It's Flash Step. Quick Run in NA KH2 is the equivalent of Air Slide from that list.

If you see squares, you need a plugin to see the text.

I'll edit the above post with images to solve that problem.

    EDIT: Done.

Be sure to check your PS2's SCPH model #.

If it's a fat PS2, you need the slide card, if you have a slim, you need to check the SCPH #.

If your SCPH # is 700xx, you can use the Slim Tool XCM Pro 3. If it's greater than 700xx, you need Magic Keys II.

    Darky's right. You have a V12.

Although it's called Slim Tool XCM Pro 3. XD

Basically, whatever Darky ordered, you should order it too.

I don't have my Final mix+ open at the moment, but I'll translate these off the top of my head, so I'm sorry if some don't match up. Katakana really is an interpretational liberty.

Sorry that they're in no particular order. And *note* that as I haven't attained all of these abilities yet, I'm not sure if some of these are written in Katakana or kanji in-game. Example, I'm assuming "Light & Dark" is written as "Hikari to Yami" instead of "Raito ando Dakku".

Once again, do not consider these translations 100% as I'm certain some are missing some characters; Katakana is an interpretational alphabet. For example, in-game "Summon" is written "Samon" whereas I would've translated it "Saman". It's usually up to the individual translating whether they'll mimic the original language's alphabet, or the original language's phonetics.

Hopefully the incorrectly translated ones have enough correct Kata for you to notice the resemblance.

    YesAsia or Play-Asia.

The Final Mix disc has English voice-overs except the new scenes are all silent subbed--however you can view these new scenes with Japanese voices in Theatre Mode.

Re:CoM is all Japanese, except the random commands words like "Push!", and other small things on the menu.

If you don't stop to level up anywhere, you'll notice the Battle Level of the Worlds usually exceed Sora's level--which is probably intentional. This wasn't the case in the original KH2's Standard Mode, and probably the same in Final Mix+.

Also notice that Sora's Max HP has been severely reduced in Final Mix+, and of course, without the Second Chance ability, you can be caught off guard sometimes and get KO'ed from very powerful attacks/combos (even when Sora had half his HP left).

Critical Mode really isn't meant for the hack and slash strategy. XD It works for the majority of random encounters, but every now and then (including scripted and boss battles), you're forced to actually make use of some strategies which may take more time and more planning to execute.

I prefer Japanese audio too, but I wouldn't say the English voice-overs weren't 'dramatic'.

It's true that in my opinion, the Japanese seiyuu get far more into their lines than many NA VAs, but each are good in their respect, especially Christopher Lee, James Woods, etc.

It'd be bad if they kept everything in Japanese audio-wise because NA gamers aren't accustomed to hearing their games in Japanese or any other language, so the incentive to buy the game would go down.

I'm personally all for dual-audio cutscenes (including menus) in RPGs, and see lots of benefits in it in terms of international appeal. It may cause later release dates for games, but it gives developers less pressure to get games out for a certain date (and to some degree, reduce the chances of later 'Final Mixes') and also allows them to focus on one marketing and advertising budget.

With blu-ray now becoming the norm for PS3 titles, I'm hoping dual-audio will at least become more reasonable ideas to bring forward, as disc space was the main issue back then.

Tough list. I like all of the people on that list, especially after seeing those Organization XIII members in Re:CoM, I've come to actually like Marluxia more than I did before. I've always liked Larxene, Axel and Demyx as well.

Tough call, I'd say Ansem, because... he was bitter for half the game. I have no real reason for hating him.

They were recorded after KH2 was released. They most likely did them during the time they recorded Re:CoM.

If by 'actual game' you mean Final Mix+, apparently they are.

Thanks everyone! I'm glad that this fic is still being read even now. ^^

    >Keyblader<: XD I know, I want to get this fic done as soon as possible, but I refuse to rush it and do a job of any less quality than I would hope it to be. I know you understand this, so I know you'll be patient. ;D

Like I mentioned before, I'm not really going to start the outline until I've gotten through Final Mix+ so I feel fully prepared to make use of any new details that have come up in the game. I still don't know when this fic will reach its completion, but I hope I have all of your loyalties on this fic and will continue to anticipate it.

Thanks again, everyone! You're the best. =)

If you're using a Japanese PS2 Slim, you don't need a voltage converter. The slim's AC power cord can take a range of voltages, 100-240V to exact. This covers NA, JP and Euro domestic voltages.

If you're using a fat PS2, then yes you do.

EDIT: And Japan is 110V, NA is 120V.

Excuse people for having an opinion, and using realistic evidence to support it.

The same could be said about people expressing why it would/should come here. Just as much as you're 'sick' of people saying it's 'improbable', I'm sick of those people giving the "Square is stupid if they don't bring it to NA" excuse.

Like you said, if it comes, goodie, if it doesn't, then shame. *You're* not excused from the lot of people who are voicing these opinions either, so your entire rant is basically biased against people who are refuting Final Mix+'s chances of coming over to NA--therefore, you're basically telling anyone who finds it doubtful to keep their mouth shut.

Very nice demeanor. Now if you'll excuse me, I have a Final Mix+ game to play.

Not my fault you can't understand Japanese. XD And that's on two accounts, the first being the aforementioned, and the second being--which also attests to your last statement:

I'm playing Final Mix+ right now. I'd say I'm getting my plenty hours of KH. XD

I didn't read the stuff in the updates section, but basically that bubble thing in Port Royal isn't the data re-fight? What are those?

A little comedy moment. I was doing Port Royal first visit, and went "Ooo nice little ominous bubble" and decided to go in.

Then Larxene appeared. She giggled once. Then I died instantly.

    Never went in again.
