Asian version. The JP version is usually denoted with the JP flag on the box, whereas the Asian version is denoted with the flag of the Republic of China on it. Content wise, I don't think they're any different from each other.
Play-Asia has new updates: Some lucky people will have theirs shipped today, or already have. Why did I suddenly think of the PS3 shipments back in November. HMM.

I've never watched any boss battles until after I've finished the game and done them. I dunno, I have a habit of completing zoning out everything until I'm ready to discuss it with other people--that includes watching videos of other people playing it.

Err... it's one of many unreleased tracks. I'm pretty sure it was still Yoko Shimomura who composed it. You'll only find it in the new collector's edition OST.
Nope, considering it's not available here. It's a nine disc collection with a fancy case and I'm assuming some sort of manual/book thing. The bonus disc itself probably doesn't cost all that much on its own.

I know about that, except I rather liked having a list generated for me. It's far more tedious to cipher through all the forums with the checkmarks. I used to do that in the past, but the "New Posts" was far more efficient. I've reverted my forum layout back to the Centura until it's been added to the KHV2.

I can just picture a Japanese game store worker just going home with a copy the moment the stocks came in and ripping it to his/her computer the moment he/she got home.
Can't discuss it openly on the forum. And it's basically the .ISO of the actual game <.< Therefore it's in Japanese (with the english audio, etc)
