I suppose it all depends on your understanding of the book. I'll admit I failed to see it's greater meaning. If it stood out for you, cool. It didn't for me. This could partially be because I had nobody to discuss it with at all and was forced to read large amounts in small time increments. But it was still depressing.

Yeah, I think there used to be a pool there or something, becuase there was this big concrete block of concreteness that was there, but it had no markings that would identify it as a basketball court or something. Santa Claus has this image that everybody know- and chubby happens to be part of it. Just becuase Santa is chubbier doesn't mean that kids are getting fatter to try and be like him. That's like telling a child's teacher to lose weight becuase their heaviness is influencing the child. You just don't do it. If they change Santa I will be incredibly disappointed.
